notp: ehh, i love all BS relationships, i don't think i really have one. but i don't like silver x billy, simply because i don't like billy, nothing against the actual ship.

otp: i don't like seth enough to have an otp, lol. but i did like seth and vanessa, totally shipped seth x ximena before she and freddie became a thing (c'mon, all that bickering? UST) and i'm not above shipping seth x richie when the mood strikes right.

brotp: seth and richie, duh.

ot3: seth x richie x kisa. they complement each other.

notp: sethk*te. sometimes i think i wouldn't mind the ship if the fandom wasn't so annoying, and if they embraced how f*cked up it was (bc i could be there for the love-hate). but alas...as it is presented, i hate it. (and i hate the flash-forward that basically destroyed both of their characters)

otp: BILLY AND DINAH. ain't nothing better.

brotp: can i put dinah and her mom as brotp? i just loved all their scenes. but dinah and curtis is also great and one of the few things done right in s02. i wish we had more of that.

ot3: dinah can't even make a relationship with one person work, let alone two. i just don't see it ever happening.

send me two tropes from this list + a ship and I’ll describe how I’d combine them in the same story

Dinah is the princess of a fictitious MENA country that has been a beacon of peace in the region, is self-sufficient and doesn’t bow down to more powerful countries. Her father, the King, is more interest in practicing medicine and improving the lives of its’ citizens than in exploring their oil reserves.

Billy is the leader of a mercenary group hired to kill the entire royal family and, thus, unleash an armed revolt in the country. Peace, after all, isn’t good for business, as his employer likes to say. On the night that they are supposed to invade the castle and kill them, Billy hides on Dinah’s balcony (his entry point, according to the plan) and watches her undress. She is beautiful, but he has seen a lot of beautiful women during his life. What catches his eyes, though, are the numbers on her back. The same numbers he has seen tattooed on his arm ever since he hit puberty. It’s the date you’re supposed to meet your soulmate. In Billy and Dinah’s case, today.

He goes in, fully intending on killing her anyway. He has a job to do and he is getting well paid. But he changes his mind on the last minute, knocks her unconscious and takes her hostage instead.  

It’s still night when Dinah wakes up and they are driving across an empty road, getting farther and farther away from the city and into the desert. Her hands and feet are tied, but there’s nothing covering her mouth. Not that it matters, anyway. Even if she screams, there’s no one around to listen. Billy gives her a bottle of water before she says anything and she turns it down before speaking, “my parents are dead, aren’t they?”. She heard the gunshots and screams before passing out and Billy nods in confirmation. “Why didn’t you kill me?” She asks, but he doesn’t answer. 

She tries to escape, of course. But between Billy's mercenary group, the suddenly heavily armed rebel forces chasing them (and how did they get those arms so quickly?!) and the allies who are not allies anymore, Billy turns out to be her best chance of making it out alive. That and they make quite a good team. 

It will take her another two weeks, Billy getting shot and her saving her (against her better judgment) for Dinah to finally see his soulmate mark.
