World Bank names IAS officer Nikunj Srivastava Senior Adviser to ED.

New Delhi: IAS Nikunj Kumar Srivastava, a senior bureaucrat, has been appointed as senior adviser to the executive director (ED) of the World Bank in the United States. The announcement comes as a part of crucial international postings authorized by the Center. Srivastava is a Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer from the 1998 batch.

Ritesh Sidhwani slams people spreading rumours about his niece being testing positive for Covid-19

Bollywood Filmmaker Ritesh Deshmukh has recently slammed people who are sending him “insensitive” messages on Whatsapp about his niece for undergoing coronavirus test.

He posted a lengthy statement on social media, saying she recently returned from London and underwent test for Covid-19 at Kasturba Hospital after she developed a fever and cough. However, even before her test results were declared, Sidhwani said people had already started spreading rumours about her health.

He also clarified that his London return niece has tested negative. The producer wrote, “Have been absolutely disgusted with forwards about my niece back from London, having tested positive in #CoronaVirus test! Bad news for #WhatsappMedicalCentre but a piece of very good news for our family indeed that her reports are negative & I trust @mybmc reports a lot more!”.
