Home for Sale - $1,339,000 - Almost new home on private 2 ac on the Pemi River Virtual Tour: https://tourwizard.net/0a37ea7f/
TURNKEY CUSTOM BUILT ADIRONDACK RIVERFRONT HOME
on the Pemigewasset River in Thornton, N.H.
This waterfront residence is just over two years young and in pristine condition. Sitting on a knoll overlooking a back spur of the PEMI RIVER, it was built with extraordinary detail and functionality, as it was intended to be the owners forever home.
This location was chosen to build upon, for the convenience to the river from the back of the property, the snowmobile corridor from the front of the property, and being only ½ mile from the major interstate, all without the noise of any river commotion, snowmobile or vehicle traffic.     This is truly a most desirable and tranquil setting.     The new owners will be fortunate to have all the benefits of artistic and creative construction, by the most talented builder in the North Country.     This is the Perfect Riverfront estate with hard to find social amenities, including: Skiing, Snowmobiling, Fishing, Camping, Golfing, Hiking, Hunting, Antiquing, Boating, Swimming, Tubing, Kayaking, Music Festivals, Maple Sugaring and countless other activities!     This is all in a little town, located in the White Mountains of N.H. Enjoy the scenery, fantastic views, wildlife, flowing sound of the river, and especially the privacy of your 2+ acre homestead.    Showings begin on Friday April 16th by appointment only, with a 24-hour notice.
 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Enter the home through an “old craftsman’s style” wrap around porch that surrounds the side and back.

apple picking: it’s the time of the year again, where you’re able to make all the apple related dishes you want && you won’t be judged. the smith’s have open their doors to let us into their apple orchards to enjoy a wonderful day && learn all about this amazing fruit you can do so much with. you’ll also be able to try && taste juice, cider, different dishes && pies -- all made with apples, and all homemade by betty jo herself !! visit the orchard side of the farm for a day of fun picking apples, trying apple-flavored everything, and just helping to get things ready for the season. there will be apple bobbing, apple foods, apple drinks, apple carving, apple related games, and of course... pick your own apples !!
pumpkin picking: everybody loves pumpkins, right ?? they’re just a truly incredible, reminiscent scent that takes everyone back to their childhood, when pumpkin carving was a family event !! you’ll be able to take a wagon ride around the pumpkin patch to pick your favorite pumpkins to carve && take home. pre-picked pumpkins are also an option if you don’t feel like going out to the field. they’ve got mums, winter squashes, indian corn, corn stocks, and gourds available, too !!  betty jo && james have set up an arts && crafts station where you’ll be able to take the pumpkin of your choosing && carve it any way you want. you’ll also be able to decorate apples, create your own halloween decorations, or paint your face && pumpkin with the paint they’ve allowed us to use. you can cut flowers && build your own flower bouquet, too !! find your inner child again with this activity !!
muses can post their pumpkins that they carved or painted to enter into a raffle to win an additional 25 points ( tag malnatism ) !!
corn maze: there’s nothing better than a corn maze to find your way out of, is there ?? betty jo && james have hooked us up with their charlie brown corn maze, where you’ll be able to find your way out of. it’s not just any corn maze, though, there’s some twists to it !! there’s three check points located throughout the maze where you’re able to check in with the workers && know if you’re on the right track. the first check point is a candy station where you’ll be able to stock up on a bag of candy while you roam through the maze. the second check point is a hidden bar where you’re able to take a break && try out some fall themed wines && beers. you’ll be able to take a sample of whatever you liked with you out of the maze, so be sure to try out something while you’re there !! the last checkpoint is a photobooth to prove that you made it out of the maze... alive. kidding, kidding. this maze is mostly innocent !! however, once the sun goes down, it starts to get a bit more spooky. be sure to bring a flashlight with you just in case you don’t get done before the moon arrives !!
hayrides: led by james himself, you’ll be able to go through the farm on a tractor drawn hayride. if you are up for a relaxing evening under the stars in the country, then this is the attraction for you !! the tractor will take you on an hour hayride through the farm. it is extremely peaceful && the night lit sky will make the experience worthwhile. but beware, once the sun says goodnight, lurkers from nearby come out to play. some will follow you, others will try to take you back to the woods with them, but rest assured, all of them will make sure you scream like a child.
bonfire: as always, there’s nothing better on a fall night than a bonfire !! the smith’s have a world class firepit that’s able to grow tall once it’s sparked. once the sun goes down, they’ll be bringing you the first campfire of the fall season !! you’ll be able to make corn on the cob, hot dogs, homemade donuts, and of course, s’mores !! exchange ghost stories by the fire or sing some halloween songs while you sit under the flames. end the night with memories you won’t forget !!
activities to do: apple orchard, pumpkin patch, hay rides (haunted or not) around the farm led by james, farm tours, milk the cow, pumpkin carving && painting, scarecrow stuffing, cooking or baking classes taught by betty jo, barrel rolling, straw mountain, pumpkin checkers, corn hole, pumpkin bowling, apple toss, zombie paintball, tube slide, giant corn box, petting zoo, photo props, apple canon, hay forts, and more !!
to eat and drink: if you find yourself getting hungry during the day or night, their barn has a small restaurant && bakery located within it where you’ll able to grab something to eat. the burgers are hot && juicy -- pile on the condiments && take a big bite !! try a grilled hot dog or a pulled pork bbq sandwich. they’ve also got plenty of veggie options, too !! more refreshments include cider, fresh farm-made warm donuts (coated in cinnamon sugar, sprinkles, or glaze), chocolate covered rice kripsie treats, pumpkin cookies, soda, cotton candy, apple cider slushies, popcorn, caramel corn, and other snacks !! they’ve also got a farmer’s market with fresh produce available if you’d like to make your own food.
ooc: threads can be posted starting at midnight EST monday into friday and we will end them on 11:59 pm EST on friday 9th. event threads can be continued to finish them up after the 9th, but no new threads should be started. as always, you can do non-event threads during the week if you would like !! and you never have to participate in events or any au weeks that we do in the future ( not that this is an au event, but you know !! ) if you would prefer not to !!
etc: anything related to the event such as social media posts, ootd, playlists, moodboards can be posted !! if you want to further your plots and character development, this will be the time to do so !! if anyone has any q’s, please direct them our way !!

