Let's take a look at Data443's MM's..

For those of you that have been watching Data443 and Level 2 for weeks and wonder what’s going on I found this article with what I think is pretty accurate and interesting. Those of you like me pretty much see the same MM’s that get involved daily with Data443. They are NITE, CDEL, CSTI, ETRF as the main players here. I’ll RED these 4 as they are mentioned below, pretty interesting stuff. ———————————————————- Market Makers: Knowing What You’re Up Against Level 2 can be one of the most valuable tools a trader can have, but like any tool in a tool chest, not understanding how it works, can sometimes turn what was thought to be a good idea into a quick buck for someone using dirty market makers. While the role these guys play on OTCBB and Pinksheets listed stocks is huge, who they are and how they work is critical knowledge in the quest to know what you’re up against when trying to make a couple of bucks. Just like a Vegas bookie, these market makers compete with one another to buy or sell stocks to investors with their displayed bids and offers, profiting by taking the order and by taking advantage of the bid and ask spreads. Like it or not, your fate is in the hands of market makers since they essentially control the stock market. Your order placed to buy or sell a stock on the OTC Markets will usually pass through one of the more trusted sources like NITE, ATDF, ETRF, and ARCA. Seeing a level 2 screen which only has these on it is what’s referred to as a “Clean Level 2” – one with no dirty hands on it.Typically, these four are there to do what markets makers are supposed to do which is simply fill buy & sell orders without attempting to manipulate the behaviour pattern of a particular stock. Quote:So from above we can see that 2 of 4 Data443 MMs are retail buying and selling with these MMs trying to take advantage of the spreads to make a profit. I would agree, I do not think either ETRF or NITE are dilutors here. Market Makers To Watch Out For: Regardless, these four above are much less harmless than when you start getting into the “B” and “V” groups that can take something like that sounds all good and yet every bid posted gets whacked as fast as every ask order gets hit. AEXG,MAXM,PUMA, VNDM,BTIG,VFIN, VERT,BKRT,BMAK, MITR,INTL,LAFC, ASCM,DLNY,WABR, MICA,BMIC,WDCO, DINO,DADA,KBWI, TRAS,RAJA,MONR, BNKS,TRWN,STXG, STFL,RAFF,GLED, WEDB,ALPS,CRTC Of the highlighted ones listed above, what you will experience most always when trying to battle with them is that when these diluting market makers appear, they will usually show 10,000 shares for trade. Countless “Ask Slaps” at that 10,000 do nothing as the count remains 10,000 due to a very deep well of securities to sell. Others listed lower like WDCO, STXG and GLED are brokerage houses which will take share certificates and clear them for low level toxic diluters (those who cut a deal with a company to buy some shares on the cheap). Quote:So from the above list, a ton of them, they are considered the diluting and the toxic MM’s. Notice no red, none of these toxic and diluting MM’s are involved in Data443’s Level 2. The “Three C’s”: CDEL, CSTI and CANT are almost always on a ticker together with the four more trusted sources mentioned above. While these “Three C’s” are rarely toxic diluters, they can be heavy short sellers at times, taking advantage of a good thing which is part of the game. Quote:So from the above list it’s noted that Data443’s other 2 active MM’s are known to be heavy short sellers. If I had to list a 5th Data443 MM it would be CANT which is the 3rd big short seller. So folks that are screaming this is being heavily diluted and that’s what’s causing the drop I would bed to differ. It seems to me our MM’s are no more than 2 MM’s that are considered most trustworthy and 2 that are considered top, heavy short sellers. No toxic dilutors listed make Data443’s active MM’s. I take a few things from this, our outstanding share count has increased but have those shares really been sold in to the market or have CSTI and CDEL done their job taking this lower thinking these shares would be sold. I was told the debt shares are part of the outstanding but they are not converting. If that’s the case my analysis off this article seems to be a very good scenario.
