i hate AI bullshit i've been practicing and watching tutorials for YEARS trying to get better at my human art - particularly when it comes to my fanart - because i would LOVE to be able to make art that could be mistaken for the official thing. i want to reach the level of the professionals on pixiv.

seeing established artists getting dismissed as AI grifters because they HAVE the professional anime-style look to their work makes me not only feel heartache for those artists who genuinely have worked hard to get to the level they're at, but really makes me want to pump the brakes on practicing that art style altogether eurghhhhhh

i don't Want to be discouraged but i fear the day my brain has a eureka moment and puts out some banger art and i'm gonna get my ass chewed out because someone thought it was AI