As news of the US Dollar collapse reaches more and more people, here’s your always free - survival guide for you to use as you navigate freedom.
This guide is inspired by the YouTube video of Kyle MacDonald "Trading a paper clip for a house"

1) Goods—Physical goods (Watch, Computer, Clothing)
2) Services—Human Labor (Construction, Consulting, Web Design, Cooking)
3) Renting—Renting out resources (1 Week of shelter, 2 Hours with the lawn mower)
4) Lending—Lending out a good, service, or rental with the expectation that your end of the bargain will be met.
Then we broke down the entire bartering process into distinct micro-processes.
The approach: “Hi, may I trade you for that (toaster)?”
The Negotiation: “Sure, What are you offering?”
“How do you like this (microwave)?”
Advertising online: Create advertiment with (Adobe Spark)
“(Golf Clubs) for trade”
Or "I'm looking for a (small boat). Message me if you have a (boat) for trade”
Or "I have this (home) for trade"
Sometimes, you will be in situations where the common sense approach is to simply ask for things. Keep your relationships positive.
Asking for things: “Hi, I was wondering if you happen to have (water) I can drink?
Transaction: The exchange of items in real-time after final agreement.

Tips & Tricks
Hungry? You can negotiate doing chores for someone for food.
Need shelter? You can negotiate shelter by offering to do work around the persons home.
Need someone to drive you? You can offer a piece of clothing or shoes for a ride.
Hair cuts will be in high demand always. Learn to cut hair for an easy way to trade for the small things.
People are stressed and don't have money to buy self-care treatments. A good massage goes a long way. Offer massages for food, weed, or clothing. This is probably something you can take advantage of with family members.
Lonely men who learn to blow dry hair will have an unfair advantage in the dating scene.
If you are the kind of person who was always hungry for wealth, you can still acquire big resources but they would be in the form of physical things and no longer in currency. Think cars, homes, boats, luxury clothing. etc...
You can also negotiate lifestyle, working conditions, shelter, etc...
We are negotiating the future of humanity for our clinical services.
You can lend out expensive equipment for something you need done. Example: Lending out the lawn mower to the neighbors in exchange for the neighbors watching your children for 3 hours.
Don’t forget that you can provide labor for things. House cleaning, construction, hair removal. But don’t provide labor for money.
When you swap or barter for things, it’s important that you are capable of measuring TRUE VALUE
Garage sale technique for bartering
Take group photo of all your stuff you wanna get rid of
Take inventory of things you wanna get rid of
Type names and it will be keywords
Broom.
TV.
Car.
Other users who are looking for these things will see your garage sale photo and if they like what you have, they begin the approach & barter process (negotiation)
Here’s an Example
An in-depth analysis into measuring TRUE VALUE
Sports Cards
Very little true value. Why? Low material cost/paper material
Low labor cost/ bulk creation by factory machines. Sports cards are manufactured in bulk just like cash money is. It has sentimental value when it is signed by the athlete. When it comes to sentimental value, you can request whatever you want depending on the emotional connection someone has to the sports card. But it has no real true value. Only sentimental when it is signed and there is proof of authenticity
It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions.
Software
True value cannot be measured in dollars or cents because it is digital. Material costs to produce software? Subjective.
Labor costs to produce software? Subjective again.
Software is in the high sentimental value category. This is where the software creator can request whatever they want based on the demand for the use. Sentimental value is measured in behavior and if there is a demand for use of the software, asking for money is the worst value proposition. Because digital currency has no true value. Software creators could be asking for homes or cars or food. But instead they are asking for something digital with no true value
It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions.
Copyrights
No true value. But great sentimental value..
..so great that the copyright owner will lose resources in their pursuit of violators. The time & labor associated with copyright enforcement make copyrighting the worst business to involve yourself in. When copyright owner request payment in money, they are again asking for something with absolute zero true value.
It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions.
Money
Very High sentimental value. Absolute zero true value. Abuse & slavery tool.
Characteristic of intentionally Weakened mind conditioned to worship a resource with no true value. The emotional attachment people had to money was so dangerous because of its non-existent true value. When someone could make unlimited resource with no true value and extremely high sentimental value, room for abuse is high & likely.

