Since AGGGTM will not be going to Netflix until August 1st, I will be specifying if any of my future posts for the show have spoilers or not. I am lucky that I will be getting it on July 1st (Australian here!), but I am aware that some of my AGGGTM mutuals/followers are going to have to wait until August 1st.
It's simple: if the title of my post says "contains spoilers for AGGGTM show", DO NOT read it unless you've watched it. If you haven't, then scroll away and don't be tempted by spoilers <333 granted we all know the basic story but there are going to be new elements that I'll most likely be talking about!
However, if I'm just talking about the book (for example, just a rant post about how much I hate that loser Ant Lowe), then that will be specified too! It'll all be specified in the title from now on <333
With that being said, here's the trailer from Netflix <333 - Em

Mira Royal Detective Gets Renewed For Third And Final Season With Bollywood-Inspired Specials.
“Mira, Royal Detective” has ben renewed for a third and final season who will culminate with four extended-length specials that celebrate Bollywood music and dancing while also familiarizing young viewers with different perspectives and critical thinking. The specials will be presented beginning May 2 through June 20 on Disney Junior.
The series first two seasons are avalible to stream now on Disney+, with the final season dropping on July.
Since its premiere in March 2020 and for more than 100 stories, “Mira, Royal Detective” has highlighted the rich, diverse cultures of India. Each episode centers on the clever heroine Mira and her friends, including her sleuthing mongoose sidekicks Mikku and Chikku, as they help others by solving mysteries in their kingdom community of Jalpur.
The upcoming Bollywood-themed specials celebrate the iconic genre with higher stakes mystery and adventure, robust musical performances, spectacular costuming and elaborate dance numbers by series’ choreographer/dance consultant Nakul Dev Mahajan. Among the guest stars are Lilly Singh, Nik Dodani, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Punam Patel, Megan Suri, Kapil Talwalkar and ESPN sportscaster Kevin Negandhi.
Shagorika Ghosh Perkins said, “I speak for everyone who made this show when I say it’s been a joyful and rewarding experience to be part of a series that highlights South Asian culture in such a bold and beautiful way. We’re so proud of its contribution to the cultural landscape and what it offers a generation of young children.”
Nakul Dev Mahajan said, “These specials bring Bollywood dance, a genre that I love deeply, front and center for kids and their entire families too. This show gave me the chance to proudly showcase so many styles of dance, including Kathak, which I never thought I would see on American TV, and it’s icing on the cake to now focus entirely on Bollywood dance.”

“The Ramen Girl” (2008)
PG-13, 104 minutes, directed by Robert Allan Ackerman, written by Becca Topol
Stream on Hulu or rent digitally on major video platforms.
Notable performers: Brittany Murphy, duh
Why you should watch it in general: It’s heartwarming.
Why you should watch it while you’re stuck at home: It’ll make you laugh.
Is it part of a franchise: Nope!
Have I seen it before: Yes, it charmed me and I’m glad that it’s available for you to watch.
Does the trailer do it justice: No. The trailer leans into the “they don’t understand each other, isn’t it kookie?” in a way that the movie doesn’t.
“The Ramen Girl” is like one part “Kill Bill, Vol. 1” (when Uma shows up at that dudes restaurant that is just a front for his sword making) and two parts “Lost in Translation” with a dash of corn for texture (watch it and you’ll understand this reference).
Is it a little weird that this white woman basically forces her way into becoming the apprentice of this Japanese ramen chef? Yes, but once you’re willing to forgive or overlook some of those issues, you can enjoy it as this quirky little movie where Brittany Murphy and Toshiyuki Nishida get to have some pretty interesting banter. Keep in mind, half the dialogue is Japanese with subtitles, so you’ll need to be watching and just not “have it on in the background.”
I hope this brings you as much joy as a good bowl of ramen.

Sugarbabies (Review)
Sugarbabies 2015 Story by Becca Topol and David DeCrane Screenplay by Becca Topol Directed by Monika Mitchell First they sugared the daddies. I said nothing, for I wasn’t a daddy. But then they came to sugar the babies. And I was like, “Seriously, Lifetime?” This is the third film they’ve shown this year where young, nubile girls decide the best way to pay tuition is to get it on with older men…

Mira Royal Detective Season 2 Sets April 2th Premiere Date
The second season of Disney Junior’s animated mystery adventure Mira, Royal Detective is set to debut April 5 at 5pm EDT on Disney Junior and DisneyNOW, with a new episode airing every Monday for eight weeks after.
Inspired by the cultures and customs of India, the series follows the brave and resourceful Mira, a young girl who travels throughout the fictional land of Jalpur solving mysteries for her friends, family and extended community. The series further bolsters authentic representation of the Asian community — specifically the South Asian community.
The sophomore season of the animated series will include an episode highlighting the Eid al-Fitr holiday on May 3. There will also be episodes celebrating the festivals of Teej and Dasara, as well as four extended-length music- and dance-filled specials.
As an added bonus, season one of Mira, Royal Detective will drop on Disney+ on April 30.
The series voice cast includes Freida Pinto, Kal Penn, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Hannah Simone, Jameela Jamil, Aparna Nancherla and Aasif Mandvi. Leela Ladnier stars as the voice of Mira. Recurring guest stars include Kunal Nayyar, Hari Kondabolu and Karen David.
In the aforementioned Eid al-Fitr episode, titled “The Eid Mystery,” Mira’s friend Sadia asks for her help in solving the case when they find a lost holiday eidi gift envelope on the ground. Recurring cast member Rizwan Manji (Schitt’s Creek) stars alongside his real-life daughter, Ayana Manji (Perfect Harmony) as Mr. Khan and his daughter Sadia. Zehra Fazal (Glitch Techs) and Kausar Mohammed (East of La Brea) also guest star. Cultural consulting firm SILA Consulting advised on the episode.
Ritesh Rajan (Definition Please, Disney’s The Jungle Book), Lilly Singh (A Little Late with Lilly Singh), Aly Mawji (Silicon Valley), Tiya Sircar (The Good Place), Usman Ally (Lifeline) and world-renowned musician Zakir Hussain are among the additional guest voice cast for season two.
