A woman seen coughing on and verbally attacking a San Francisco Uber driver in a viral video is now in custody, according to city jail records.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A woman seen coughing on and verbally attacking a San Francisco Uber driver in a viral video is now in custody, according to city jail records.

ABC7's Dion Lim broke the news Sunday night that 24-year-old Arna Kimiai turned herself in to SFPD.

She faces charges of first degree robbery, battery on a transit employee and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Her bond is set at $75,000.

A court date has not yet been set, according to the jail record.

In video of the incident, driver Subhakar Khadka says, "she started taunting me, cursing me, questioning me about being a man. The ladies were even talking about shooting me, calling their cousins to shoot me. They were making fun of my race."

All this, he says, because he asked that she put on a mask, and pulled over to cancel their ride when she refused.

At one point in the video, Kimiai is seen trying to take Khadka's cell phone:

So the “influencer” who coughed in him is trying to say she was trying to defend herself. Despite being asked to put on a mask. Pepper sprayed him and her friends just egged her on. And because it was recorded she could very well be charged with bioterrorism( someone was charged similarly after coughing on fruits and vegetables at a grocery story last year) should Khadka press charges. Also they are trying to ID the woman but only got her Instagram(@keepingupwforiegn)as she decided to post clips onto it. If you know her name, please contact the San Francisco PD.

A Polícia de San Francisco prendeu nesta quinta-feira, 11, uma mulher que está sendo acusada de atacar um motorista do aplicativo de corrida Uber. O incidente aconteceu no domingo, 7, quando o profissional liberal Subhakar Khadka buscou três passageiras no bairro de Bayview. Como uma delas, Malasya King, não estava usando máscara e se recusava a colocá-la, o motorista percorreu apenas duas quadras antes de interromper a corrida. Foi então que a passageira sem máscara tossiu propositalmente em cima de Khadka, enquanto outra mulher, Arna Kimiai, abaixou a própria máscara para dizer que estava infectada pelo novo coronavírus. Na sequência, Malasya King agarra o celular do motorista e arranca a máscara que ele próprio estava usando, chegando a arrebentar o elástico. Toda a agressão foi registrada por uma câmera de segurança instalada dentro do carro. O vídeo, que viralizou nas redes sociais, mostra que duas das passageiras se recusavam a sair do veículo e xingavam Subhakar Khadka. A Polícia de San Francisco acrescenta que, depois que as passageiras finalmente saíram do carro, Malasya King ainda utilizou um spray de pimenta contra o motorista, que estava com a janela aberta.

Segundo a Polícia de San Francisco, Malasya King, de 24 anos, foi presa por agressão, agressão com produto químico e violação dos códigos estaduais de saúde e segurança. A segunda suspeita, Arna Kimiai, também de 24 anos, ainda não foi detida, mas já comunicou por meio de seu advogado que pretende se entregar. Ela disse ter mentido sobre estar com Covid-19. O Uber se pronunciou sobre o caso afirmando que Malasya King foi banida do aplicativo e reforçando que a sua política estabelece que o motorista pode recusar qualquer corrida caso a pessoa não esteja usando máscara ou seja desrespeitosa de alguma maneira.