It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions
Labor value
Can only be measured in pre-collapse dollars & cents
You can only measure it in sentimental value. And sentimental value really depends on who you ask.And how much that person personally values a form of labor
Like I don’t personally value the employees of a fast food restaurant. But perhaps the owners of that fast food restaurant deeply value their employees.
That value I’m referring to is sentimental value. Because to me, they aren’t worth any money. To the owners they are worth the collective pay arrangements.
It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions. Slavery is stolen labor.
Gold- All Jewelry
True value cannot be measured because these are natural resources: you can find it in the earth. (At least that’s what we were led to believe)
Gold may be a bogus resource. Does it have any real medicinal or anything value? I have a theory that someone was bargaining with a farmer for 5 cows, so the person found a pebble, called it gold and tricked the farmer into believing the gold pebble had some sort of magical powers. Trading with gold fooled so many people, that there was genuine belief in its powers and that might be the reason the field of Alchemy was born. An alchemist is an actor. It’s pseudoscience: fake science. However, it’s all subjective. You can discuss this at roundtables
If it’s not your mothers wedding ring, you shouldn’t trade anything for jewelry. It’s only a fashion statement.
It’s costume jewelry.
It’s all subjective- meaning it’s all about personal feelings and emotions. Slavery is stolen labor.

Sports Collectibles Mean Big Bucks For Retailers and Individuals Alike
Tumblr media
There is no doubt that sports generate big bucks in the U.S. One needs only to look at the salaries of top professional players or the attendance at major sporting events to realize there's lots and lots of money changing hands.
The NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB bring in about $11 billion in annual revenue, and that's after expenses that include paying their average players anywhere from $1.25 million (on the low end in the National Football League) to nearly $5 million for the average player in the National Basketball Association.
Add to that the $52 billion spent each year in the U.S. on sports equipment and the $57 billion on sports apparel and shoes, and the money just keeps piling up. No matter what resource you use to define the overall sports marketplace, the numbers are staggering. A reasonable estimate for the money brought in by sports to our U.S. economy is $425 billion a year.
So it should be no surprise to learn that, when it comes to sports memorabilia and sports collectibles, there's also money to be made. From sports franchises and giant retailers to individuals selling on line, there are people making money with sports collectibles every single day. See now 실시간스포츠중계
The great thing about sports collectibles is that their popularity crosses the line from professional to amateur and collegiate sports. Fans buy miniature Oklahoma Sooners football helmets, autographed hockey pucks by pro stars, and virtually anything with the logo of their favorite football or baseball team. Tiger Woods is a pro athlete without a team, but on any given day you'll find over 3000 items on eBay related to him, and his personal line of golf apparel, the Tiger Woods Collection, makes hundreds of millions every year.
Since there are no hard and fast numbers associated specifically with sports collectibles, one can only assume that individuals, online and retail stores, large corporations, and sports franchises in the sports memorabilia business are all making money. You can also assume that the numbers just keep on growing.
Obviously the personal popularity of a particular athlete or the rise and fall of a particular team's success makes a difference in the value of collectibles.
When Lance Armstrong was still racing and winning the Tour de France, his merchandise sold like hot cakes. Although still popular today within the biking community, Lance's merchandise is not moving like it once did. The same can be said for fallen stars like Atlanta Falcon's former standout Michael Vick, whose merchandise was pulled from store shelves. Today it goes for pennies on the dollar on eBay.
So what are the trends in sports collectibles and can people make money by collecting? The trends are constantly shifting, say experts. The National Basketball Association reports that sales of the NBA Hardwood Classics jerseys have tripled in the last three years. NASCAR is the fastest growing sports earner as the popularity of the sport has spread nationwide.
Many online retail stores have a unique advantage of being able to move quickly too capitalize on the victories and popularity of sports teams. When a team wins the Super Bowl or an NBA World Championship, the sale of that team's merchandise and collectibles soars. Online retailers can often move much swifter than their bricks and mortar counterparts, quickly posting hot merchandise online and taking advantage of striking while the fire is hot.
The recent trade of Green Bay's Brett Favre to the New York Jets led to a nearly immediate posting of Favre merchandise on online retail sites. From 24 karat gold New York Jets or NFL coins to brand new "#4" Jets jerseys, sales were immediately brisk.
What fuels the sports collectibles and memorabilia industry the most is the breadth and depth of the field. Street & Smith Sports Business Journal recently concluded that fans spend the same amount each year on NFL licensed products as they do on college licensed products, with both bringing in more than $2.5 billion a year.
Sports collectibles mean something to the person who buys them. Whether you pay $20 for a licensed ball cap for your favorite MLB team or $100 for an authentic helmet with the logo of your favorite NFL team, fans buy merchandise and sports memorabilia because they love their team and want to be a part of something they view as very special.
Collecting sports memorabilia is much like collecting art. People do it more because they love what they are buying, not so much because they expect it to grow in value. Although collectibles, and even sports items that no one considers at the time to be collectibles, can definitely appreciate.
