Weapons

Winchester Model 1897 shotgun: A tried and tested weapon used in the trenches of war against America's enemies with surprisingly very little wear across its form. This M1897 shotgun is fitted with a heat shield on top of the barrel, a shell saddle on both the right side of stock and the left of the receiver both holding six shells each, and dark wood furniture (stock and pump/forend). Chambered in 12 gauge, holds 5 rounds in the tube with one in the chamber for a total of six shells, and is capable of slamfiring.

M1917 Bayonet: A large bayonet the size of a shortsword, this weapon can be affixed to the end of Angel's M1897 Trench Gun for devastating close-quarters attacks if she finds herself out of shells. She keeps this blade on her left hip in its sheath to either use by itself, or to fix to her gun if needed.

Ranger Sequoia: The weapon given to her as a Ranger in the NCR, this massive revolver is always on her hip ready to be used at a moment's notice. Chambered in 45-70 Government rounds, and holds five in the cylinder

Sawn-Off Shotgun: Her backup boomstick in case she is disarmed of her M1897. With a shortened barrel and sawn off stock, this small weapon is a devastating and maneuverable "Option C" for Angel that she keeps strapped to her left thigh. Chambered in 12 Gauge shells

Mutations

Scaly Skin: Her skin, while still soft and fleshy like normal, is covered in invisible scales that give her greater damage resistance against attacks, letting her charge in and shrug off small gun fire and glancing shots from larger calibers. The cost of this is less endurance for longer battles.

Nightstalker: Her eyes have mutated to take a green color and glow slightly in the dark due to radiation, and the pupils are slightly slitted like a cat's. This gives her the ability to see far better in the dark than the average human or even cat, but it also makes her eyes more sensitive to the light and forces her to wear her hood, or a pair of tinted goggles in the day.

Marsupial: Angel has stronger muscles in her legs which let her jump much higher than a normal human and she has greater strength for carrying equipment, but it has caused her intelligence to fall as if she barely has a high school education.

Adrenal Reaction: The more damage Angel takes in a fight transfers to more and more damage she can do in a melee fight, increasing with levels of adrenaline. The adrenaline can cloud her mind though, and make her lose control of herself if her adrenaline rises too high.

Herbivore: Plant-based foods and drinks give her much more sustenance than normal, letting her get all she needs to survive from them. But, she gains no sustenance at all from eating any kind of meat or product from animals. She can still taste it though.

Speed Demon: Angel can move much faster than the average human, but at the cost of her hunger and thirst growing faster as well which forces her to need to eat and drink more than normal.

Electrically Charged: When hit with blunt force or bladed attacks, there is a chance her body will react and send out a very rough jolt of electricity to her 

Anti-Biohazard: Mutations in her body make Angel immune to viruses and diseases, making gas masks or hazmat suits unnecessary for her. This mutation seems to be the only one that doesn't have an adverse side effect for Angel, as far as she knows.

Paralytic Throwing Darts: Fable keeps a multitude of throwing darts on their body at all times to throw at any weak points in an enemy's defense or armor to afflict them with paralytic poisons that seize their muscles in the stricken area. Multiple clean hits can render their target fully paralyzed and ripe for a finishing blow. The main body of each dart is solid with a hollow, sharp tip filled with the poison. They keep many of them hidden in different areas in their outfits, mainly tucked in their kimonos.

Poison Claws: For more covert missions where weapons aren't allowed or easy to carry, they keep their claws at a longer length with the tips coated in either a slow acting, deadly toxin or a paralytic toxin to very subtly take out their targets with only a scratch

Abilities

Claw Manipulation: Fable can freely manipulate their fingernails into being sharp claws with a flex of their hands, and vice versa. The claws are strong and can be used to cut their targets

Ninjutsu: Fable knows a variety of different ninjutsu such as flaming breath, lightning-infused strikes, blasts of air, stealth, and even shadow clones and smokescreens for distractions, along with a few other jutsu

Waterwalking: Thanks to training their ki, Fable can walk and run across the surface of liquids, namely water

Shadow Travel: Thanks to the Essence of Shadows, Fable can meld into shadows and move freely between them until they are ready to reveal themselves, or strike

Lockpicking and Pickpocketing: Fable knows how to pick locks very easily for getting into where they aren't supposed to be, and is very skilled at picking the pockets of unsuspecting targets for either information, or valuables

Nimbleness: Fable is extremely nimble as part of their ninja training and are able to move and sneak around very fast
