I think it’s funny how many people interpret Arceus and Regigigas fighting or hating each other while I’m going “what if… they kissy :3”

i dont have a "people chosen by legendarys" thing in my main au but if i did, heres whod have what
violet, leaf, and green would have moltres, articuno, and zapdos. mewtwo would have no one. mew would go to yellow ig bc the boys don't get legendaries, it's the rules.
its a fight over daphne but i think celebi gets it in the end. in this au then the chosen two for lugia and ho oh would be sparrow and silver which is. certainly a duo thatd tooootallyyyy get along lmao. kris to suicune. raikou to anabel since i am firmly in the only one for the beasts camp. dunno about entei.
ivy and brendan with their latias and latios. no one for kyogre and groudon bc chosens are for good legendaries who dont purposefully try to kill off all of humanity. but rayquaza would have wallace. zinnias pissed about it. lisia and jirachi, then wally and deoxys. no one with the regis bc they never get woken in my plot.
chryssa and darkrai who used to be paired with her dad. palmer and cresselia as a match. azelf, uxie, and mesprit with maylene, prof rowan, and lucas. odd group, but theyre all there when theyre freed from the red chain (and cynthia, but her being overlooked is funny to me). thatd be it for sinnoh i think. barry maybe gets one some day but idk who. maybe somethint silly like shaymin, maybe something big like giratina. candice could theoretically be chosen of regigigas, but thats more a caretaker thing. oh and brandon (the hoenn frontier brain) has the sinnohan regis but i doubt he's a "chosen" of them.
ieva and n, and reshiram and zekrom ofc. had a cute idea of bryony, hugh and concordia matching the swords of justice. bryony-virizion, hugh-terrakion, concordia-cobalion. she would not be its chosen bc she is not human, but in this scenario i imagine zorua rides on keldeos back like a knight lol. and uhh thats it. i refuse to acknowledge the genies, dunno about victini and genesect (it stays with bryony for a bit but shes already spoken for), and kyurem is put in the corner with kyogre and groudon.
carmella and diancie, trevor and zygarde, calem and xerneas, shauna and yveltal and ig tierno and hoopa...? hoopa seems like it'd like to dance. that leaves only volcanion.
lillie and nebby!! aka solgaleo. then the tapu's and the kahuna’s. gladion and silvally? i think thatd actually be it. necrozma is with kyurem and the weather duo in time out.
lili and hop, and zacian and zamazenta. marnie and bede and g moltres and articuno is a vibe, and i do have at least bede in the crown tundra plot. peonia for zapdos maybe lol? leon and eternatus? peony and calyrex lmao? oh, i suppose mustard and urshifu.
jess and arceus. volo and giratina. cogita and enamorous (and also arceus, a little bit, sorta). adaman and irida, and dialga and palkia. rei and manaphy? thatd be cute : )
they're legendaries but ngl i don't consider the raidons one so they cant have a chosen. so, alyssa and ogerpon. carmine and pecharunt for the lolz. kieran and terapagos? ik how the whole scene goes, but i think you could tweak it. could do something with arven, penny, nemona, and ig florian and the four treasures. dunno whod be paired with who.

Verse: Walk in The Valley of Kings
Tumblr media
So I’ve been mulling over this verse for a hot minute and I think it is time to officially make it a thing.
This verse takes place 10 years after the last villager from the Pokemon who took her in [a Ninetales] dies. Basically it’s 1010 years later from my main verse.
After appointing a new leader for the village, Psyche began wandering the earth in a state of deep depression and so she might process things. She has not used her telepathic voice to communicate with any creature since then, letting her actions speak instead.
Speaking of actions; Psyche is MUCH more volatile in this verse, due to the fact that she has literally outlived her entire surrogate family. However unlike her main verse self she is confident enough in her abilities to battle Pokemon and not accidentally kill them. Additionally since she refuses to speak, all her efforts are put towards battling other legendary or mythical Pocket Monsters. If they are actively being a threat to innocent, wild Pokemon she will give them no warning and immediately strike them. Here’s a list categorizing each legendary and how likely they would be at being fought with or defeated. Now these battles typically are not going to be a “kill or be killed” scenario, as Psyche will be inclined to simply knock them unconscious so that they can have a chance to be humbled from their defeat. It’s in no particular order and y’all can plot this out with me if you want so here it is.
