Education- A Treated Fundamental Right
As Chanakya rightly said" Education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education always beats the beauty and the youth." Education is so rudimentary that it itself becomes an identity of an individual. It is always a much talked topic and people have debated over years of how to clinch to almost perfection; nevertheless, we outstretch a generation where there are diverse forms of education. Education gives a vision of hope for a better world.

Top 5 NGOs rejuvenating education in India

India gained independence 75 years ago, ever since then there has been steady progress found in the primary and secondary educational sector. Yet there have been several challenges lying in the way of not letting achieving the goals of universal education. The bottlenecks like limited arrangement of finance, infrastructure and dearth of quality teachers have been noticed. Very less percentage of GDP is spent on education and it is just 3%.
However, there are several non-profitable organizations coming up and bringing progressive changes which promise a bright future for the underprivileged children who are not getting the opportunity to go to school to study or dropping out in the mid-way.
Let’s understand how top non profitable organizations in India are acting as driving force in meeting the educational requirements of India:

A)SK Vision Foundation: It is one of the best NGO working for education in India promoted by Sat Kartar Groups of Companies. It is assisting the underprivileged children and youth including destitute members of the society to move towards addiction free and safe society with education and high quality health care programs. Efforts are made by the volunteers to counsel and educate the drop outs and enroll and train the unemployed youth on job oriented courses.
B)Reliance Foundation: It is another leading NGO launched by Reliance Industries which is helping gain millions of underprivileged children academic knowledge through advanced educational programs at primary and secondary level. Collaborating with the international educational organization, Reliance foundation helping the children to recover academic losses that occurred during pandemic.
C)K.C Mahindra Education Trust: This charitable trust had been started since the time of 1953 in the aim of removing poverty through the path of education for every child. Project Nanhi Kali had been started for helping underprivileged and yet meritorious girls to gain education. More than 4 lakhs underprivileged girls have been able to achieve academic success with the support of this NGO.
D) Udaan India Foundation: It is a Mumbai based organization which aims to improve the quality of life of underprivileged children through the path of education. Donations from the privileged section will help in recruiting the qualified, trained and experienced teachers for the benefit of the young children.
E)eVidyaloka: Another topmost NGO based in Bangalore which is reaching out to poor and underprivileged children for promoting and teaching different academic subjects through digital classrooms. More than 20000 children in 200 remote villages have benefitted from this NGO.
Overall, with the support of privileged sections of the society voluntarily or financially, we can easily move towards 100 % literacy rate and empower urban slums and rural Indians.
