Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Tiruchirappalli invites applications for admission to Postgraduate Programme in Business Management (for Working Executives) (PGPBM - WE) commencing in 2017-18.

IIM Trichy PGPBM Programme Overview

IIM Tiruchirappalli launched the PGPBM Programme to groom working executives who aspire to move into senior leadership roles. The PGPBM at the Chennai Centre is one of the flagship programmes of IIM Tiruchirappalli (IIMT), which also offers a doctoral programme in business management, the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and a two year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) its Trichy campus. PGPBM is launched to groom working executives who aspire to move into senior leadership roles. Towards this, the programme aims to develop competent professional managers, capable of working in any sector of organized activity, provide leadership and achieve excellence even while contributing to the welfare of society at large

Highlights

Classes commence in August 2017 and get over in August 2019. Students have an option to complete the programme by May 2019.

Eligibility

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST and Differently-Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as PWD category], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.

 Fees

The application fee ([non-refundable) is Rs.2000 payable by internet transfer to "IIMT Chennai Centre" SB A/c. No. 50100011400101; IFSC Code: HDFC0000004 of HDFC, ITC Centre Branch, Chennai. In the case of SC/ST candidates the Application Fee will be Rs.1000; such candidates are required to attach a copy of the relevant caste certificate with their application.

Personal Interview at Chennai: June 24-25, June 2017. Admission Results [by Email, Post, and the Test Admit Card numbers of selected candidates on our Website]: June 30, 2017. Registration and Payment of first instalment of fee will be on July 22-23, 2017, inauguration on July 23, at 5.30 PM, orientation on July 28-30, Term I classes commence August 04, Classes for the 6th PGPBM Batch concludes August 4, 2019  and Convocation of the 06th PGPBM Batch  will be on March 21, 2020.