Legendary/mythical Pokemon that will most likely be defeated by Psyche and based on canon material will probably give her a solid reason for doing so due to them being frankly shady:
A. Kyogre and Groudon  B. ALL the Tapu C. Tornadus and Thundurous D. Darkrai  E. The Legendary Birds [both normal and Galarian] F. Mew *pensive*
Legendary/mythical Pokemon that Psyche will likely have no reason to fight, but have a high chance of still being beaten by her should they goad her wrath:
A. Meloetta B. Celebi C. Jirachi D. Deoxys  E. Manaphy and Phione  F. Shaymin G. Genesect H. Victini  I. Keldeo J. Diancie K. Hoopa L. Volcanion M. Magearna N. Marshadow O. Zeraora P. Meltan and Melmetal  Q. Zarude R. Legendary Beasts S. Legendary titans  T. Eon Duo U. Lake Guardians  V. Cresselia W. Heatran X. Regigigas Y. Swords of Justice  Z. Landorus AA. Tao Trio BB. Aura Trio CC. The Type: Null line DD. Cosmog and Cosmoem EE. Lunala and Solgaleo FF. Zacian and Zamazenta  GG. Calyrex and his steeds HH. Eternatus  II. Regieleki and Regidrago
Legendary/mythical Pokemon that she still has the potential to win against, but handling them will pose a challenge:
A. Arceus B. Rayquaza C. Necrozma D. Creation Trio
I based these off of canon material and og Mewtwo is in an entirely different category all his own, because honestly a battle between them would be 50/50. Plus his character is so complex that depending on how one portrays him they could be best friends or worst enemies in this verse.
Lastly, I have yet to decide if there are going to be any humans in this verse. However if I decide that there are expect her treatment of them to be a smidge more merciless but not beyond seeing reason.

Okay, can you explain what each legendary does to a person who sees them?
Because of how many legendaries there are, I’m giving a general list and description. I’m still open to being more detailed!
Good
Mew
Xerneas
Latias + Latios
Cresselia
Darkrai
Reshiram + Zekrom
Cosmog line
Zacian + Zamazenta
Shaymin
Diancie
Meloetta
For the most part, the good legendaries will either let people into their shelters or otherwise help them somehow. Zacian and Zamazenta will protect the human on their way back to their settlement.
Bad
The Tapus
Mewtwo
Heatran
Giratina
The Swords of Justice + Keldeo
The Forces of Nature
Kyurem
Type: Null + Silvally
Necrozma
Eternatus
Kyogre
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys
Genesect
Hoopa
Volcanion
Marshadow
Zeraora
Do not seek these pokemon out. They will outright kill anyone who enters their territory.
Unknown
Arceus
Yveltal
The Legendary Birds + Lugia
The Legendary Dogs + Ho-Oh
Celebi
Jirachi
Phione + Manaphy
Magearna
Meltan + Melmetal
Victini
No one actually knows what happens to these people. They tend to disappear shortly after seeing these pokemon. It could be good, or it could be bad. No one knows for sure.
Nothing
The Legendary Titans + Regigigas
The Lake Guardians
Dialga + Palkia
Zygarde
You saw a legendary! Congratulations! Nothing else happens.

You know what makes me mad?
The way people look at the Pokemon "Gods."
You know why? They aren't "Gods" in the way we see them.
Let me explain.
Pokemon of all sorts have many powers of their own, from Regigigas's ability to make NEW REGI POKEMON from RAW MATERIALS, to things like Rhyperior launching Geodude around with its arm cannons.
So lets get started on these super Pokemon. I'm talking about Arceus, Giratina, Palkia, Dialga, Yveltal, Xerneas, and maybe a few others.
Arceus created everything, sure, but we don't know if it could do it again. It created the Spirit Trio, for emotions and whatnot, and created Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina.
Palkia was to rule over space. Distance. Could be here, could be there, but more than that, Palkia was to define what "here" and "there" even meant. God of Space. Cool. Neato.
Dialga was to rule over time, defining yesterday, today, and tomorrow. God of Time. Manipulating it has shown to clearly require intent and focus from Dialga, probably reasonable to say Palkia needs the same. Neat lore stuff.
