AU where Little Keigo was taken in and raised by the Sako clan, making him Atsuhiro's adopted little brother. Needles to say, Keigo admired his older brother and wanted to be just like him... though he's still got a lot to learn.

How do you think the war could have changed if Gigantomachia to put to sleep immediately by Momo's sedative? Do you think the war would have ended a lot faster? What would happen to the villains? What other events do you think wouldn't have happened or could have happened in this scenario (if it worked)? I'm interested to know your thoughts on this idea. (Also love what you do on blog, always love reading your different analysis posts and quirk marriages. keep doing what you do :)
Thank you for saying that. I'm glad you like my work so much and I hope you enjoy this one as well. What ifs like these are always fun to think about.
Tumblr media
Immediately, there is a big problem for the members of the League. Their ride to Tomura has just crashed, and they are totally surrounded. Gigantomachia may have swatted a good number of the other heroes, but there are still a decent amount of them around. There are a few ways for them to get out of this, such as Mr. Compress keeping them all in marbles, Dabi trying to burn his way through the heroes, or even Dabi giving Toga the Twice sample early. So the League would either end up captured or scattered to the wind, but they aren't getting to Tomura. What's more is that the Skeptic had just started making the connection for Dabi's video. That could very well be interrupted by the fight and keep it from getting broadcasted, which could have its own ripple in the story with characters like Shoto and Endeavor.
With Tomura, he's going to have a lot more trouble on his hands. Without Gigantomachia and the League to divide the heroes, everyone is going to be focused on Tomura. I don't think that any of them would make much of a difference, but they would help a lot in taking care of the Nomu, putting the hurt on Tomura until he passes out, and working to prevent his escape with the Nomu. And since Gigantomachia is out, it could be that Best Jeanist would be rerouted to start fighting Tomura. Now, I'm not certain if Tomura would be captured or what they would even do with him if he was. If he wasn't and escaped, he'd still do the whole mass prison break. Which would be bad, but with more heroes, it would be more contained and not cause as many issues. After that, it would depend a lot on whether Tomura could bring the members back, which would affect whole chunks of the war.
So Japan wouldn't be anywhere near as bad as it was in canon. Without Gigantomachia tearing his way through the country and potentially Dabi's video not leaking, there would be a lot more heroes around to take care of all the prison breaks and to fight in the coming war. In that war, the heroes wouldn't need to divide as much and could double their efforts in fighting certain figures. What happens to them could go any number of ways, depending on how you write it. If all the villains were captured, there wouldn't be any fight with Dabi, Spinner wouldn't be leading the mutants, and Toga wouldn't have pulled Izuku away and caused the Twice pandemic. As for any kind of character change, that is hard to say. Since a lot of what happens in the war because of Gigantomachia affects a lot of characters in their own way, there are a lot of variables. Izuku may not go solo if everything is relatively okay. Tomura may end up spiraling further into the clutches of All For One now that all his friends are gone.

Here are some bnha ending implications about the League of Villains that drive me crazy:
We don't know if Touya thought Spinner and Mr. Compress were dead too.
Tomura never knew Twice was dead.
Touya and Tomura never knew that Toga tried to shapeshift into them and cried 'cause she couldn't :(
Mr. Compress last saw the LOV while he was trying to save them / help them reach a safe place. Next thing he was told is that most of them were dead.
Even if Touya was still alive long enough for Spinner to publish his book/comic, I doubt someone read it to Touya.
Since Toga showed up as Twice in the final battle, we don't know if Giran was aware of Twice being dead previous to that occasion or if he thinks Twice died at war there.
Although Kurogiri said that Tomura's friends were waiting for him, Tomura never saw his friends again.
They don't even know Tomura considered them his friends.
They don't know that part of the reason why Tomura died is because between the offer to change and forget his friend or stay behind and keep their memories, Tomura refused to be anything else but the villain's hero.
Most of them didn't get to hear Compress revealing his identity.
Toga "died" happily to save a friend, just like Twice did for her.
The last time most of the LOV saw Tomura, he wasn't himself / was possessed by AFO.
While the LOV's job was to sacrifice their lives for Tomura, it ended up being the other way around. Tomura died in their names and they got to die however they wanted.
Touya doesn't know Toga kept his words in her heart and got to smile again <3
All of them were doomed by the narrative.
The League of Villains has by far some of the most painful or torturous deaths in the whole series.
The villains have far better healing technology 'cause they somehow managed to save Dabi from being almost completely burnt, while he was doomed to die after the bnha finale.
Being part of the LOV was the highlight of most of its members lives.
Tomura probably doesn't know how much Kurogiri saw him as his own son.
Kurogiri probably doesn't know how much Tomura loved him, despite hiding it.
Spinner was probably never told Tomura's real story, so his version of the story will be forever incomplete. Even when he's Tomura's canon best friend.
Tomura saw his family die in front of him as a kid, but he died far away from all his friends.
Touya probably thought he was the last one of them to die.
Despite being called weak all his life, Spinner has to carry the burden of being the one and only last survival of the LOV.

The League of Villains playing with an Ouija board.
Tomura: “If there are any spirits here, give us a sign.”
Dabi, refusing to participate: “This is so dumb.”
Spinner: “Says the guy who’s too afraid to participate.”
Dabi: “I’m not afraid, I’m just not wasting my time. You all look stupid.”
Tomura, glaring: “Okay, then. If there are any spirits here, touch Dabi.”
Dabi: “Uh, no. Don’t touch Dabi.”
Mr. Compress: “Why not? I thought you didn’t believe in the paranormal?”
Dabi: “I just don’t want to be involved in your dumb game.”
Spinner: “Because you’re scared.“
Dabi: “No.”
Twice: “Guys! It’s spelling something!”
Toga: “T-O-U-Y-A. Touya? Who’s that?”
Dabi, wide eyed in the background.
Mr. Compress: “Let’s ask! Could you please tell us who Touya is?”
Dabi: “Okay, that’s enough—“
Tomura: “Will you relax? There’s nothing to freak out over—“
Twice: “It’s spelling something else!”
Toga: “T-E-N-K-O—”
Tomura, quickly decaying the Ouija board.
The league all staring at him.
Tomura: “… oh no— my hand slipped. Guess we can’t play anymore.”

The mha ending is false. This is the true ending; the League are all happy, safe, and alive, and they'll live on together forever, being the dumb, chaotic found family they've always been.
Tumblr media
(They're on their way to McDonald's. About a 50/50 chance the building will be burnt to the ground by the time they leave. Depends on if their ice cream machine is broken again or not.) Also:

This? This isn't some "ghost" or "vision" or whatever, that's ridiculous lmao. This is real. It's just Tomura on his way home from the pharmacy after picking up Magne's estrogen and Dabi's antipsychotics.
