Juxt Marketing Acquires Blackpulp Designs

We are proud to announce that Juxt Marketing has acquired Blackpulp Designs, a custom web development shop, based in Houston, Texas. This allows us to continue to expand our growing team and along with it our service and commitment to our clients and partners.

Juxt Marketing and Blackpulp Designs have collaborated together on projects for more than 10 years, and this acquisition allows us to expand our services to our clients with a larger team.

Blackpulp Designs was founded more than 15 years ago and focused their energy on developing cutting edge websites and custom web applications, combining beautiful design with elegant code. Blackpulp continues to work with a variety of customers in the publishing industry, the military, the energy sector, healthcare, and churches of various sizes.

“Juxt and Blackpulp have such similar offerings, and our companies have been collaborating for so long that it just made sense,” said Scott Logan, Owner and Principal of Juxt. “This acquisition will allow us to add even more bespoke development solutions to our offerings.”

In addition to several team members from Blackpulp joining the team, Juxt was excited to add Design Strategist, Cooper Van Rossum, to the team this fall! Cooper has a background in strategic marketing and digital design, working in various industries and projects around Atlanta including Google Fiber, SPANX, Ponce City Market, and the Mount Vernon School. He also has a background in teaching digital arts.

To accommodate this growing team, Juxt opened their new HQ in Johns Creek, Georgia, a suburb in north Atlanta.

“Our new space has been amazing for helping the team be more collaborative and creative together. I feel like we communicate so much more effectively and new ideas seem to happening all the time,” said Scott.
