I wfh today. Lunch was picked from the garden with some leftover potatoes and burger patties. It was yum. I managed to catch up on the laundry in my breaks. After dinner I still had steps to get so we walked to the beach. We pretty much had it to ourselves. When we got home we emptied a load of pallets off the trailer. Great workout.

Hi everyone! 😀 I recently went for a little look around the Fife town of Burntisland - i had a great time walking around by the sea and the town centre. What a lovely place - i'll definitely need to try to go back in the summer when the funfair's in town! Hope you enjoy, and happy christmas! 😀

Big changes at work have resulted in a very sore neck, shoulder and lower back. To add to my pain I did my first strength workout post holiday break last night. Due to all the working I did not have my steps by dinner time so a walk was in order to take care of the steps. Despite all the rain and cold winds we have had today it was beautiful at the beach. So glad we made the effort and so much happier after a good foam roller session when we got home.
