people dont talk enough about how heartbreaking the marlon betrayal mustve been for clem too,,

this dude saves the life of her and her kid. takes them in has them patched up gives them their first hot meal in who knows how long. gives them a safe place to stay. possibly permanently. confides in her that hes trying to be a good leader but feels like and fears that hes failing. asks her to help him take care of the rest of the group. helps her get over her fear of dogs by asking her to trust him. and things go well. she feels safe. like this place could really finally be the home shes been looking for

but as soon as she finds out what happened to the twins. that marlon planned on giving up her and aj too. she immediately becomes a liability to him and he attempts to kill her for it. locks her in the basement to die by walker. then tries to turn the group against her so he can shoot her instead when the first method fails. and he nearly succeeds

then a majority of the group turn against clem the minute aj kills marlon. ignoring marlons mistakes but condemning aj for his. like clem wasnt betrayed by marlon in the exact same way he betrayed the twins. like she literally wasnt almost killed twice? and how long had he been considering giving her up? was it always some contingency he planned? did he truly want to keep them around and things only changed when he feared the raiders had returned? she'll never know

You can tell it's him a mile away - the watchful eyes, (with a tiny turn in the left), the "resting pleasant face" mouth, beautiful shiny hair and his big ol' ears. Adorbs!

And Mary looks so lovely.

It breaks my heart to think this sweet little infant was mistreated and neglected by his first nanny for the first 18 months of his life! I'm sure that in some ways set the stage for some of the anxieties he struggled with throughout his life. Thank goodness Lala Bill came to the rescue and became the children's beloved nanny!

And he turned out to be made of pretty tough stuff!

If it isn't clear, The Dragon hates Memory, another oc of mine, I pair them up with Harvest a lot, but unlike Harvest they're actually an important part of The Dragon's story. They were a veteran tasked with taking The Dragon through the realms and Eden as a moth, but they abandoned it in Eden, cold, and alone. Scared and traumatised. Once he remembered what happened (cos sky kids forget things upon going through Eden), he felt disgusted and betrayed, decided all sky kids were evil and not to be trusted, and ran away to leave the cycle of rebirth and grow up.

Also The Dragon's family is their kids! And the spirit village he lives at! It acts as their guardian! Protecting them from outside threats, keeping watch, and taking care of them all (especially the kids, who's parents were never found, so he adopted them)

If I see this idiotic (very clearly false) Thirsty Fangirl Who Can’t Handle Being Attracted to Villains™ narrative of “Bailey made his kids do it, Ethan didn’t really want to, he just wanted his father to love him as much as he loved Richie, Bailey is a shit abusive father” again, when that is all very clearly not true, I’m calling Kirby on this dumbass fandom!

Imagine having so little depth or complexity that you portray Wayne as an abusive father when that is so clearly not the case in canon. 🤨

(I’ve mentioned this all on my horror blog already. 🙄) Ethan and Quinn were obviously, visibly upset that Sam had killed Richie. They were both obviously gun-ho for the murder! That is the blatant truth! And in what universe is this made-up simp theory a better motive than their actual motive? 🤨 “I want to avenge my loved one” is 10x better than “I want my parent to love me more UWU.” 🥺

Also, Richie was the child he lost. OF COURSE it’s going to be Richie, Richie, Richie now, the man is grieving. And if my beliefs are correct (from Quinn and Ethan’s ages in audition descriptions, I believe they are 19-year-old twins), Richie was his only child for 7 years. Of course he is going to be the spoiled favorite child. (Though I headcanon that he spoiled all 3 of them, but that’s neither here nor there.)

Wayne loved all of his children (though Richie was clearly his favorite; most parents have a favorite, it doesn’t make them abusive). Ethan and Quinn were both 100% on-board. You wanna fuck a villain.

Instead of getting upset everytime I rewatch the resurrection movie... I will instead be making a headcanon that the movie ended with Nunnally asking Lelouch to live her again as a family and him saying yes. That's how it should have ended. The whole point of the show was making a world were Nunnally was safe and happy. She wants to be with her brother, not Lelouch ditching her for C.C oml I hate it here.
