au where everything is the same except arthur survived... & heres how it can happen:

the fight w micah happens,, but arthur manages to hurt micah really badly w a knife to the knee & cracked some of his bones by slamming him against the rocks (they were fighting near a crevice at the mountain top...... arthur couldve literally just slammed micah against the edge of the crevice & made him bleed heavily from his head or smth).

so the fight isnt as one-sided ish as in canon. its now even bc yea arthur can play dirty too during a fight for his very life. he aint above stabbing ppl w a knife, cmon now.

so the fight happens w a whole lot of injuries sustained by both men. everything goes down the exact same as in the game.

arthur doesnt die; he passes out from his injuries. charles & sadie go back for him while tilly stays w the marstons. they got to him & took him to a doctor just in time for the doc to heal his wounds... altho the doc wasnt very optimistic abt arthur's chances of survival, charles & sadie still took the chance anyway.

they move to live in a cabin in the woods, a little far from civilization but not completely secluded bc arthur still needs access to meds & the doctor. charles & sadie tell the marstons + tilly abt this, & only tilly goes over to live w charles sadie & arthur while the marstons wanna start over & keep things on the down low. (john pays off his own bounty w the money arthur gave to the marstons, so now hes federally pardoned.)

several months pass & arthur gets a little better. he still has tb tho... but its more manageable now than it was before. he gets into an argument w tilly charles & sadie bc they wanted to stay w him while he, very self-deprecatingly, told them to just leave him alone in the cabin & go live their new, free lives now.

they, ofc, didnt listen bc "shut tf up arthur. we wanna stay w you bc we care abt you. you did everything for us... allow us to care for you. not that we wouldnt even if you didnt allow it." in sadie's words... more or less.

tilly still gets her happy ending, marrying a lawyer & all tho... it just happens very later on after arthur got better & was federally pardoned too. he attended her wedding as the man who walked her down the aisle & he was definitely, 100% bawling his eyes out bc thats his baby sister getting married!!!

mary & jamie gillis learn of arthur's survival when they saw him, charles, sadie, & tilly in... whichever town they all ended up in. tilly immediately had her guard up while charles & sadie were more welcoming to mary & jamie bc. theyve no fucking idea what the history is. arthur was... equally happy & wary.

mary didnt want his help this time tho!! she was just worried abt him. the two of them talk things out & mary finds out that arthur gave away the proposal ring to john; she was so happy abt that... but also sad.

jamie, on the other hand, was hint hint nudge nudge-ing the two of them—like hell is he gonna let this new opportunity for them go by! not like before. he might as well put matchmaker in his resume after graduating university bc of how he was trying so, so hard to make mary & arthur go on dates. (he just wants his own little family back...)

tilly wasnt happy abt any of that but she just. threatened the gillis w a smile on her face that if they did anything to her older brother, theyll be hearing from her personally :)))) & its not gonna be pretty :)))) so mary better not hurt him again :))))

(it was during that moment that sadie & charles realized how alike tilly & arthur are.)

anyway this is getting long to tl;dr: arthur survived bc of charles & sadie. then mary & arthur do, in fact, end up together again & this time... it works. it finally works. just like arthur promised her.

okay so the stacys are out for dinner for gwens like. graduation celebration. and they invited peter. and gwen sees him outside but he walks away so she goes to check on him.

theres this clip where hes helping a kid from bullies and he fixes his science project and walks him home, and they almost cut it bc they thought it was unimportant but andrew said he needed it in bc it shows how much it would mean to kids like that if ppl stood up for them

oh yeah also hes like. watching gwen. keeping an eye out for her making sure shes safe even after theyve broken up and stopped talking and everything

oh my GOD this scene with may. this is iconic. peter just got done with helping out with a fire so hes still in his suit and hes covered in ash and may is knocking on the door and asking him to help her take her car into the shop for something, so petes like scrambling to hide himself under the covers so she doesnt see the suit, and then she comes in and thats where we get the "what happened to your face? its filthy." so max dillon is "the guy with the blueprints" that peter saved earlier in the film, we've gotten two mentions of him now but i didnt mention the second one bc it was barely important at all fjsdhfkjsd so we're going around his apartment with him while hes getting ready for work and its very clear that he is. obsessed. with spiderman. just by how his apartment looks. its completely decked out in merch and decorations and all that, and while he's getting ready, he talks to himself and he mimics having a conversation with spiderman as if theyre best friends???? like he gives him a super deep voice and certain like. vocabulary that he doesnt use. max even makes himself a cake and pretends that "spiderman", the one hes pretending to talk to, made it for him bc no one ever remembers his birthday. so hes very much a spiderman fan, hes very devoted and obsessed, and i want u to keep that in mind going forward in the film. there originally was a plot where max lived with his mother and she was incredibly cruel and dismissive towards him but they cut it for whatever reason and i think that was a good choice tbh bc he works so much better as an individual character. anyway, thats my max dillon blurb, on with the film.

