THEY’RE A 10, BUT --- accepting
The sin is left speechless, too stunned at the pure AUDASITY to snark back. They didn’t over-run their mouth....that much. Fuck.
“Ugh, point taken.” They’d kill the poor human later. Now was time to sulk.

Unpopular opinion, the family moments were more special when they weren’t being pushed into Rossi’s house for an event. It was more genuine to see them all sit around a table in a random city or check in on each other after a hard case than be like “hell yeah we all just went though something unbelievably traumatic let’s put on our baddie best and dance around a garden” idk it just feels so so forced.
so truuuuuuue like i love the found family aspect of the show (its like. the whole deal) but it starts to feel super forced starting season 7??? because they always made such a big deal out of the events instead of just showing them casually hanging out. like there are a couple moments that were nice in the later seasons… hotch’s triathlon, tara penelope luke and idk who else hangin out at reids apartment, nothing in the saturday episode felt forced. but everything else was a little too corny to have the same authenticity that they had in the early seasons. more casual, mundane moments that make it feel so much more intimate
#asks#endgame spoilers#i still like the family moments later but the whole vibe of the show is very very different#i much prefer the early seasons

well to a degree lmao
genderfuckery has always been a big part of this comic and I'm so glad it retains a center-stage theme even in the deeper lore
Gift-giving Pandora
"Nanase with your hair so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
"What."
"Sorry, I had to quickly think of someone who had something red."

I’m so happy at the fact that LZ has influenced over years so many bands including some big names. (Like Foo Fighters and Guns N’ Roses. They’re both avowed fans of LZ.) The most obvious example of a modern band influenced by them must be Greta Van Fleet. It’s just wonderful that the band’s spirit is taken over!
TRUUUUUUUE! A girl in my choir who just started high school wanted me to teach her more about them, so I let her borrow my Walkman and made a custom 90 minute tape for her. And she couldn't stop raving over Robert!

10 Words/Phrases Meme
I was tagged by the ever-lovely @idrelle-miocovani ,@pikapeppa , @apostatetabris , and @daydreamingdragonage (and probably more folks) to share 10 words or phrases that relate to my current WIPs.
These are kinda more summaries, but oh well.
1) Timelines suck: the episode in which Elliott forgets they had a document typed up and tries to recreate the goddamn wheel before rediscovering said document.
2) Hunting: Lyna Mahariel keeps laughing at me in my head because she wants to go hunt Morrigan. She promises it’ll be fun for all involved (except probably Alistair).
3) Hate-dancing leads to hate-fucking: Leliana and Morrigan meet up at the Winter Palace in DAI. Morrigan makes fun of Leliana’s nutcracker outfit. Whoops.
4) Revolutionary MUSE: Anders is poking at my brain, again. When isn’t he?
5) Everyone Looks Hot (tm) in leather: figuring out the logistics for ripping off various leather clothing items. For... uh, science (and E-rated fics inspired by stupid-good 80s club music).
6) I Like Big Books and I Cannot Lie: Trevor lets Sypha have the run of the Belmont library and wow is she thankful
7) Don’t Push Me: Alucard and Trevor trade barbs, because of course they do
8) Sometimes love is as simple as waking up in the morning: a Sheith story
9) Carver Hawke is a sweetie pie badass: but it’s truuuuuuue
10) How the Fuck do tattoos work without tattoo guns: an ongoing struggle among like, every franchise I write for
And a bonus:
11) THAT’S NOT THE RIGHT FUCKING TENSE, TRY AGAIN

There are definitely times where i would be watching and I would think to myself, "WTF?!" But over all its such a good show!
TRUUUUUUUE! I read the books before I watched the show so at first the show was one big “WTF” for me because it didn’t follow the books AT FREAKING ALL, but I ended up loving it so much more so like a win!

Idk, I feel like, I am uncomfortable with womanhood because it is uncomfortable and alienating by design, not because I am not a woman.
The concept of a woman is more of an object than a person, and we experience ourselves as people, not as objects, so already there we don’t fit into the concept of woman. That is alienating. And then just like. Everything from bras to sexual harassment is uncomfortable.
Add to that that like. Woman is defined in relation to man, and such a big part of it is catering to men, being attractive and attracted to them. Being a woman, a proper woman, that fits into the concept of woman, is being a heterosexual woman.
The role of woman is not comfortable. It is designed to be uncomfortable. The whole point of it is to oppress us.
Like. “Only women who are heterosexual and submissive and pretty and delicate and enjoy wearing the correct kind and amount of makeup and high heels and bras and dresses and who like cooking and cleaning and childbearing and childrearing, who are soft-spoken and endlessly caring and forgiving and never once feel any kind of discomfort with their social role are real women” is, uh. Misogyny? And makes pushing to change the situation for women unreasonable, because, don’t you know, real women ENJOY living like this, and if you don’t then you are not a woman, and you should probably check your masc privilege.
I am a cis woman. That does not mean I am comfortable with my gender, or that I have never questioned it. When I was born and the doctor declared me a girl, I was not like “’truuuuuuue’ forever”. It simply means that the doctor declared me a girl, and now I am a woman. It absolutely makes sense as a social locator, but it does not tell you more than that. In particular it does not tell you how I feel about my gender.
