Triton we already know him, as a baby at least. But when he grows up, i imagine him as quite chill in the outside, a bit anxious in the inside. Since he's the only male child, he know's he'd be heir to the throne of the sea.

Rhodos would be pretty lax and socially driven. Pretty much likes to chill at the beach and hang up with her friends. Didn't have much objectives in life 'till she met Helios.

As for Benthesicyme (whatever that's spelled), she would the only responsible one. A bit more concerned for her parent's "social" life.

i’m gonna be honest, i would sell my first born to see some more stallions taken up. the underboss, consigliere, and capos are all super needed and there are so many greek figures that would be perfect as part of the stallions ! especially atlas, amphitrite, pontus, rhodos, and  benthesicyme !

Khione is the God of Snow, Ice and Frost. The son of Boreas and Oreithyia, he fathered the legendary King Eumolpus by Benthesicyme, a daughter of Poseidon. Khione sacred home & focus of worship was the cliffsides of Mount Haemus in Thrace. Despite being a barren deity by contrast, Khione found consistent worship in the temples of Demeter & Persephone, as an enforcer of Demeter’s wrath during her daughters absence. 

In the present day Khione, now known as Kion, has felt the lull of power Olympus once had & chose to leave his domain to live in the mortal world. Currently residing in New York City, Kion is posing a student at NYU studying Geology.