so now we're onto this scene with may and peter, and may is on the phone with what we can assume is her manager at a diner, and shes asking for some time off bc she starts training rounds at the hospital to become a nurse, but she doesnt want peter to know bc she knows he'll worry and its so important to me jksfhskjdfh

theres a little throwaway joke here between peter and may where theyre talking abt how much peter makes and peter says "jameson pays me a fair wage, if it was 1961, he pays me a fair wage" and i dont think they thought many ppl would catch this but I DID so 1961 was the year before amazing fantasy #15, which was the comic to introduce the amazing spiderman, came out!! i had to look it up on one of my first watches of this film just to be sure

oh yeah max runs into gwen in the elevator!!! remember she works here like in the first movie!! so they watch footage of spiderman and max is talking abt how great he is while gwens kinda not so into it, and then gwen mentions how max is holding a happy birthday card thing. max says that hes having a very exclusive party, and he would invite gwen but the guest list is too full bc theres a ton of celebs going. clearly she doesnt rlly buy this but goes along with it anyway for his sake, then she leaves and says like "nice to meet u, max" and he freaks out bc she remembered his name before the scene cuts. very fun scene esp knowing the rest of the film.

ok so. the cult explanation. actually wait. it would be funnier to tell you in the order ppl found out.

So basically in ! era (there are several eras, ! era was the first phase of the game, !! is the current phase, which takes place a year later, war era takes place before ! era, and pre-war era is anything before that) Kanata was a 3rd year and part of a unit called Ryuseitai. (One of my two faves) Ryuseitai's theme is heroes, specifically the power ranger type, because the leader Chiaki is obsessed with being a hero and Ryst had a history of being a unit of heroes. Anyways Kanata and Chiaki are 3rd years and Kanata has this. weird way of speaking? Where certain words are in parentheses and he pronounces some words wrong or doesnt seem to know what they mean. Anyways Ryst has no 2nd years, but they manage to get 3 1st years in the beginning of the ! era, and absolutely none of them wanted to be there, so basically they got the leftovers, but they were really desperate because they were gonna graduate. Anyways. Kanata is a weird guy who likes to swim in the school fountain, calls Chiaki his hero, speaks weirdly, doesnt refer to himself as a human, but like. maybe hes just kinda like that.

And then Meteor Impact comes out.

Some perspective. Enstars came out in 2015. Meteor Impact, aka the Kanata backstory story, came out in. 2019.

And oh boy!!! It sure is a story!!! one of the only es stories ive read and. jesus. head in hands. its something <will never be over meteor impact

ANYWAYS.

Youve known for a while at this point of the existence in the war era of a group called "The Five Eccentrics", which were a group of five students who were interesting characters who were really good. Eichi used them to wage his war and get Wataru to fall in love with him but thats beside the point. What is the point is that Kanata was one of them (So were Rei and Wataru, vampire guy and the clown in the images i sent you)

Anyways Kanata is part of the five eccentrics. i realized this might not be that important to the cult backstory stuff im trying to tell. whatever

ANYWAYS ANYWAYS.

Chiaki and Kanata are 2nd years during this time. Chiaki is part of Ryuseitai, and Kanata is unaffiliated. Chiaki does a lot of volunteer work bc ryst are heroes, and one of those jobs is to clean the old school pool, which is completely dilapidated. There he meets Kanata, and Kanata asks if he wished the pool would be clean, and he says yes. Next day he returns to clean it and the pool is spotless. He and Kanata start becoming friends even though Chiaki's kinda put off by Kanata's behavior. Kanata keeps saying he'll grant any wish Chiaki wants, Chiaki keeps saying he doesnt have anythimg to wish for. anyways stuff happens. Chiaki keeps hearing rumors about shady peoplearound the school. At some point his friend who is an ex thug gets beat up by his old friends and Chiaki tells Kanata about it. The friend gets mad because his old friends got super scared bc the police came and threatened them. Chiaki wishes for ryst, which has become lazy and lost reputation, to be more motivated, and they do.

