The Puppington Family Tree.

I love making family trees for my favorite fictional characters. Here is one for Orel Puppington from the Adult Swim series Moral Orel. I could've made it bigger and more complicated, but I kept it simple.

Please note that Orel's & Christina's children were never named in the original series. Mold Puppington & Carol Puppington are just my headcanon names for them.

THIS IS THE MOST MARSHMALLOW HAS EVER TALKED IN THE SHOW AND SHE COMPLETELY STOLE THE EPISODE. HER SONG WAS SO GOOD AND HER PARENTS WERE SO PROUD OF HER TvT

AND I LOVED SEEING TEDDY AND MORT TOGETHER

although tbh i think this is the first mr fischoeder song i didnt like that much. but maybe itll grow on me. im still super happy to see him :]

also i kinda wish bob got more screentime but other than that i loved this episode!!

In the newest episode of Bobs Burgers, Linda gets in a situation where she gossips about someone in the wrong text thread and the person sees.

Tina offers her some really good advice to just admit what she did, and apologize.

I love Tina being a responsible presence in the family. Like she often sees an adult solution to others problems.

Even in this episode she's an excellent role model for Gene and Louise who on purpose ate some of her candy they were supposed to wait for. And it was accidentally Tina's favourite candy.

They try to hide it but eventually admit what they did and apologize which is the advice Tina gave to Linda right in front of them. They listened and took the advice.

And Tina forgave them. She's so responsible. But not as a lack of it from her parents but like as supplemental responsibility. I love it.

i headcanon louise takes it the hardest once tina moves out for college. i always assumed tina would eventually get good enough grades and credit to get a scholarship to a good school and would plan to move into a dorm or her own apartment; meanwhile louise gets to take her old room, but she realizes it’s not worth the space if her older sister isn’t gonna be with her anymore.

anyways if you like animation or sitcoms or even both you should absolutely watch the latest three seasons of bobs burgers (i like the whole show but)

they are legit some of, if not THE, best american adult animation tv ever. Theyre not as fun or loose or improv'd as the early seasons if thats what youre in for, but it completely breaks the mold of the meanspirited irony poisoned adultanim and is instead exploring themes i've never really gotten to see explored before:

sisters who fight not because they're competitive & the show has a misogyny problem but because they're different people and sometimes siblings fight

even in a healthy family dynamic being a child going through divorce is hard, it makes you question who you are, it adultifies you in a way, even when the adults try not to

learning about women in history is hard, women are expected to be perfect unfalliable heros or their stories are forgotten or derided, sometimes girls & women have to find heros or role models in what others deem as the 'failures' but that doesn't make them so.

a little girl who has anger issues and just wants to protect those she loves but that protection and anger scare other people, how does she navigate that?

a child who refuses to participate in misogyny with 'other boys,' because they identify themselves with that woman, and also don't see the enjoyment in misogyny, being socially ostracized and punished, no adults involved. Showing the way that even if your family is supportive society can punish deviation.

and more... seriously cannot recommend enough.
