#I usually look for Beef Stew (pre-cut beef) but there was a sale on uncut beef this time so I got 2lb.#It took about three hours total to cut all the fat out. So much fat. v_v#I mean it really improves the quality when taking the time to cut out all the white before cooking it ...it just takes a really long time.#I was thinking I remembered seeing a youtube video where a guy talked about loving the taste of meat fat so I thought I'd make a poll.#...How can eating fat be enjoyable though? It's like chewing on rubber.
