This time the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has started the Brahmaputra Gated Society / Hi-Tech Colony project. The application process for this project will be started from 7th September 2021 . Brahmaputra Enclave will be developed in Sector 1 of the scheme Ramganga Nagar Aawas Yojana Bareilly . This will be the first gated colony of the city with an area of ​​more than two lakh square meters.
The authority is developing four gated colonies in the Ramganga Nagar housing scheme. In these, plots have been allotted to the people in Ganga, Narmada, Kaveri and Alaknanda gated colonies. After selling hundreds of plots, BDA has earned crores of income. Plots have been allotted to the people through lottery a day earlier in Alaknanda Colony. Keeping in view the increasing demand of these colonies full of greenery and equipped with facilities, BDA is launching Brahmaputra Enclave soon.
This colony has been designed for those who want a farm house and a villa. These plots will be in three categories. The largest will be one thousand square meters, the second two hundred square meters and the smallest will be of 162 square meters.
