Alice kept her face blank and didn't show a reaction at the dragon, but mentally cataloged it all, the auror in her coming out. Sure the Dragon was small now, but it wasn't wise letting a dragon into society and intermingling with other people. "Excuse me miss, but you are aware that Dragons aren't pets, correct? And that you are not allowed to bring it into areas populated by muggles?" Alice raised an eyebrow. She did not want anyone getting hurt or the oblivators having even more on their hands. She didn't trust half of that department. "Perhaps you should leave her at home next time."
Arlette smiled, keeping hold of her baby dragon Gumball with one hand, holding the chirping red and silver dragon much like she was simply carrying a chihuahua. The little dragon gripped onto her hands tight with her little scaly paws, wearing a cute little white harness, embroidered with the words "Hi, I'm Gumball" and "Disabled Dragonlet" on the sides.
"Thanks. Little Miss here was starting to get anxious with all the crowds" Arlette smiled, picking up a few packets more of mango and passionfruit teas and dropping them in her basket before setting it on the counter "And little miss here likes her tea. Gets all noisy if we don't have any at home"

Couch, 2024
Bronze
95 × 150 × 75 cm
37 ⅜ × 59 × 29 ½ in
"Arlette's complimentary piece, Couch, is one whose magnitude and heft are unprecedented in her previous practice: a couch, made of bronze, weighing 350kg and reproduced at full, authentic scale. It is another exercise in canonising an item of personal, or domestic, significance. A couch, after all, is usually confined to the home, and designed to be utilised without drawing much attention to itself. Here, it becomes a monument: a thing legitimised by graft, craft, weight, and cost. (On its reverse is the impression of a man's muscular back, meaning that it's also something of a monumental paean to sensuality, and more specifically to the desirability of hot men.)"

A Diamond Poem
A wave rolls forward, breaks, comes ashore, unrolls -- a white lace wreath spreads out on the sand, applauding the wave's death, with a sound so soft. by James M. Cox