He finds out that theres actually a cult doing everything Kanata "wishes", but Kanata believes hes a god who grants wishes for people. he doesnt see himself as human, and only thinks hes worth soemthign when hes serving others by granting their wishes. Also the cult was formed because a meteor fell like a bajillion years ago and it had some sickness on it so people started sacrificing ppl to try to get rid of the sickness and that didnt work so then they ate a guy and that worked and that was Kanata's ancestor so basically theyve kept his lineage alive incase another meteor comes so then they could eat him. He is aware of this. Anyways Chiaki's trying to save him from the cult, at one point Kanata wants to return "home" (the ocean) so he just.walks into it and Chiaki dives in to save him because hes literally about to drown himself and Kanata gets upset because he cant breathe under water because he thought he could but everyone was jsut gaslighting him around him and then Chiaki;s like "ill save you, i want to be your friend" and Kanata's like "well if thats what you wish" and Chiaki's like "no, its my dream" and then he goes with Kanata to his public execution

Oh yeah uh. so like Eichi is going around "defeating" all the five eccentrics in idol battles to motivate the rest of the school but Chiaki is there with Kanata which automatically disqualifies them but then kanata joins ryst and everyone else leaves because theyre freaked out by him and then they adopt three lovely children the end <3

uhhhhhhh ok so first of all

I MET THOMAS

i was almost sure he would be there and in her typical fashion, my mom spotted him first lmao. i caught him by himself so i went up to him and told him im a huge descendants fan and wanted to say hi and that i was there for dove and he thought that was so cool and we got a picture and i told him how hype i am for D3 and he said its gonna be amazing

then the show and THE SHOW WAS FANTASTIC. and like listen i know im technically “biased” but hey i fell in love with the girl initially bc i love her acting skills! so like...i dont call that bias so much as personal taste? if that makes sense? but really she was incredible. hilarious, adorable, and girl can SANG. like we been knew but gurl can SAAANG ive had few other opportunities to see her sing live for that long. well technically one other time being mamma mia and that was from quite a distance, this time i was in like the fourth row. the whole show was just hilarious and adorable and lovably 90s. the whole cast was great. i finally watched the movie about a week ago and i think it REALLY kept the spirit of it. i think long time fans will be satisfied. it even kept a lot of the same dialogue, beyond just the most iconic lines.

and during intermission i spotted....the producer of jersey boys??? listen ive watched their tonys acceptance speech one too many times so i was like um i know that guy. and i told him how much i love the show and how i saw it for the 10th time last night and he was so cool.

went out into the lobby after the show to look for dove. caught thomas’ eye and smiled at him and he waved at me :)

met a lot of the cast and they were all great!!

(and when we got our picture she was like ‘let me put these beautiful flowers on display’) and told her the whole “my mom and i said like a year ago that whenever you inevitably made it to broadway we would be here for the first show” and she was like “oh yah i saw you in the audience!! in the front on the left, right?” and im like “..............YES??? HOLY SHIT????” (i thought id seen her look my way at one point but im like i doubt she saw me BUT SURE ENOUGH)

she even gave my mom a hug and thanked her for making all this happen. lots of hugs and i love yous for both of us as usual :)

you know the drill. every time i get to see this girl, even if i dont get to meet her, is beyond BEYOND special, but this is one of the most special experiences weve ever had. its one ive dreamed of for so long. not only to get to meet her but to see her work her magic on stage!!! she is incredible in film and tv, but i think theatre is really her calling, and i know thats what she was most exposed to growing up so it stands to reason. this is only the beginning yall (literally. with light and the piazza around the corner.)

bittersweet that its over, but for the first time in god knows how long, i actually know when im seeing her next!! and its for something super special!! it may not be for a while, but i almost like it better that way, bc i get to spend these next 7 months getting to look forward to it, KNOWING im seeing her again soon. and knowing how things work out, i very well may get to see her beforehand. (RDMAs? book signing? maybe something else? who knows)

not to say they weren’t amazing, but the last handful of times ive seen her have often had a downside (hocus pocus i could see her but couldnt meet her, mamma mia/bellami hair/build i didnt know when id get to see her next, build we didnt get to talk much, etc.) but this was just perfect in every way. we got to talk for the longest weve gotten to in nearly a YEAR, and i got to see her in her FUCKING OFF-BROADWAY DEBUT!!!! AND KNOW WHEN IM SEEING HER AGAIN! AND SEE HER MOM! AND MEET THOMAS! AND I HADNT SEEN HER IN EIGHT MONTHS AND SHE RECOGNIZES ME RIGHT AWAY! WOW!

