January 2012 I started to get hit hard with depression. About a year later it was still around, I would get better and then go back down again. I've always wanted a tattoo but never knew what to get and I wanted something to remind me to fight the depression and have something I loved at the same time. I have absolutely loved Pokemon ever since I was really little and I also have a love for Assassins Creed, mainly Ezio so I figured I'd pick those two but I didn't know which Pokemon to pick until I settled on Pikachu. I asked my friend Jake to draw something for me and he came up with this and I fell in love.

Pikachu is Ash's Pikachu from the anime. He reminds me to fight no matter what the odds are just like when he fought Brock's Onix or Surge's Raichu. To fight against depression. He reminds me to enjoy the little things in life, in the show Pikachu loves Ketchup and it makes him happy and with depression you gotta fight by trying to stay happy and enjoying the smallest things. Pikachu is serious when he needs to be and playful at the same time and that's exactly how I want to be.He basically stands for never giving up in life and being cheerful and laughing and enjoying things

Assassins Creed Logo- Stands for "nothing is true, everything is permitted"  It reminds me that the people together control cities and that you can do anything but know you pay for what you do "To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic.
