Some Newlora buildings and plans for the future ~ since I'm too lazy to post gameplay atm

This like camping part of Newlora is one of my favorites. So I wanted to show some of the buildings in it. Not sure how mutch I have shown of it before, hope there is no old news ':D

also i love this:

I really want to build hotel for this section, but the hotels in normal hoods are so funky (and not in the good way...😔😫) so i'm not sure how mutch is gonna get used. I might add like all the tree lakes stuff in here so sims could open those travel wish things.

This one is apartment. It's still in need of playtesting (also based on my ruleset Newlora can't yet have apartments), but it looks ok. It has 5 apartments.

This building gives me Coraline vibes even tho I feel like that building is actually so different looking. Maybe it's just the color sceme???

The Pink house is finally up for renting in Benbirth! I posted some pictures of it before. So I'm not gonna picture them again. This is my fave apartment from the outside.

In Benbirth, a new community building just opened ~

The first floor is for this little diner and a record store.

The second floor has the little room for the maid servises and...

... a club room owned by the garden club. The garden club also rents this room for the Benbirth's school after school clubs.

Omar's side of the Tyyne's Textiles and Treasures got a little makeover. It now also rents sewing mashines for anyone willing.

Welcome back to Benbirth! ~

It has been a while. I haven't actually played in Benbirth yet, but I think it's better to start off with some pictures so you can know what happened in Benbirth in 2023 (😳!) and I can remember.

It's fitting to start this queue of posting with a new sim that we got thanks to the new building.

Onyx Claw works in the record store of the new building. He plans on to make it big in here in this fast growing little town.

Liina's Walkway is not that interesting place by itself, but it being really empty makes it the perfet place for Onyx Claw to play some tunes to earn a little faime and pocket money.

So now knowing her son's uninterest towards nature Tyyne decided to spend tha day in River Road Park talking about it and making nature fun for Bert.

So as the night fell Tyyne and Bert started to do some fishing. Just like Tyyne once did when the Benson's Park still had it's fishing spot. Bert find it fun even tho it was raining. Tyyne on the other hand looked kind of grim.

The Root household was blessed by tree new children with Ben IV having twins and Natasha having one child.

In the Mumfre household everything is really similar as always. Veenus did spend some time with Wilhartti Potensia, but most of his free time is spend on taking care of the garden and the trees.

He did meet Sipsetti, whom with he flirted with for a while before returning to work.
