Worry pools around her stomach as she looks down at the testing stick, regret grows in her heart as she buries it in her trashcan and washes her hands. Yukina wishes she could retrace her steps back to that night, it was too late now. The middle-aged woman rubs her stomach as she looks up in the mirror, how was she going to explain this to girlfriend? How would she take it? Will her son be okay with having a sibling? Her doubts were interrupted from the knock on the bathroom door, "Are you okay?" Irina's voice asked on the other side. Yukina opens the door and nods, "Just can't believe Minho's ten, it doesn't feel like that many years passed." She whispers as she walks down the hall with her girlfriend. "You better believe it because if you don't, he will soon be eighteen and moving out." Irina smiles as she walks out on the porch and watches Minho run around the yard with his friends as they play bandits.

Yukina smiles faintly as she watches her son run up to her, "Can I sleep over at Lilo's, tonight?" He asks as the mothers of the others start to come to gather them since it was about dinner time. "Is it alright with her mother?" She asks as she watches Mrs. Tuso get out of the vehicle with a grin as her daughter jumps up into her arms, "She said I had to ask you first." Minho says as Mrs. Tuso walks around with Lilo in her arms. "What do you say, I take him off your hands for the weekend?" She asks as Lilo was set on the pathway, Yukina looks over at Irina who is smiling at her. "I say yes, I wouldn't mind some quiet time together." She speaks up first and wraps her arms around Yukina, "Okay but go get packed. I don't need Mr. Tuso buying you stuff you can easily bring yourself." Yukina smiles as she watches her son run back into the house to grabbed his already packed bag.

Irina's skin is a faint brown with red taints, almost matching the autumn feel. Yukina's fingers run over her skin as she watches the resting alien beside her, she learns so much in two years with Irina. Her skin changes constantly, mostly matching the seasons. Her eyes see more than a human's and she has two rows of shark teeth, she is sensitive about them. Yukina kisses her cheek before untangling herself from her lover, letting out a shaky breath as she makes her way to the kitchen. Her mind on Irina, she didn't want to hurt her in any way but there is no way to go about it to not.

Tears start to pool on her eyelid and her bottom lip trembles as she rubs her stomach, Yukina is afraid they will get into a fight. She is afraid this will break Irina and she doesn't want to destroy their love in any way, Yukina looks down at her stomach as she thinks about their last fight. They got into an argument about Woojun and Yukina's jealousy, Yukina hated how close and strong her relationship is with Mr. Choi. Yukina walked out that night in anger and jealousy, she wanted to get back at Irina. Yukina wanted her to know how it felt to be jealous and had a one-night stand with a handsome man but after she woke up, she regretted her actions and wishing for an undo button. "Love, why are you crying?" Irina's voices drift through the silences as her arms wrap around her girlfriend's crying form.

"I messed up." Yukina whispers as she turns towards Irina, "Minho only been gone for just a few hours, maybe you are hungry." Irina pulls away to see what she can make for a late dinner since they haven't eaten yet. "Irina! It is not hunger, I messed up and I been keeping it a secret for several months now." Her voices started loud than ending in a whisper, "I need you to understand I made a mistake and I don't know what to do." Irina licks her lips and walks over to her. "Okay, I am listening." She whispers as she lends her over to the bar stools. Yukina watches as Irina holds her hands, giving her undivided attention. This made her nervous as she looks away, unable to look into her beautiful galaxy eyes. "Remember our big fight?" She asks and Irina tightens her hold, "Yes." She confirms as her jaw tightens. Irina hopes this doesn't involve another jealousy fight, she was worried sick the last time Yukina left.

Taking slow breaths, Yukina looks up at Irina as confidence builds. "I had a one-night stand." Yukina says as she watches her lover's face contours in confusion, after a moment Irina tilts her head slightly. "What?" She asks softly, clearly not understanding what Yukina just told her. Panic sets in and she pulls her hands away from Irina, she didn't have to explain it to Irina. Her mind starts to speed up, thinking of ways to explain the pregnancy. Maybe she can blame it on Irina's species? No, she doesn't know how that would work. What if she asks Woojun? Her plan of lying would backfire. Irina stands up and wraps her arms around Yukina, "Please, whatever it is, please calm down first." She asks the human. Her rapid breathing was scaring the alien, she is still understanding humans.

"I had sex with a man and I got pregnant." Yukina speaks up as she pulls herself out of Irina's arms, taking a few steps back. It felt like she could see Irina's brain working to process the information she dropped on Irina. "You left me after a fight over Woojun," She looks over at Yukina, "To have sex with a man and unprotected sex at that." Her voice trembles and as if she is now understanding what Yukina has down. Hurt settles on her features and guilt settles in Yukina's body, "I didn't mean to." She whispers as she takes a step forward and Irina takes a step back. "How do you not mean to? Was it consensual?" She asks as her voice rises, "Yes, it was." Yukina whispers as her shoulders drop. "Then it was on propose Yukina! Despite being taken, you went out there and looked for a man. You had consensual bare sex and now you are pregnant!" Irina yells as hurt fills her eyes, "You wanted someone else." Irina whispers as a look of realization fell over her.

Defeated, Irina looked defeated by the world. "I wasn't good enough for you and now you are pregnant with someone's child." Her voice shakes but no tears arrive, no crying awake. "No, please, no." Yukina whispers as she walks over to her, "I didn't mean for this to happen, I was wanting you to be jealous but I wasn't thinking." She says quickly as she reaches out for her lover but the Alien walks around her. "You were thinking but you didn't think of it enough. You weren't thinking about me or your son, you were thinking of yourself." Irina says as she opens the front door, "I don't think I should sleep here tonight, I need some time to think and you do too." She whispers as she walks out of the house into the cold autumn air.