In 1893, when a nine man hockey team from Montreal won the first Stanley Cup, no one thought to save a jersey. Photos from the era do exist that show the jerseys, but one has never surfaced. According to sports experts, if one of the jerseys would turn up, it could fetch as much as $400,000, most likely from curators at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
So with appreciation dreams and the love of sport both working in its favor, sports collectibles will remain big business, just like the sports they celebrate. In fact, officially licensed merchandise from professional U.S. sports teams and colleges will fetch more than $10 billion this year for the leagues and retailers lucky enough to be in this very hot industry.

Golf’s Comeback
By ED TRAVIS
One of the reasonable things to do while watching the dog destroy pillows on the couch (he’s bored too) or figuring out how much Worcestershire sauce to put in the pork chop marinade is think about what our game will be like after the stay-at-home and social distancing requirements are over.
First, we must recognize our predictions may seem entirely logical but in fact really are just dressed up speculation since the country, the economy and our culture have never experienced anything like the COVID-19 pandemic. Pundits making comparisons to the 1918 flu epidemic, the Great Depression, World War II, September 11 attacks or even the subprime mortgage crisis fail to recognize the immense differences of what is now versus what was then.
However, that won’t hinder you and me in the least so let’s speculate together keeping in mind historically the business of golf mirrors but lags the health of the economy.
How Long
Recreational golf has not gone away just severely curtailed. Charts tracking the progress of COVID-19 are at best uncertain indicators but would seem to point at the earliest date for removing stay-at-home requirements might be Memorial Day. If that’s wishful thinking the worst case might be Labor Day but the Fourth of July seems reasonable. Parts of the country will be somewhat sooner and many longer reaching to the late fall.
Number of Players
The National Golf Foundation (NGF) says the number of U.S. golfers at the end of 2018 was 24.2 million but when stay-at-home transitions to go-out-and-play how many will come back? How many will have gotten out of the golf “habit” from job pressures or simply finding other ways to occupy their time? A reasonable guess is up to 10%.
Rounds Played
Everything in the game from tee times to sales of replacement cleats is tied to how many players and how many rounds. For the first two months of 2020 NGF says rounds played data showed a 15.2% increase over 2019 citing better weather as the reason. Assuming most of the missing 10% could be described as the least avid players, rounds played will possibly contract by 5%.
Course Closings
It’s no secret many golf facilities had financial problems before COVID-19 and logic says the three- or four-month period of lower or no revenue brings the day closer when a significant number will be put to an alternate use. Fewer players mean fewer courses plus increased downward price pressure on greens fees for the those remaining. Using our 5% decrease in rounds played would mean about 800 more courses will convert to housing developments.
Golf OEMs
Again falling back on what seems to be logical, when golfers aren’t playing, they aren’t buying clubs and balls and rain suits or much of anything else in the way of equipment. Though it may take until sometime next year the big five OEMs—Callaway, Titleist, TaylorMade, Cobra and Ping—will come out of this virus-induced sales depression just fine. Smaller makers may not have the capital nor talent to survive. One thing is certain though, right now golfers aren’t buying drivers, irons, etc. and even after the world gets back to “normal” golf consumers will delay club purchases for months. That’s human nature and in an article written for the April/May issue of Golf Oklahoma the guesstimate equipment sales would be down 40% this year and now revise that to 50% adding it will take another year to get sales back to where they were.
Equipment Retail
Three points seem reasonable. Dicks (Golf Galaxy), Worldwide Golf Shops and PGA Tour Superstores which account for about half of golf retail doors will reopen with little or no hangover. Small retailers will have more and longer lasting concerns. The major retailers also have an immense advantage in e-commerce due to cutting edge technology, image and visibility. Assuming the country’s number of unemployed falls sharply retail sales will see a sharp rebound. Expect retailers and OEMs to discount prices this summer to bring inventory under control and to further increase current model sales OEMs could delay new product introductions from fall or early winter to spring.
E-commerce
Part of the new normal (whatever that means) will be the more frequent use of the Internet to make purchases hastened by the new 5G technology. Online buying of golf equipment makes sense for balls, shoes and apparel but not for clubs. Hands on testing to match club to golfer is necessary both to justify the purchase price and to rationalization the cost. This club customization will continue to grow with clubfitters such as Club Champion experiencing a greater sales growth percentage than the increase in club sales. Online sales of clubs especially discounted models will increase but, as has always been the case, results on the course will not match that of custom clubs.
Pro Tours
As soon as the risk of COVID-19 infection reaches an acceptable level the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour will restart but if present plans hold it sure will be strange watching the Masters in November.
A Couple of Final Thoughts
Though tempered by years of experience in business and observation of human nature the foregoing obviously are guesstimates piled on top of speculation. Please view them as such with the idea at least some of the points will be proven accurate.
We will get through this just fine without paying attention to the handwringing talking heads or so-called experts predicting everything but the end of the world economy.
Now if could just figure out how to get rid of my hook and add 25 yards to my tee shots while sitting in my living room.

