for the third knives out movie let’s continue the pattern of “blanc solves crime with women of color/working class” and have an east asian or southeast asian woman be a transfer student to idk harvard and is insanely intelligent however she can’t speak english easily and when murder happens she gets blamed pretty easily bc racism but blanc is a feminist so is on her side

Spoilers for Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery
These shitheads.
Not a single one of them wanted to help Helen, because they were safe. They would have banded together and testified that they had not seen Miles burn the napkin. Bam. All of them would have been of to their carefree, rich lives again and could have sucked on Miles golden tit for how long they needed it.
Then Helen starts smashing the little glass statues and at one point they chime in. Why not? A bit of broken glass would not have destroyed their relationship with Miles, so they were able to let of some steam. Afterall they hate him, all of them did not like him from the very beginning and only started to act nice when he was of use to them. So he used them as well.
Miles and the shitheads are all the same.
At the end they realise that Miles is going down, so again they band together and get rid of him. No change of heart, moral or anything. Just calculating. They will search for a new golden tit to suck on because they are in it for themselves. That was always their motive and will be their motive forever because rich people band together to get their things.
And if one of them is not useful anymore, they get rid of them with any means necessary. Everyone else doesn't matter.
Shitheads.

Let’s talk Glass Onion:A Knives Out Mystery! Janelle Monáe did her thing!!! Honestly, it was better than Knives Out! The cast was spectacular and it was really funny and enticing. Y’all should know I love a good murder mystery by now and this one was a great. Y’all at home watching Christmas movies and I’m over her watching Monáe burn the mother fucking house down! Go watch!

I finally got around to watching Glass Onion. Stuff just kept coming up these past 5 days, until I literally got sick and had to stay home.
"It's a dangerous thing to mistake speaking without thought for speaking the truth."
Benoit Blanc having no patience for dumb stuff makes him one of my favorite characters in recent years. Daniel Craig seems to be having the time of his life in this role, too.
Really loved the idea of going through the plot again from different perspectives. It should be great in a rewatch.
If Rian Johnson manages to nail the third movie, this might be the best film trilogy since Lord of the Rings. It's that good.
