So i'm fully not sure if any of these guys got some love yet BUT any of these can be answered for Apollo, Herc, or that one hot reaper

🪞 - what would your character do if faced with an evil doppelganger? would they run away, fight? is the doppelganger a reflection of their inner fears?

🕰 - what would your character do if they were stuck in a time loop?

🫁 - would your character cannibalize someone? would it be for survival or because they like it? is it for religious reasons? something else? (i've gotta know, i'm not sorry)

💀 - is your character afraid of dying? if so, how far would they go to cheat death?

Andi, you are one of my best friends on this hellsite. I'm sure you know this. But you really forgot his name? For shame, Andi, for shame, lol.

OK, so, I decided to answer this one for Hercules. I think it depends on whether faced with an evil doppelganger in the dream world or the real world. In the dream world, he feels invincible and would probably try to fight it. After all, he's strong and big and tough, why wouldn't he? But in the real world? With those artificial muscles stripped from him, and as he really is? He would run, without hesitation. It's not likely to be a reflection of his inner fears, although it may mock him for them, remind him of just how alone he's always been and always will be.

🕰 - what would your character do if they were stuck in a time loop?

Kinda just picking and choosing who to do these for as I please, so! If Apollo found himself stuck in a time loop, he'd likely try to force one of his prophetic visions to try to figure out how to escape. This is, of course, a terrible idea, and he should not do that. It's either going to fail or torment him with all the possibilities of how the loop could go. Once he realizes that's a bad idea, he's likely to spend a good amount of time trying to act like everything is fine. More time isn't a bad thing, right? Right? By the time he actually gets out of it, he's likely to be a traumatized mess of a man. Michael is gonna have a real problem to fix.

Herc would only do it out of desperation for survival. And honestly? He might puke about it the first time. Hercules likes to think he's tough, but uh. He's really not. He's really really not. It would likely haunt him for quite some time.

💀 - is your character afraid of dying? if so, how far would they go to cheat death?

And since you were actually able to remember his name on Discord, I'm doing this one for Isa. And yes, he is. Absolutely terrified of dying, because for Isa, dying means not existing at all anymore. It's the end of the line, no more chances. He doesn't show it often because there's very little that could kill him when he was alive and even less now that he's become a reaper, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. He would kill if it meant never having to worry about dying again and yet, that's not what'll save him. He can't wrap his mind around the fact that all of his go to ways of handling situations are just pushing him closer and closer to that little edge, and so whether he likes it or not, he's actually sabotaging himself. Guess he's lucky there's someone who believes in him and is willing to vouch for him still being able to change.

@andromedaexists hit me with both of these, so I'm combining them. The most recent thing I wrote, I already posted in its entirety, so instead I'm going to go off of the last thing before that. Enjoy Apollo becoming Apollo!

A soft groan broke the silence in the darkness.

“I have a test in the morning, I don’t need weird dreams tonight.” He pinched the bridge of his nose, hoping that his dreams would shift to something more normal. He didn’t usually know when he was dreaming and that made this weird enough.

“I’d just like a few moments of your time. I have something to ask of you.” He jumped as the voice echoed around him.

“What is it?” He felt a little stupid talking to a disembodied dream voice, but maybe it would get this over with faster.

“I’m looking for people willing to help me save my world.” He raised an eyebrow.

“Your dream world?”

“Yes.” He snorted at that.

“And how would I help?” He crossed his arms, not sure what to expect.

“I can give you the power of someone well known from your world.” He sighed. This all felt stupid. But maybe it would get his dream over with if he just went along with it.

“I guess. I dunno, make me the god of medicine, Apollo.”

Michael and Apollo, Break Me

This one is rough, and almost doesn't feel angsty enough for the prompt, but then again, I've already written some intense stuff with these guys that's hard to live up to, I think. Also got a little sappy at the end, but it's here!

“Ugh! I’m getting real sick of fighting these stupid pipsqueaks!” Thor tossed aside one of the creatures that had tried to bite him before shooting another with a bolt of lighting. Apollo groaned.

“And we’re all tired of your complaining! So how about you just shut up and-“ Apollo froze where he stood, staring off into space. Thor groaned.

“Shit! Don’t do that shit right now, Apollo!” Michael shot a brief glare at Thor.

“You know he can’t control it!” Michael was already running towards Apollo, hoping to snap him out of whatever vision he was having. A few of the creatures had already turned their attention towards Apollo, sensing an easy target. “Apollo!” Michael couldn’t help the fear bubbling in the pit of his stomach as he lunged forward as a group of them leaped towards Apollo. He screamed as he felt their teeth and claws sinking into his flesh, one latching tightly onto his shoulder, just barely missing his neck.

“Use your sword, you idiot!” Thor snarled, hurling lightning at the ones he could without risking hurting the others.

“I can’t! I might hit Apollo! You think I’m a flawless swordsman?!” Michael snarled, doing his best to shake off the ones that were trying to tear him apart.

“You’re the one who thought you didn’t need us!” Thor retorted without a thought.

“And I realized that was a mistake!” They fell into a tense silence, focus shifting to driving off the rest of the creatures. Most of them fell to the ground, still and lifeless, but some of them ended up fleeing. Michael collapsed to his knees, trying his best not to make any of his injuries worse as exhaustion flooded his body. Thor stomped over, slapping Apollo across the face.