Early Fitness Deals To Shop Now
Tumblr media
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has historically been every luxe online shopper’s favorite holiday. It’s the best time of the year to restock on your high quality essentials or finally grab those designer wish-list items you’ve been thinking about for months. Even better: Some of the best deals in past years have been on fitness gear. Last year, deals included $60 off brand new Nike sneakers, over $30 off Spanx’s iconic faux leather leggings, and 50 percent off Adidas leggings, just to name a few.
If you can’t wait to shop those deals, the great news is that you don’t have to. Though Nordstrom’s 2021 Anniversary Sale will happen from July 28th to August 8th (starting early, on July 16th, for cardmembers), the retailer already has some great deals on bestselling workout gear and fitness apparel. Some insane deals include 40 percent off Free People leggings and Wacoal’s high-support sports bra, and 50 percent off Alo Yoga’s cult-favorite, high-waisted leggings.
Now that summer is upon us, there’s never been a better time to stock up on some cute two-piece sets and leggings, whether you plan on working out in them or just lounging and brunching in them. Usually, workout gear (like socks, sports bras, leggings, and deodorant) can get expensive to restock. But with deals this good, feel free to hit “Place Order” on all the you’ve been eyeing in your (virtual) cart without any guilt.
See below for 20 of the best fitness deals that Nordstrom dropped early for all the fitness gear and athleisure lovers ahead of the 2021 Anniversary Sale, including up to 50 percent off summer essentials like biker shorts, sneakers, and hoodies:

NIKE nordstrom.com
$89.96
These Nike sneakers are brand new, so the fact that they’re on sale is kind of a big deal. Most sizes of the air-cushioned, breathable mesh paneled shoe are under $100 right now.
3
Tie-Dye Sweatshirt
Chances are that you already donated that tie dye t-shirt you made in seventh grade science class. Now that the print is trendier than ever, you may have regrets about that, but this neutral-toned sweatshirt from Zella is on sale for 40 percent off (and it may even be cuter than your custom-designed tee).
4

SWEATY BETTY nordstrom.com
$16.80
Once you start wearing quality socks that are anti-blister and moisture-wicking, it’s hard to go back to anything less. While they can usually get a bit pricey, this three-pack of Sweaty Betty’s ankle socks are 30 percent off right now.