Arceus. This is where I start to get hung up. See, Pokemon's "Gods" aren't like the Christian god where he's an omnipotent being, in fact I wouldn't say they are similar to Greek or Roman gods from Paganism (or similar derivatives), either. In fact, I'd venture to say that they are to be understood as their own concept of Gods. The sort of Gods that boast inhumane power, but can be taken down by one solid super-effective hit from a decently trained every-day Pokemon Trainer's Bibarel.
These "Gods" are limited in power and strength and instead operate almost as elementals specific to their association. They dont get extra combat skills or prowess. But they have power to manipulate the world around them.
So
Arceus. Used its Thousand Arms (Note the lack of arms) to shape the world, or the universe, depending on who you ask. Assuming the last one, this suggests an other-dimensional creature that simply created our universe. It is no God. Just another Pokemon with an amazing ability. And that applies to the last two, Palkia and Dialga. Not gods. Just Pokemon with neat typings and finely tuned to help balance the universe.
Which is where we bring in Giratina. Honestly, I hate the bad rep this thing gets. "Basically Pokemon Lucifer".
Giratina is wrapped up with Palkia and Dialga, and we aren't really all that sure why, until we learn it boasts the same power as them, except tuned to another world, one it was banished to for its violent behaviour.
But because of its form change existing, and literally every other Pokemon not having a different form there, it is blatantly clear Giratina has always belonged here. Lucifer saw God and stood against him, some believe for the good of man.
Giratina? It wanted to kill. It wanted to hurt. Its cruelty in the normal world sent it away to a world it is clearly fully equipped to thrive and commit more violence in. It was born to be here.
Lucifer was intended to be an Angel of God.
Giratina was intended to be Evil.
So
Yeah
I'll talk about Xerneas and Yveltal another time

Drew’s Opening Statement
Coming into this season in the way that I did, both as a part of the ghost tribe and with the reveal of my Mare Island placement, I was dead convinced I’d never be able to make it to this point. Having been accused of being bland in the past (I’d start listing names but I like to keep speeches less than two pages), I chose to play this game a little recklessly. I felt I would probably hear my name every time I didn’t have immunity so I didn’t have anything to lose by trying to be the person that dictated the path of the game. I really went for broke this season, and I hope it shows in the outcome.
First off, let me just say, I’ve vented at several of you about this over time but it bears repeating. It was a ROUGH life to start off on a tribe that no one knows exists, to be the redemption island beach for the main game, to bust in unannounced and tell everyone they’re actually six spots further from the end than they thought they were. I tried telling m’lil ghostie family this going into the swap when we were gonna be revealed, and while I’d like to think it sunk in, the reality was that it was always going to be harder still for me than any of the rest because of my reputation within the series. I was fortunate enough to never have to go to tribal on a post-swapped tribe, but it left me to the whim of the game in terms of how far my ghosties could make it. I did everything that I could to help them, but Scott withdrew and I lost Jacob along the way.
When merge hit, I was afraid that my existence would draw too much attention and tried to stay low. With five people immune, a double tribal, and the threat of like 8 different powers, I contented myself to sit back, let everyone know about my idol, and try to let it play out. Huge mistake. Half my ghosties were decimated in one fell swoop in a last minute power move by Akito that had nothing to do with my best interests. That tribal woke me the fuck up to the fact that the game would happen whether I wanted to take part in it or not. So I took charge. Having been informed of a six-person alliance on a tribe of eleven, I gathered up the five remaining people (Jordan, Lily, Billy, Steven), with Jordan’s two extra votes and Lily’s one, told them all about the power group, and created a majority alliance from a minority of people, to take out the person who killed my ghosties, and break the “perceived” duo of Zach and Rob. When I felt as though I was losing a little control in this group,  I made a new chat with Mitch/Logan/Gaston and worked the numbers in my old alliance to pull off two more tribals in a row in which people were voted out without a true majority. I then switched back to the Jordan/Lily/Steven trio, knowing that there was a crack between Jordan and Lily that didn’t exist in the other group.
