The water isn’t enough, so he scoops sand from the bottom of the pool and scrubs. The grains of sand are coarse against his skin, and the water turns dark and cloudy as Eddie’s blood mixes with the turned sand. His vision blurs with tears that he refuses to let fall, and still, he scrubs. He scrubs until his skin is raw, red from the harsh grains of sand instead of Eddie’s blood.

This one is so hard, every comment brings me so much joy 🥰 but one that stands out in particular was when a lovely mutual commented that they were rereading my Princess Bride au because it's their comfort fic 🥺

🚦What sort of endings do you prefer to write: ambiguous, bad, happily ever after, etc.?

Only happy endings here!! I don't think I could ever bring myself to write a sad ending 😅

🤩 What led to your interest in the fandom?

I was living in a new city after graduating college and I didn't know anyone and COVID was still very prevalent so it wasn't necessarily easy to meet people... so I spent every evening and weekend alone in my apartment 😂 I had just finished my rewatch of spn and had been seeing gifs of those gay firefighters and was like, oh might as well. First few eps I was like it's good but I probably won't get that into it 🤡 then I was like, I can see why people ship buddie but I probably won't get too serious about it 🤡 idk if I'll even read fic for it 🤡 (I certainly never imagine writing fic for it but here I am)