7
Alo On the Go Zip-Up Hoodie

MERRELL nordstrom.com
$69.97
If hiking is in your summer plans or you’ve been thinking about taking it up as a hobby, you’ll want to take a look at these durable, tear-resistant hiking shoes from Merrell. Whether you’re choosing sunset yoga in the park or just a quickie meditation on your bedroom floor, these ultra cozy joggers are pre-distressed to give you that same worn-in feel that your old college sweats give you (maybe it’s time to swap them out).
11
Alo Roses Duality Full Zip Hoodie
ALO nordstrom.com
$136.80
From one of Alo Yoga’s most loved collections, this rose-printed jacket is super lightweight—the perfect transition piece in and out of summer, or for those chiller evening runs.
12
Wonder Woman High Waist Leggings
ELEVEN BY VENUS WILLIAMS nordstrom.com

13
Adidas Fleece Miniskirt
Adidas nordstrom.com
$30.00
Yes, mini skirts are back and you can’t go wrong with a black one featuring Adidas’ iconic three strips. Sure, you can wear this on the tennis court or golf course, but you’ll want to wear the trendy skirt out with friends for dinner, too.
14
Wacoal Sports Bra
High-support sports bras can get pricey, but now that this high-quality Wacoal one is on sale for just $40, it’s a great time to stock up on a few. The wide shoulder straps, exterior underwire, and moisture-wicking fabric make it an essential for anyone who prefers more support when working out.
15

16

JORDAN nordstrom.com
$80.40
These look super trendy and cool paired with a white tee and sneakers, but the stretchy, water repellent fabric also makes them great for any camping or hiking adventures you may be planning this season.
Bonus: For a really put together look, pair these with the matching jacket, which is also 40 percent off.
17
Nike Essential Tankini Top
NIKE nordstrom.com
$39.96
Tankinis are great if you’re looking for something versatile. They offer the same coverage of a one-piece, but you can mix up the bottoms for a new look every time. Plus, this one offers some great support, so it’ll just as easily pair with your leggings or shorts on the sand volleyball court.
18
Onzie High Neck Crop Bra Top