F6 is where I felt the safest because I’d made it to this point with two idols, so I knew I was making final four. Still, when I lost immunity to the queen of Orisinal birds, I knew I’d have to deal with the target shifting to me. When Lily tried it, however, Logan, Jordan, and Steven all came to me within an hour of each other to warn me that it was happening. I let Jordan and Logan take point in the plan to save me and laid back from it completely. Their plan in their chat with Mitch/Lily was to get the votes split in case of the idol Mitch knew I had. No one still in the game knew that I also had a topaz idol in Giratina, so if they were lying to me, I’d still get my way, but I’d know they lied. Amazingly, they carried through with the plan to save me, and to vote Lily out as well in some of the worst 60 minutes of my org life. Despite how emotionally hard it was to get to that point, I got the final four I’d wanted for quite some time. Two ghosties, ensuring someone from original Nejire would be in the finals, and Logan and Jordan, who had been the final jurors in previous PI pokemon seasons, who I wanted to see make it one step further (Billy, before you start and say you were a final juror too, we already had Johto, and you did that in Midway too).
As with any Pokemon season, this game was riddled with advantages. As far as the tribal idols go, I figured out Jay’s game in where he was hiding them very quickly from the post about catching Pokemon and discovered the locations of all three tribal idols. I claimed the Nejire idol for myself, and once it was revealed the ghost tribe got to decide where we were swapping to, I set Jacob up to get the Hoseki idol and Scott to get the Paru idol. I’d already caught Giratina by then as well, and decided I would rather my two closest allies have some assurances for themselves that I had their best interests at heart, rather than hoarding all the power for myself. As it happened, Scott removed himself from the game and gave me back the Paru idol, and Jacob gave it away before being eliminated, but those were both out of my control. I also proved to be a magnet in terms of people telling me what resources they had. Jordan told me about the Arceus Super Merry-Go-Round idol and then GAVE it to me instead of a Hoseki ally, so I decided it was the property of the ghosties now, and passed it to Scott and then Jacob, who needed it to survive. I was also informed of Jordan’s two extra votes. Lily gave me the clue for Carnivine and then told me it was an extra vote, Jordan told me about his legacy advantage, Logan told me about his blind week, Alex told me about Dialga and the reset (or maybe Jordan did, I actually can’t remember), I was told Shaymin and Regigigas had nothing, Gaston eventually told me about Palkia and the tribe split. The only power I didn’t know about before it was played or removed from the game was Zach/Rob’s lake guardian idol. Knowing all of this and being able to plan its use or navigate around it gave me all the flexibility in the world to work my way through the game, make moves when they needed to be made, and keep things in check when they didn’t. In terms of the three powers I held, I played them all when they didn’t need to be played because at the end of the day, there wasn’t a time when they NEEDED to be played. Every time I might have needed an idol to save me, my connections and alliances did the job instead.
I know I talk about the numbers a lot, and I stand by the moves that I made from the perspective that I made them. The order from F11 to now happened exactly as I needed it too. I made sure that the voting order removed the three people I wasn’t aligned with, then the move to sit in the middle of two 3-person alliances, the breaking of what I deemed to be the stronger alliance, and the two people who tried to get me out. When an alliance I was in was going to make a move that didn’t benefit me, I pulled together a new group to make sure the outcome I wanted happened instead. At times leading up, I worked with Jordan against Logan, then with Logan against Jordan, and at the end with both of them, but in every vote I was working to get myself in the best position. All of this is not to say that I went through like an emotionless gamebot, these votes hurt. The votes for Billy and Gaston waited until 8:59 despite the decision being made hours earlier because I couldn’t believe what I needed to do, and obviously the Lily vote shattered pieces of me, especially to have it go down the way it did, without the benefit of time. I’m anticipating some negative feelings toward me for this season, and I own everything that I did. As friends, there wasn’t a single person in merge that I didn’t care about deeply. It would have been impossible to make decisions based on who I love and wanted to keep playing with, because it would result in a self-vote every time. I stand behind the choices that I made for the game, because they were my dominant path, and I’ll take what comes with that. I played the fuck out of this game, every angle, every second, and while I’ll obviously take whatever decision you all come to, I earned the win in this game. I love you all, please never doubt that fact, thanks for reading my rambling thoughts. I look forward to any questions, comments, and anything else that comes from your jury statements. Thank you for this season, as my last Pacific Islands season for quite some time, if not forever, it’s been an honor. <3
