Finally got some more mock-ups done! I think I'd like to do an oil spill texture next. I'm also getting some words written down on the lore I have in mind for Land Crabs. There will be raptors, weaponized meteors and tank pirates!

Anyway as always your suggestions, feedback and critique is greatly appreciated!

Sonadow Cafe

For the portfolio I am developing to apply to an Art school- I need some background/environment pieces. So I made this one!

In my mind- perhaps sometime in the future, when Sonic is too old to continue adventuring in the same way he has used to - perhaps he opens up a cafe with his husband Shadow.

So I know it is not super obvious sonadow- but I wanted to have a bit of fun with this one.

Le Dôme: famous--not to say notorious--Parisian restaurant on the Boulevard du Montparnasse. Around the corner from where I was staying when I was fortunate enough to be visiting Paris in 2014. This is a re-edited version of my photo.

I think about this bridge a lot

I'm obsessed with the keystone architecture design of it so much and I lovee thinking about the history of it being made

Was it made hundreds of years ago before Magnifico even came across this land?

Was it made during the construction of Rosas so they could explore the outskirts of the land, perhaps even expanding the kingdom?

Personally I like to think Sabino built this along with his house because he wanted a nice quiet place just outside of the kingdom to raise a family in. Maybe he really connects with nature just like Tomás did as they seem to live fairly deep in the woods.

It's obviously at least a few decades old. I mean look at how overgrown it is with grass and how well traveled it is with the dirt exposed along the middle.

Also can we just talk about how pretty this scene is I mean oh my goshhh the lighting, the lake, the waterfall, the trees ughh this movies so prettyy

Sibiu, The City of Eyes (Romania)

I lucked out in getting to see Hearst Castle a few days ago. Of course one of the rooms I wish I could have stayed in for a bit longer was the library. However I want to share a certain find that I think many on tumblr would find amusing.

anyway that doesn't mean anything, i just want to see the world in colour. just want to be a traveling vessel on this earth, but it's so unrealistic...
