How can Jews serve God without a Temple, when the Torah speaks of it so often. Is the covenant broken and will this lead to the Jews to Jesus?

I will say this, Ralph Ellis claims the same thing, but blames it on Santorini the volcano that erupted around that time. That would explain the red Sea, with tsunami of course and the other plagues of the bible as well@Regrann from @africanbiblicalhistory - #Repost @apxaioc with @repostapp. ・・・ The Admonitions of an Egyptian Sage, written by a man named Ipuwer, was a poetic lamentation addressed to the “All Lord,” who is typically understood to be the sun god Ra. The text describes a time in which the natural order in Egypt was severely disrupted by death, destruction, and plagues. The only surviving copy of the papyrus dates to the 13th century BC, and while many scholars suggest it was written in the 2nd Intermediate Period due to content, the linguistics and date of the copy suggest a composition in the 18th Dynasty. Many of the events parallel the time of the Exodus plagues, such as the Nile turning to blood, fields burned, grain destroyed, lamentation, plague and pestilence, children dying, and slaves taking the gold and silver, suggesting that it could have been an Egyptian recounting of that period. Exodus 7:14-12:36. #archaeology #biblicalarchaeology #biblearchaeology #admonitions #egyptian #sage #ipuwer #papyrus #poem #poetry #wisdom #egypt #hieroglyphics #ra #sun #god #nile #plagues #signs #death #slaves #newkingdom #18thdynasty #exodus #hebrews #moses #oldtestament #bible #ancient
