Vaila lore: Muamar and Falco are in a casual turned official relationship before they met Vaila.

When Falco introduced V as his new street race gunner, Muamar could already see their relationship growing further. Muamar being Muamar, he'd treat V the way he treats Falco. While V didn't know they were polyam until later on, she just assumed the flirting and spoiled treatment were perks of being Falco's race partner 🤭

I don't think I've ever been affected by an ingame character's death this much before

You don't understand. I photographed him on that bike. I was awestruck by how cool he looked on it, how much of his personality became embedded within it.

And there was this seemingly trivial dialogue choice to tell him to replace the exhaust pipe. It required like 10 or something technical abilities points and I only had 9.

But I didn't have enough xp left to level up, and no side missions remained. So I just spent an hour driving around town, farming random gang npcs. A single one gives 7 xp points. I just drove around endlessly and kept farming. It was tedious and tiring, but I kept at it until I levelled up just to pick this stupid dialogue choice, thinking it has no meaning or consequences in the grand scheme of things.

So imagine how I felt when you search for his garage and stumble into this

ARE YOU KIDDING ME YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME CRY.

All the damn effort I went through just to be able to pick a random dialogue line, and it actually mattered? It mattered to Jackie??

And for his mom to give us the Arch. The same Arch I took a billion pictures of Jackie on top of. A piece of him will always ride with V on the road I...

When I first saw it ingame I was lowkey jealous, I couldn't wait to get my own Arch but my streetcredit was too low. The goddamn environmental storytelling in this game, using gameplay elements to actually build a narrative. Because I really cared about getting an Arch, you do not understand, it was one of my endgame goals, I always check the autofix store whenever my street credit leveled up, awaiting the day it unlocks.

And his mom just gave it to me? Saved me all the trouble? Oh Jackie. Even after his death his immense love still ripples in everyone around him.

God, seeing Viktor at the funeral tore me. It seemed to hit him harder than most, and I was unsure to why he's overconsumed by grief.

Until I remembered that he's not mourning just Jackie, but V, too. You, the player, sitting next to him on that couch, he must have glanced at V and wondered how long does he has before it's your funeral he'll be sitting at...
