This man and his videos are a constant inspiration to me. I feel him and I have similar viewpoints on life, so its really nice to hear them said from someone who is adept at putting worlds together in a way that does not make them sound like a big pile of mush. This is a recent video he did that I felt spoke to me in a way.

It's ok to not know what you want to do. Don't live your dreams. Your dreams were dreamt by a past version of you, a more imperfect version of you who didn't know what you know now. That dream you've been chasing your whole life, it can change because people change. You're allowed to be lost.

Bing - the timeless soldier. A mysterious heart problem left his consciousness permanently separated in two points in time - the past and the future. Past Bing is a key member of the rebel force - fighting with his psychic powers (which he claims to have received after high-fiving a spaceship). He also receives erratic memories of his future self which give the rebel force a chance to plan ahead - he refers to these as 'bingradio'. Future Bing is a captain of the allied armies, whose aim is to crush the rebels once and for all. No-one knows what will bring about this change, but they best be ready for when it comes. His pen-weapon has the ability to cut through reality. So, be careful - or he'll-a draw ya. Also, he may be a cyborg.

Every time Bing does a video like this, I question every aspect of my life. Am I doing what I wanna do? Am I being the best person I can, be to myself and to my friends?

Currently I'm in Melbourne, on holiday. I'm in a city that for as long as I've known about it's existence and cultural difference from Perth and the rest of Australia, I have wanted to visit. And I think this trip has changed my life.

The first video of his I watched like this was a video called "Big Little Life". I really liked this sentiment. That we have this big, long life. And to us it's so important and huge and inconceivable. When really, it's small and meaningless, so we have to fill it with meaning, and people that make us feel that meaning. The Little Story that means a lot.

I'm really glad he uploaded this today. I have one more full day left in Melbourne, and I think this kind of thinking is what I needed right now.