days 63-69
Tumblr media
day sixty-three [mar. 5]
8:00 am - Notice my tax refund has hit +$1213! Make a chemex. Try to be chill for this am’s call. It’s kind of a big one.
10:00 am - Well it went really well. I was asked to be a decisionmaker on the call so that’s a nice boost to my ego. Eat the final piece of pineapple pie to celebrate / also just to eat breakfast.
2:00 pm - I have a giant monthly report that I’m delivering next week, so I get started on that. I get ¼ of the way done and decide to cut work early to exercise.
5:30 pm - We try to order from Monroe’s – the hot chicken place I picked up food from for M’s birthday but it’s closed / not taking online orders. We decide to get Cornish Pasty instead. K gets a veggie Mexican and I get the vegan Guinness stew. We also share an order of oven chips with garlic & jalapeno. K pays for this one.
8:30 pm - I am so so full. I have a phone date tonight with C - I think in my last diary I referred to him as BFF? Either way, he’s moved to Seattle and we chat probably every month or so for a few hours. I am feeling so so full from pasty that I take a really long walk to settle my stomach. I walk to the lake and then across and down to campus. At some point I stop to buy a water from a vending machine but it gives me a Dr. Pepper. Find a different one and buy a water instead. $4.25
11:30 pm - Realize I need to go to bed and let C go.
day sixty-three total: $0
day sixty-four
8:30 am - Wake up and make a chemex. Read a few chapters of The Guest List and start to move all of the furniture in the living room into the center of the room for the trim. Spend the next hour cleaning/prepping while K walks to the lake.
11:00 am - Last time I did the kitchen my quads were so sore so I decide to do a pure barre class prior to starting knowing that I’ll be way too sore tomorrow.
12:30 pm - K and I are determined to get this hot chicken. We place an order at the downtown location and I go over there to pick it up. We both get vegans - extra hot + hot + fries + 2 orders of pickles. $48.18
3:00 pm - Finally start taping the living room.
6:45 pm - That took 400 years. Start the first layer of paint.
9:45 pm - Second layer of paint.
11:45 pm - Eat some chips and salsa. Manage to bolt the door closed and head to bed. What a day.
day sixty-four total: $48.18
day sixty-five
8:45 am - Wow my legs. I am so so sore. I want to try to get the living room put back together as soon as possible so I don’t delay in making my coffee and ripping up tape.
11:00 am - Why does this take 800 years? It’s not fair. Make us tofu/egg tacos for breakfast with low carb tortillas.
12:00 pm - K helps me put the room back together. We really take our time sweeping and dusting and even going through all of our things. He is a big help!
2:30 pm - The living room is put back together! Rejoice.
3:30 pm - K and I go hit golf balls. We both do a lot better than the first time we went out and have a lot of fun. He pays for the bucket of balls.
5:00 pm - Toss beans in the instant pot.
6:00 pm - Pour a glass of wine and meet with K’s family on zoom.
7:30 pm - Big burritos for din with beans, rice, lettuce, cheeze, & jackfruit with chips and salsa.
8:00 pm - idk what’s up with me but i am in a huge snacky mood. Eat chocolate and a few spoonfuls of peanut butter.
9:00 pm - K walks to the lake and I start scoping out clothes/sales again. I have a $100 gift card from Everlane for Christmas from K’s parents and decide to use that. I buy 2 dresses and a pair of pants. ($18.27) I also stumble across a pair of boots that are just beautiful. I want them so badly but they’re made of leather. I scope out Poshmark and find a pair in my size and they’re ACTUALLY used and in my size. They’re listed for $80 and I offer $70. The seller accepts ($83.12) $101.39
day sixty-five total: $101.39
day sixty-six
8:00 am - I am so sore still. Ugh. Pure barre charge comes thru. $15
10:00 am - Officially done with pie for breakfast so I eat yogurt instead.
12:00 pm - Finish the last of the BBQ chicken salad for lunch. Continue my shopping adventures and find a pair of mules from Madewell on Poshmark. Offer $50 and it’s accepted. $61.50
4:00 pm - I’m still pretty sore but I stretch out a bit and do a pure barre livestream.
5:30 pm - The weather is really nice out and so I decide to read on the porch. It doesn’t take long before K asks me to come with him to his office so he can clean out his stuff. Background: he was furloughed in August and the place he works isn’t renewing the lease.
7:00 pm - We arrive home. I think K feels defeated. I kinda do too.. Feels like the end of an era. He isn’t up for dinner. I heat up some pozole for myself.
8:00 pm - K decides to go for a walk and I want to finish Season 21 of The Challenge (Rivals) so I stay home. Make a rum drink with soda water, a tiny agave squeeze and some limes. It’s very good.
day sixty-six total: $76.50
day sixty-seven
7:45 am - up early today. I have a meeting at 8:30 today to pull some data/talk about KPIs for the project I’ve been put in “decision-maker status” for. The meeting goes well and I feel good about the data alignment.
9:30 am - I get sent a zoom link without any warning. I tell them to give me a minute so I can pee and heat up my coffee. On my way to the kitchen I knock over a glass and it shatters EVERYWHERE. I take a few minutes to clean it up and forget to pee.
10:45 am - run to the restroom. K asks me to join him in the spare room where his “office” is. I work on reporting for a while in there. Eat plant yogurt.
12:30 pm - i wait too long to eat and am feeling overwhelmed and stressed. K rubs my back and helps me clean the kitchen. I swear these dishes never end.
1:15 pm - i have to pee again and this time it burns. Fuck fuck fuck. Not sure if it’s yeast or urinary tract but either one can’t be good. I pay some more attention to my body and realize that i can feel my bladder swelling which means i’m in uti territory. I have a super sensitive bladder and this puts me in a panic. Change my underwear, dig through my supplies and find a test strip, and AZO. Pound a bunch of water to keep things moving.
1:45 pm - Fears are realized. At home UTI test comes back positive. I am able to land a prescription very quickly through undisclosed sources. In the meantime, I take AZO for my symptoms and advil for my bladder inflammation.
5:45 pm - Finish working for the day and all I want is a glass of wine but I know that will fuck up my urinary tract even more. Stick to water and such. Decide not to work out tonight either given I don’t have the antibiotics yet and any agitation to my bladder will harm my current state.
6:15 pm - Roast potatoes in the oven and the text from CVS comes that my prescription is ready. Roll on over to pick it up. $1.02
7:00 pm - Buffalo chicken sandwiches is the vibe for dinner. Continue drinking water, take more AZO.
day sixty-seven total: $1.02
day sixty-eight
8:00 am - wake up feeling like my body did some solid healing work. Make a chemex and QA some stuff for a 9:30 meeting where I have to present.
11:00 am - plant yogurt. Definitely feeling a lot better today already AND my calendar is clear for work aka def going to work out before 5.
11:45 am - Buy vitamin D on amazon but it’s free since I have the gift card from my boss. Eat leftover cauliflower fried rice for lunch.
3:00 pm - work is actually slow today and my urinary tract is feeling on the mend. Take a barre class recording and shower all before 4 PM.
6:00 pm - tonight we’re doing leftover big burritos with roasted potatoes. We’re out of tortilla chips and honestly dipping the potatoes in salsa is pretty dope.
8:00 pm - i kinda ease in and out of feelin’ tired. Read some of The Guest List before turning in.
day sixty-eight total: $0
day sixty-nine
8:00 am - wake up feeling again like i was in a deep deep healing mode sleep. Make coffee and get to work.
11:30 am - make pad thai for lunch.
2:30 pm - try on all of my clothes that came from ann taylor/loft plus the boss boot shoes from poshmark. Everything fits really well and I’m happy I took the plunge to figure out what my new sizes actually are. I am still really self conscious of my belly… it’s like a ledge and i really don’t get it because i am otherwise very thin. It could be a hormone thing or it could be a gut thing but i decide to try to tackle both at once. Vitamin d and zinc for horomones (which I already have on hand) i do some research and find a supplement from hum nutrition to try and decide to start taking ACV shots to see if anything changes. $25.45
4:50 pm - do a pure barre live stream recording. Shower and eat too many snacks.
7:00 pm - start a new season of the challenge while k goes to hit golf balls. Upon his return I make him a burrito with potatoes and myself some leftover pozole.
11:00 pm - finish the guest list. Didn’t see the ending coming at all! Get some sleep for vaccine #2 tomorrow.
day sixty-nine total: $25.45