“Wake up and take care of your boyfriend.” He started stomping off, Michael snarling behind him.

“How dare you-“ Apollo gasped as he saw the state Michael was in, immediately kneeling to start to care for his wounds, interrupting the argument before it could start.

“What happened? You got hurt saving me again, didn’t you?” Michael sighed, shaking his head as Apollo tended to his wounds.

“It is not your fault. Please don’t blame yourself, Apollo.” Apollo laughed, looking Michael in the eyes as he spoke.

“Yeah, not my fault when I picked a God of Prophecy, forgetting he was the God of Prophecy, and cursed myself with them, can’t control them, and most of them make no sense and aren’t even related to anything actually helpful! How is that not my fault?!” Michael sighed, shifting slowly into a more comfortable position.

“You didn’t ask for your visions. It is not your fault that you didn’t know. We were all put on the spot to choose, and many stories that feature prophetic visions have drawbacks of some sort to them. Not only that, but we’ve seen your visions many times at this point. We should be more prepared to protect you when they happen.” Apollo grit his teeth, focusing on being gentle with Michael’s injuries.

“Or maybe I should bother taking the time to learn how to control this! Maybe I should actually learn how to do something other than staying out of the way and then fixing your wounds when you inevitably get more hurt than you would have if I weren’t even here!” Michael grabbed Apollo’s hand gently, looking him in the eyes as Apollo paused, freezing in place.

“Apollo. I would be dead without you. No matter how much I get hurt, I would always be worse without you here. So please, let me be your guardian angel. At least until you’ve had a proper chance to try to figure out your powers.” Apollo sighed, unable to help but smile.

“You’re a sap. Alright.”

��� What kind of aesthetic do they like? - He prefers function over form most of all. Think those beds with shelves in the headboard and drawers under the mattress. He's a huge fan of anything that's real wood or other durable, made to last types of materials. This applies to pretty much everything, his clothes, his decor, everything.

☠ How petty are they? And what length of pettiness would they go for? - He can be petty, but he'd much rather go the passive aggressive malicious compliance route than anything else. Although he would absolutely go so far as to minorly hurt himself through malicious compliance. Nothing serious, but if the dress code calls for shoes that are unsafe, he'll twist his ankle over it, just to make a point.

🍽 What kind of food do they like? - Apollo isn't very picky of an eater, but he very much enjoys his fresh fruits and vegetables, probably because he can't afford them very often as a med student without much financial support beyond his parents helping with things like tuition.

🍺 If your OC drinks, what is their go to alcohol? - He would really rather not drink, but if he's got to, he's just going to ask for whatever tastes the least like alcohol possible.

(1/2) Apollo & Michael, Love Me

This one came out shorter than the others, but I think it also ended up being cute, so I think that's fine.

As the sun set over the ocean, Michael and Apollo sat in the sand next to each other, neither knowing entirely what to say at the moment. For once in this world, nothing trying to kill them and it felt nice. Eventually, Apollo broke the silence between them.

“This world really is gorgeous when we can actually relax for once.” Apollo smiled, still staring out at the gentle waves that lapped at the shore inches away from them. Michael couldn’t help but laugh softly, enjoying this chance at a break.

“Yeah, it is.” Michael shifted, not wanting to fall back into silence, but unsure what to say for a few moments. “Um. So. Do you think we can do it? Save this place, I mean.”

Apollo looked at Michael, quiet for a moment. It was a good question after all, and one that didn’t have an easy answer when they didn’t feel any closer to succeeding. The sound of the waves on the shore filled the pause in conversation until Apollo finally spoke.

“I think that it’ll all turn out alright in the end. There’s a lot of people working to save this world, all in their own way. Maybe we’ll end up being part of the final solution, and maybe we won’t. But does that really matter? I think… I think things will be fine in the end and that’s all I really care about.” Apollo smiled and Michael couldn’t help but laugh as Apollo’s words sank in. When he had first gotten here the idea that he wouldn’t directly be responsible for saving this world would have pissed him off. Now though? Michael thought about it, slowly reaching over and putting his hand on Apollo’s.

“Yeah, I think you’re right, Apollo. Something will work and that’s all that matters.” Apollo smiled at him, slowly twining their fingers together as they relaxed with each other, just enjoying this moment of peace.

Snapdragon - What is your OC's most used phrase? - Not entirely sure about this this early into writing, but probably "Stop being a moron!" said to Hercules and Thor, for sure. Probably multiple times a day.

Jasmine - If your OC had a tumblr blog, what would their URL be? - I don't know if Apollo would make a tumblr blog even with a gun to his head, but I think it would be something generic sounding like doctor-to-be. He doesn't really have anything identity wise outside of "tired med student" that means anything to him. Poor guy really needs to find himself.

10. Do they enjoy sitting on countertops? - Oh absolutely. Apollo's a little insecure about his height, being kind of on the shorter side. Anything that makes him feel less short is good.

46. What is something they’ve always wanted to do, but know they shouldn’t? - Ooooooooh, where should I even start? Here's the secret. Apollo doesn't even know what he wants to do. He's always just assumed that what his parents have told him he wants is the truth and never really thought about it beyond that because he learned better than to argue with his parents. That's how he ended up on track to become a doctor even though he doesn't really want to be. I will say that there is a part of him that would love to just drop out of college, consequences be damned, but he won't.