So humans band together based on little things that connect us like, me and my highschool class are connected by the fact that were just trying to make it to graduation. Were all studying the same things so we can talk and joke about that. And sometimes we will just repeat something we heard, understanding it only to a certain degree bc what the hell do we know. We will repeat something we heard to our group bc were trying to be funny and cool to try and see what sticks and theyll chuckle bc they heard it before too and dont want to be left out. So it sticks. Oops turns out that was racist what a plot twist. How could someone not understand what theyre saying is problematic? Well when theyre not the ones being oppressed in that particular way theyre alot more ignorant on the topic, to the point of not realising the impact of what theyre saying. What should one do? First identify the source(s) of what has been repeated within your group and cut that source. Stop spreading it amongst your group and if you have an opportunity to do so, explain why its problematic. That being sad, i dont know if someone should feel bad if they said something but didnt mean to hurt people. Maybe they did hurt people.. if they know someone in particular that theyve hurt they should apologise and make it up to them. But. Things like that shouldnt be held against that person if they didnt know. I had things like that held against me in the past, yes it was online but all my friends are online so it still made me feel bad. Idk. I know things happen by chance and suddenly so much can happen. Fuck where do we even start fixing the world. Im so tired. Im lying down but i want to lay down more. We need universal basic income i think. And more empathy and listening to eachothers needs. for the movie to start off on a note like that hurts me to my core. no one should have the puzzle. it makes me sad enough that even i, yugi, couldn't keep the puzzle, but if i did keep it, atem would never truly be at rest. and he was. he was at rest, finally. after 3000 years, his spirit finally was allowed to rest, but kaiba couldnt just let him rest??? kaiba please... let him rest

everyone has grown up so much but also stayed the same

i dont know, stuff like that always kills me and i dont really think its quite fair to compare the gang in the movie to the gang at the end of the series. because... yeah there was a period of time missing between those two but i feel like its better to compare the gang from the beginning of the series to the gang in the movie. like, uhh??? theyve all grown so much but it wasnt completely evident at the end of the series because it ended so?? kind of abruptly imho??? and just.... in thos movie you can FINALLY see how much everyone has grown after being affected by all of the stuff that happened in the ygo series- how much it changed them and how much they learned and i’m just so proud of everyone and their dreams. anzu is finally going to be a dancer and that makes me so happy. she’s wanted that ever since she was a little girl and she’s really going to do it. also, jhust????? i (yugi) am so tall??? but still the same. like i’m still the shortest but the animation style makes me look vaguely more like atem as i grow up and thats... oh my god

i’m much more familiar with the manga than the anime so i apologise if this next part is incorrect in terms of the anime but this line is really important. in the millennium world manga i often start to try and correct myself when i say “other me”. i say, “other me- i mean, the pharaoh-” when we learn atems real name, i do the same thing but with his real name (iirc) but when we’re on the boat to egypt i say that i understand that he’s a pharaoh, but until it’s all over- until he has to leave- i’m going to keep calling him the other me because that’s what he is to me. i think i make it pretty clear that in that last duel??? that that’s going to be the last time i ever call him by that nickname i have for him, but here i am, much later, and i still can’t shake the habit because even though he’s gone, i still consider himself a huge part of me because he helped me so much. he taught me so much. he helped me grow so much

first off, the obvious- he probably could have used any memory to test those systems but he specifically chose atem. he reprimands atem, saying “you left yugi behind and you vanished”. which is... wow. he probably is using anger towards atem “abandoning” me as an excuse to be mad so he feels like he has a reason other than revenge and being salty about missing him and never satisfyingly beating him but it... still means a lot to me. either way, he doesnt start his monologue off with "im gonna kick your ass" he starts with. "whyd you leave yugi behind and disappear".

he became the furry he never wanted to be...... no but its... really nice that hes still working hard to make money, especially with his dream of wanting to be a pro duelist. like ok hes still kind of a goof and maybe a bit of a slacker but hell if he isn’t working hard for what he wants. also i like that ryuji/duke is in this scene!!!!! in the manga he stays a part of the main cast throughout the rest of the series after showing up (at least more than he does in the anime iirc) and i’m so glad that they show us all hanging out with him in the movie.

