Okay so, back in 9th grade there was this guy in 8th. He used to sit next to me sometimes because we would be the last ones who go in and there wasn't much space. That's how I knew him. After I went to 10th grade I started using the taxi with 3 friends. Anyways I was a 12th grade student last year, I had the average 93/100 without going to the last exam, because I wanted more I let myself fail in the last exam so I could repeat the year. (Before you ask how are you both rn in 12th grade)

He was always a smart guy, calm with a good reputation and he apparently liked me I knew it but I was ignoring that

He gave one of his friend a box and told the person to give it to me, the person gave it to me and mentioned his name I opened it, there was a gold necklace with my letter in and also a letter about how much he wishes the best for me this year and wished me happy birthday and all that and at the end he said "I love you" and this is so weird to me? I don't know how to explain the feeling but

I kinda like him, but also don't think I can't love. I'm a mess and will try to make you understand. I like him because he is intelligent, respectful, has a good reputation and is so kind. You might be interested how he looks physically, tall (very tall) , lighbrown skin, bigfeatures and medium soft lightbrown hair lel anyways where was I, I'm such a mess omg

Ok so this is adorable and i couldnt stop smiling reading it. Since the two of you are close, it could just be a sort of friendly thing however i do doubt it because I've bad close guy friends and they've never gave me a gold necklace 😂. He sounds cute af as well.

You could just text him and ask why he gave it and see what he says and if you're not sure how you feel, just see if you think about him often. Do you feel sad when he doesn't come into school? Do you feel excited when you talk to eachother? Just generally do you think about him?.

It's hard to understand how other people think but it does sound like he likes you.