Volkswagen Golf Estate 2020 review
Are you considering buying an electric car? There hasn't always been a Golf Estate. In fact, it wasn't untilthe third-generation Golfthat Volkswagen decided buyers might warm to the added versatility of such a model.Since 1993, though, it has been a mainstay ofVolkswagen'sline-up, You may need: autel scanner mk808 review. growing ever larger and offering greater load space in each iteration. This latest one continues that theme , being 71mm longer than its predecessor, at 4633mm. The wheelbase gets 67mm of that extra stretch, the rear overhang the rest. It's a moderate increase but rectifies one of this model's weaknesses over the years: rear leg room, which has increased by 38mm.Load space has risen, too, if only by six litres to 611 litres under the cargo blind. Overall, the Golf has 1642 litres, 22 more than before, when the split folding rear seat is down. By comparison, the Ford Focus Estateoffers 608-1653 litres. The roomy interior mirrors that ofthe Mk8 Golf hatchback , with a contemporary new dashboard that's big on touchscreen digital controls and less so on physical switches. There is a lot of hard plastic within the upper section of the fascia, but it all appears well put together. The new estate has the same range of three- and four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines as the hatch, too, including 48V mild-hybrid petrols. Traditionally, though, diesels have underpinned UK sales. The more powerful of the 2.0-litre TDI models driven here, with its standard seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox, adopts the twin-dosing AdBlue process with two SCR catalysts to cut NOx output. It is rather chattery on start-up in cooler temperatures. But with 148bhp and 265lb ft, it gets off the line with urgency and is highly flexible on the move. A combined 70.6mpg promises a range of well over 700 miles as well. The handling is very benign, with light but accurate steering, well-contained body roll and quite good front grip. It rides well, although the added cabin volume amplifies road noise more than in the hatchback. It's not particularly exciting, but what it lacks in dynamic flair, it makes up for in overall versatility and everyday usefulness. This is the automotive equivalent of a sensible pair of shoes: dependable in just about every situation without ever threatening to stand out in a crowd. Not sure why VAG seem intent on making their estates look like hatchbacks giving them tiny rear windows? It ruins the proportions from the side. I've always found estates quite attractive from a side profile, so not sure why they try and make it look like a hatchback which arguably look worse. The Golf shape does not translate well into estate cars. This one is no exception, though not the worst (that was the hideous bulbous Golf 5)The Golf shape does not translate well into estate cars. This one is no exception, though not the worst (that was the hideous bulbous Golf 5)Given the upright, estate like, rear of the hatchback, you would think it would be easy to extend the body back, put a similar rear end to the hatchback on it and job done. Instead the estates always look droopy and very much an afterthought. Why are Golf estates always so drab? Gti or R estate would a great family car but looks so uglyPersonally I am not a fan of the switchless dash, it may be considered to look cluttered to have them but I would prefer tactile switches to a touch screen, although I do quite like the look and style of the dash, it looks neat and tidy but I don't thing a few buttons for HVAC etc would look out of place. The colour does it no favours as I actually think this looks better than the hatch, unlike others here I think it looks a more cohesive design, not keen on the wheels though, and the best bit is that it exists at all with the continued march of SUVs replacing normal cars everywhere.Another car that is outgrowing my garage. Every time I find one I like, the manufacturer stretches it. Damn them.Mind you, all of that touch and wave interface had already put me off this golf iteration. Bring back knobs and buttons where you can be sure of getting the right one.I agree that the down-sloping rear roof is stupid. If it swept the...