kaiba working so hard to get the millennium puzzle

he cant let atem go and its honestly heartbreaking. all of this time he’s been so crazy focused on bringing atem back and its so sad... especially because it doesnt seem as if hes been hanging around me (yugi) and my gang of friends since atem has been gone? and i feel like we could have helped him cope so much. me and kaiba could have grown so much closer by mourning atem together... also that exchange when kaiba says he’ll solve the puzzle and mokubas like “but it took yugi 8 years” kills me because kaiba just retorts with “thats because yugi has the brain of a child” and im autistic irl and i feel like yugi is autistic too and it was like jeez dont make fun of me for being autistic kaiba. and ngl i was really hoping that when kaiba found the puzzle hed just call me up like "yugi come solve this i found your treasure" but NOOOOOO 

kaiba’s duel with aigami

i believe its in this duel (and not his one with the memory of atem but i apologise if i’m wrong) where he says atems name. only once, but this stands out to me because throughout the whole course of the series, kaiba seemed to have such a difficult time differentiating between atem and yugi (meeee). at some points, it seemed like he thought of atem as yugi more than he thought of me as yugi (which hurt tbh) so for him to finally state that he sees the both of us as individuals is really powerful.

the fact that he can summon obilisk is obviously powerful too because it just,... continues to show how kaiba can’t let go and it breaks my heart

hanging out with friends!

it makes me eternally happy that throughout the whole movie, my gang of friends includes ryou. i always felt so bad in the main series because even though he was our friend, we were all kind of distant with him because of yami bakura. and a lot of the time it seemed like me and the others kind of did the same thing kaiba used to do with me and atem where sometimes it was hard to tell ryou and yami bakura apart, especially because yami bakura was so sneaky and kind of pretended to be ryou sometimes??? so it warms my heart to know that we can all be super close to him now with no worries. he’s no longer an outsider. he’s a part of our crew, we duel together, we die together. ryou deserves the world

when she tells me about everything and gives me the puzzle piece, its kind of the first time that it really sets in that this isnt over. its been about??? lets say a year and a half in dsod since the end of the original yugioh series. atem has been gone for that long. life has been “normal” again for that long. we’re all about to graduate. we’re all about to start our new lives. as mentioned earlier with me still calling atem “other me” i still haven’t been able to fully move on and be independent, no matter how much i want to and want to be. graduation is a chance for that. it’s new beginnings, so for all of this stuff to start up again right as we’re graduating... it’s so hard. i thought i was finally going to be given the chance to move on but it all comes crashing down on me that it’s not over, and then all of my friends get dragged into this mess again too and it’s like. i lowkey feel like it’s my fault. they shouldn’t have to go through this

i mean first of all just wow??? but also just... when we all split up to go look for bakura and its just me and jou left and jou stops me to tell me what he saw but then changes his mind... it breaks my heart. because he knows how hard this has been for me. he knows how close i was with atem and how much i missed him. he realises that crazy shit is happening again and he’s so hesitant. he knows how hard i’m trying to move on so he decides to keep it from me to protect me

PREFECT STUFF: alonzos a prefect. Obviously, i mean come on. he takes it so seriously,,, hes already dating rumple when he becomes one and she delights in the fact that he can sometimes b persuaded to let her go with a warning bc yo thats what u get for fucking a prefect,,, once she wanted to get in ravenclaw tower and she didnt know the answer to the riddle so she was like "LONZYYY I HAVE A RIDDLE THAT I NEED TO FIND THE ANSWER TO FOR HOMEWORRKKKKK" and hes a library fiend so he spent like an hour looking it up and then he told her and she was like "ok thanks im going off 2 ravenclaw tower now" and he was so distraught he took ten points from hufflepuff for helping her. the other prefects Donut Understand their relationship ghdkhgd bc mungo and rumple r worse than fred and george but eventually it gets to the point where they catch her doin some rulebreaking and shes like... do u seriously feel like dealing with me so they just go get alonzo. she gets drunk on firewhisky one time and he takes her back up to gryffindor tower and spends ten minutes trying to get the fat lady to let her in but the fat lady is annoyed and refusing and it goes like "rumple tell her the password" "nooOooOoOooOo" "do you know the password" ">:3c" "rumple teLL HER THE PASSWORD" for another half hour and eventually gives up and decides to wait for the next gryffindors to come along and let her in but the next one to come along is mungo and then its twice as bad when alonzo becomes head boy (munk is the year above them) he cries, and rumple opens her letter like I GOT HEAD GIRL??!!!!????? and hes like. What. and shes like hehehehehe just kidding who the fuck do u think i am,, also. prefects bathroom. he ends up letting her find out the password and then shes constantly in there and then Somehow (i wonder how) mungo finds out and then they have to change it before the whole school knows,,, oh my god the other prefects tease him so much and at first hes like eh..heh...yeah but after a while hes like fuck off please, stop shittalking my girlfriend to me, and he gets a wee bit defensive about it so they give up especially in their final year when hes head boyyyy

