just dislocated my middle finger while trying to stretch my hands after typing a lot . hooray
#i do . Not know how to put it back into place. and typing with any of my fingers on my right hands makes it worse but esp the middle finger#(the main one i type with bc i never learned home row typing)#but i can barely tupe with my left hand by itself sooo. Yay#its getting better now but still. Ow#BTW. i am hypermobile this is pretty typical i dont need to go to urgent care or anything#tbh ive only dislocated one of my fingers (technically the thumb) like 6 years ago? but i didnt go to uc and ended up being Fine#(if u know how i dislocated my thumb . Yeah whatever)#but i dislocate my wrists and other joints p frequently im used to it
