It has the same power and torque as the BS4 Bajaj Platina 100, with 7.9PS at 8500rpm and 8.34Nm at 5500rpm. A 4-speed transmission is linked to the engine. The motorcycle, according to Bajaj, has a top speed of 90 kmph. The Bajaj Platina 100 has a 135mm travel telescopic fork up front and a 110mm rear wheel travel Spring-N-Spring shock absorber. With a conventional integrated braking system, the motorbike comes to a rest with a 130mm front drum and a 110mm rear drum. There isn't even an option for a front disc brake.