PETS: alonzo has this beautiful eagle owl, scariest of all owls, her name is aegoleius (pronounced ay-JEE-lee-us) it means bird of prey and he adores her. shes beautifully trained. rumple has a kitty that im personally in love with who is basically rumpleteazer as a cat lol shes a calico but her name is gwenog after the famous beater of the harpies <33333 eventually they'll get another cat thatll be a suspiciously familiar black and white patched triangle shorthair named Faolan (sorta like FWAY-larn) even tho it means little wolf because he thought it sounded cool and he read it in a book and thought it was pronouned faow-lahn, honestly they probably end up getting a whole ton of cats

LIFE AFTER HOGWARTS: WOO im excited for this bit. okay. so. alonzo wants to be an auror. hes spent his whole life training for this. he immediately applies after graduation and gets in and starts his rigorous three year training process. in the meantime rumples gone into professional quidditch, and shes really really good at it but shes like.... this isnt fun anymore. bc its not just a school game anymore, its a professional sport, and what do u mean u cant jinx the opponents!!!! so for a while she just helps him train "ok so if you walk like THIS and use this charm your footsteps will be totally silent blah blah boh my god i should be an auror" and hes like. okay so...Basically i have this group of friends, we’ve known each other since high school freshman year. We moved to the same city after graduation but we all go to different unis. In the group there’s this guy, S. Before uni started, we used to hang out all day, everyday. Me and him especially, we got even closer than we were in hs bc we helped each other with the whole moving away thing, and we talked about deep stuff and shit. Me and the others, say C and B, we supported him through so much.

2 When S came out as gay in senior year, me and C used to get into huge fights because our other friends were really homophobic. As for B, who is a straight guy, he still remained friends with S even though he had a crush on him. And considering how homophobia is ingrained in our culture, finding a guy who not only would accept you as gay but also not get weirded out by you having a crush on him is almost impossible. But now, as soon as S started making friends in his uni, he started to

3 progressively blow us off more and more. Now don’t get me wrong, uni is keeping all of us busy, and we don’t have the same schedule, but me and C/B make an effort to see each other at least on the weekends, and during the week we call each other. Like no matter how busy you are you can make time to call at least once a week to ask your best friend how they’re doing. But S doesn’t. Not only does he not call, but he started to blow us off every time we’d ask him to hang out. Two weekends he said

The next weekend we invited him again and he blew off saying he had to study (mind you, we were studying. what your friend is doing is just…… not right lol. i also have a similar experience with… friends not dividing their time so i know how you feel :// its unfair for him to be meeting with others most of the time and cant even spend a few minutes to reply to you?? that doesnt sound like someone you can really count on anymore tbh. if he fluctuates like that throughout his friend groups, hes not gonna have anyone left. if he thinks “ill just go to the group i find… better” then realistically…. he rly isnt gonna have any close friends left?? if he treats people like that then everythings just gonna be short term and for what?? some attention and fun??

imo i think you should confront him about it. he deserves to know what hes been doing and how hes been making things difficult for you. its unfair that hes acting like he didnt do anything that has affected you greatly like this. he should know what his mistakes are so that he can fix himself. help him realize that wht hes doing isnt healthy and that its not going to benefit anyone in the end. like yeah uni can be lonely, but long lasting friends that you cant see that much bc youre so busy >>>>>>>>>>>>> short term friends you can see more often but have a shallow connection to. 

people say that the end of high school is when you realize who your real friends are and thats true, but you will still be going through that process in uni. its all about dividing your time and COMMUNICATING. i know it sounds like its common sense but!!! communicating!! with people!!! is so important!!!! let them know how you feel!! dont beat around the bush!!! if something they did hurt your feelings, let them know so that it doesnt happen again!!! apologize to each other for the right reasons!!! we’re in uni, we’re all growing to become adults/we already are young adults, its time to act mature about things u know?? we arent 15 anymore. we should be constantly be learning and growing and if someone cant handle “oh what you did rly hurt me” and they take it personally and think theyve dont nothing wrong?? that is Not growth and thats not a friend you can work with. know each others faults and know your own faults. friends fight and thats just how it is but if you cant fight for ur friendship then like. whats the point
