Just had the best lunch.
Some people think that eating healthy becomes monotonous and boring. Well I guess if you do the same thing over and over then this could be applied.
Eating clean doesn't have to be boring. Or difficult.
Case in point - my lunch for today:
    lemon & herb encrusted Atlantic Salmon     pan-fried zucchini     steamed squash, beans & asparagus     avocado
-Yum!

Believe BootCamps Bx will have their first boot camp of 2013 tonight. Although I've still been training these last few days I have missed bootcamp. My blisters from Kettle Bells are healed (almost) and I have been practicing my push-ups. Can't say I've missed the burpees, but as they're so good for us I'm willing to compromise. Bring on my first intense workout of 2013 as I strive toward a better me. Dream, BELIEVE, Achieve. millieG. xoxo

Favourite meal of the day! Yoghurt, berries, muesli & almonds - all washed down with a huge glass of H2o! Not long woke up into Day 2 of my health kick. I woke up early after a short but refreshing sleep. Pretty pumped for today! The sugar withdrawals haven't hit me yet, but the cravings might rise when I head to the cinema later to check out Pitch Perfect!
