Granny's Magic Delights

A Sims 4 Retail Store specializing in selling magic potions and gemstones - both raw and uncut! Enjoy multiple shelves of gemstones, metals, and potions for your occults and occult fan sims to use at their own disposal! If your after some freebies - show up in the morning and take the gems as thy grow on the gem trees right on the lot. Show up on a full moon and find some fully blooming Moonpetal flowers to pick as well.

The lot has no CC, has been play tested, and provided all kinds of entertainment while playing with Granny the Spellcaster.

*I have all of the packs and I did not limit what was used in this build.*

Also, yeah, the sims did that to me too. I managed one game play where five sims sat in the chairs and I just about cried for joy. Sims, what can you do?

Full disclosure, I built this cemetery several years ago originally, this post contains tray files for the original build AND the build that has been updated for Life and Death. The original is a National Park, the updated is, obviously, a Cemetery.

As this was originally intended to be the only cemetery in my save file, I designed for a lot of graves. Also, two fancy mausoleums and catacombs - yes, you read that right! in the basement. Not the kind made with skeleton parts, I apologize. The kind where you have a lot of room to place urns and pictures of sims lost loved ones.

The church functions as a wedding venue as well and has a My Wedding Stories walk up the aisle rug placed. In the basement is a small reception area with a bar, seating at tables, a banquet table, a kitchen, and a single bathroom.

The cemetery has the grave plots placed very close together. Please not that while I tested these and they function as intended, you MAY NEED MOVE OBJECT ON to place gravestones on the cemetery plots in the updated build. Or, rearrange for fewer plots if you would prefer.

There are likely lots of packs used. I own everything and do a very bad job of discriminating. Sorry about that. All of graves and photos of sims in the screenshots have been removed for the download version.

You wanted some ridiculous builds to replace all four lots in Magnolia Promenade? I have you covered! Sort of. Arguably, the grocery store and the Recreation Center are fairly normal looking. Still, here are four lots to replace whatever is going on in that tiny Get to Work map.

Enjoy the tray files. I'll upload the builds that have not yet been uploaded to the Gallery when the Gallery lets me do that.

Magic and Unicorns Diner

Lot Type: Restaurant

Its unicorn and magic themed. Enjoy too many unicorn decorations and staff all wearing purple witch hats during your sims visit here.

Lot Type: Thrift and Bubble Tea Store

This lot functions as a thrift and boba store and has everything you need for that. It looks like it would feel right at home in a carnival. You haven't made over your #MagnoliaPromenade into a carnival yet? Huh, its a great place for those debug buildings from High School Years. Speaking of, that ice cream stand FROM HSY is fully functional!

Magnolia Family Arcade

Lot Type: Recreation Center

Enjoy a sense of community in your #MagnoliaPromenade with this little recreation center. Positioned next to the park, your sims and their kids can take full advantage of skill building in the area. What about the teens, you ask? Half of this build is an arcade, game away, sims!

Landgraab Groceries

Lot Type: Retail

This lot is now an oldie, but a goodie. One of my favorite builds I've ever made. A fully stocked grocery store. Mostly, I never added My Wedding Stories baked goods. Still, this is my first choice for sending sims to buy angel fish and random fizzy drinks.

Usually I upload a build at a time when I want to give you guys tray files. Today I thought, how about a whole block? That's right, five residential builds for Courtyard Lane in Willow Crrek.

All are nocc, play tested, used moo and TOOL as well. Expect that I've used multiple packs. That said, these are all older builds, so no Lovestruck of Life and Death EPs.

The Green Barn Restaurant

A a quaint little restaurant designed for Magnolia Promenade. They serve a custom menu of salads, eggs, and beef wellington. The staff have custom outfits. When the ceiling lighting gets fixed, it may even be cute!

This is a no cc build. I do have all of the packs and I expect multiple are in here, sorry. It was play tested and functioned about as well as any restaurant does with no mods installed - which is to say my sim was able to order and eat, but half the guests would not sit down and one of the chefs showed up 3 hours late. That's on EAxis, not my build.

A Rental and a Boba Shop

A rental designed for one of Newcrests 20x15 lots. CC free, I made this to be a vacation rental in my own game with a boba tea shop on the ground floor. The rental space on the second floor has 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a single.

If you need a boba tea and thrift shop in Newcrest instead, the build has everything it needs to function that way as well. You just need to switch its designation in build mode.

If you have mods, you COULD play it as both. Not this download though, the download is mod and CC free. Again, I have all of the packs, expect many to be included.

Thrilling day, I've completed building all of the U-Brite campus in Britechester! 2 dorm buildings - both rebuilt and/or updated, the U-Brite Commons, and a U-Brite residential roomy lot. All no cc and all play tested.

@changingplumbob - the university pub. Its a WIP, for sure. I haven't painted ceilings yet, I have to fix a stray piece of wall trim I just found, I have to paint the landscape and hope it doesn't delete itself. That said, the little Britechester pub is almost done 😁

I'm spending the day off building two houses instead of one on Vanessa Jeong's lot in Del Sol Valley. I'm giving this woman the house (rental) she deserved. Ironically, this home has more room than her original house, even though there are now two houses on this lot. We don't ask these questions.

Bizarre Fruit Apartment

A remodel of 19 Culpepper House Apartment in San Myshuno. Its gross. I’d like to thank some recent kit releases and Werewolves for giving me the bulk of the gross decorations for this apartment.

This apartment is designed with the idea that Bizarre Fruit are the illegal drug of the Sims 4 world. A couple of unscrupulous and filthy sims live here and spend all of their time growing bizarre fruit and fizzing it to sell at sales table. All of San Myshuno may be come infected by the Mother. Who knows. These sims don’t care, they’ve been infected all ready.

*I had to have TwistedMexi’s Better Build Buy with Deletion Protection turned on to delete the walls without deleting the shelves to upload this to the galley. You may need the same to have the shelves stay as intended when you add walls back in.
