From the official Star Wars website: "Augara Jowil was a young female musikagung who was present at the Sacred Place when Nass agreed to help the Naboo. ‘Augie’ was the head of the Gungan Great Municipal Band and composed “Symponik Nabooalla,” a tune her band would play during the festivities in Theed after the defeat of the Trade Federation." Looking at her occupation and name, I realised that the track name "Augie's Great Municipal Band" of the TPM soundtrack most likely refers to her.

To out myself a mega-gungan geek, according to Wookiepedia - this is Augie right here:

And alas, as you can see, there they both are in the same shot, so it can’t be her - but very good find!

There’s definitely a resemblance between them (probs the same character model), so for the moment, I’m going to say she’s Feffi Jowil, Augie’s twin sister, Aiwa flyer and cartographer 😁
