God Elan 4's fate is so much more tragic now considering just how little impact his death has had on anyone. I know it signifies the underlying darkness of the universe and the first big moment of adults really failing children we see, but on a personal level for him as a character? We don't get to see Suletta grieving, we don't get to see her being upset when he doesn't show up for their date, and the only character in the main teen cast who knows what happened to him for a majority of the show barely knew him.

In summary, I was a fool for ever thinking we'd get Elan 4 lore. The show clearly does not care about him anymore.

#sorry for the negative post I'm just #Astounded I spent all this time waiting for Suletta to find out what happened to Elan 4 so *someone* could be upset for him and we got #a tear and barely any insight into how Suletta feels about him now that she's apparently moved on from the person she cared so much about #like she sees him supposedly happy at the ball (I can't remember what it was) and goes 'okay. character arc complete. moving on'#even for Belmeria who gave like #a token effort to save him and then immediately gave up it's clear she doesn't really see him as an individual but as another elan she #failed to save #same way she'd feel if elan 5 died just another elan to feel sorry for herself over #pg.txt
