6/24/17 Two weeks of delays and then a bunch of sign-offs for Lutron home automation

From 6/6-6/16, we had two weeks where no work got done.  But as of this past week, our supervisor on the job has been dedicated to our project.  Finally.  Hopefully plumber and mason will be onsite to finish rough plumbing and retaining wall for front staircase.  The mason will also pour piers for the deck.  After which, the framer can come to finish the deck.

We signed off on a lot of automation-related selection items this week: motorized shades, Lutron switches/lighting and an audio system for living room and kitchen.  Interesting stuff:
