One of the reasons Everything Everywhere All At Once made multiverses work is that they understood the idea that multiverses are kinda intrinsically connected to nihilism as a concept. In a multiverse, it's either nothing matters or everything matters. The best multiverses i've seen have broached the idea with this in mind. In Everything Everywhere All At Once, the predominanting mindset of the movie is that, even in the joke universes, everything matters. Evelyn doesn't beat the characters she's fighting by extending kindness to them in only one universe, she does it in all of them. The universe we end in at the end of the movie doesn't matter because they all matter just as much as the one Evelyn started in.
I don't know enough about the Into the Spiderverse movies to commentate on that but the Honkai games can also be a good example. The whole reason why Otto doing the thing he did worked at all was because all the possibilities matter, even the one he sacrifices himself to make. If the ones with Kallen's death matter, so must the one with her survival. Acheron as a character is an Emanator of the Aeon of Nihility and it's hammered in that everything she does do has a purpose. We know what she did for Tiernan mattered because it helped save Penacony. Self-Annihilators exist to resist IX and part of doing that is rejecting the idea nothing matters because embracing it leads to you being devoured. She is aware of the concept of multiple worlds and versions of a person and acknowledges that, while she is not the same Raiden Mei HI3 players know and love, she is still a Raiden Mei and and if HI3's Raiden Mei matters, so does she.
It's all or nothing. If nothing matters, there's no reason to get invested. If everything matters, everything is something worth love and attention. A multiverse narrative cannot survive on the idea your actions don't matter when the whole idea of a multiverse is built on the premise that your actions have the power to split existence to accommodate their impact.

To everyone still mourning over Venom 3 don't worry I got some stuff that might help that. Big reminder once again to not harass any of the people that worked on this movie. It all comes down to creative choices at the end of the day or some higher ups being in control and so on. There's nothing we can do about it, please be respectful and mature.
However there is some hope, the post credit scene shows a black cockroach that likely could be Venom. I have a feeling there not quite done with Venom yet we don't when it will happen or what will happen but I really don't think it's the end. Maybe Venom will be in some crossover movie, maybe even appear in the third Spiderverse movie, who really knows for now.
Other things that I heard before rumors going around that a animated rated R Venom movie that seems to be in the works same with a Spider-Man animated movie too that's also planned to be rated R. While the Tom Hardy Venom trilogy maybe over perhaps in a few years we will see a new reboot of sorts for a different take on Venom, but still who really knows. We don't even know if it's gonna happen at all.
In the meantime you have plenty of content for Venom outside of the trilogy. Pretty much over 30 years worth of content that you might find enjoyment from. The 2016 run of Venom is a perfect example that proves that symbrock is very much cannon in the comics. Same with Venom: First Host and some parts of the 2018 run too. (Granted I haven't read a lot of it.)
There's the original 1993 Venom: Lethal Protector, it's fun, silly, camp and enjoyable love me some 90's Venom stories. ^-^
You also have 1996 Venom: The Hunger and its sequel in Marvel select #5. The new Lethal Protector comics and the new Separation Anxiety mini-series. Marvel Midnight Sun has extra DLC content where the game is sorta a dating sim in disguise where you hang out with Eddie and such. If you don't wanna get the game just look up the cutscenes for yourself, there worth a watch. Pretty much any media of Venom is worth looking into.
I hope some of these suggestions are worth looking into and I hope you give some of these a chance, sure there not the versions you maybe familiar with but if you wanna fill that void after the last dance. I know comics are expensive to buy at times so you probably know where to look to find them for free.
Feel free for anyone else to add to this, if you have some fan fictions, fan art or even your own fan-made Venom comic, then promote it right here. I want to try and bring a positive spin on this whole situation as I know not everyone likes unhappy endings. So I hope this helps in any way.

What is the zine about?
This is a Nct/WayV Spiderman themed zine that is based off of the multiverse concept in the Spiderman comics! Just like in the Spiderman universe, multiple spidermen exist. We'll be taking that concept and mixing it with all of the members! Anyone can wear the mask, so each member will get the chance to be in this zine!
How many artists and writers will be accepted in the zine?
We are looking to accept 21 artists (1 for each member) to participate in the zine, along with 3 writers, 3 merch artists and 1 graphic designer.
What is the rating of this zine?
We’ll be keeping it at a ‘Teen and Up’/SFW rating because some of the members are still minors, likewise, this rating will be consistent with the movies or comics. With that being said, accepted artists and writers are expected to be mindful of the content that they create (such as possible blood, gore, etc) so as to keep the zine viewer friendly!
Will ships be allowed?
I would say yes! Characters like MJ and Gwen Stacy are a big part of Peter Parker’s story so feel free to add Nct/WayV ships into your own Spiderman story as you see fit. Likewise, if you have any crossover ships with the members and other groups, feel free to add them in at your discretion.
Can multiple artists draw the same member?
So far, the plan is to assign one artist to one member with the intention that this member will be the spiderman in their universe (so as to fit the multiverse concept). Each universe can only have 1 Spiderman, but artists are allowed to use other members as supporting characters in their universe. For instance: if artist A is assigned Xiaojun, then he is Spiderman in whatever universe the artist plans to create and their illustration should reflect that. If another artist, (artist B), is assigned Jaemin, likewise, Jaemin will be Spiderman in the universe that artist B creates, but Xiaojun (and other members) can exist as civilians, villains, side characters, etc, in artist B’s Spiderverse.
Can artists draw members as characters outside of the Spiderverse movie, but are still within the Spiderman franchise? (eg:, villains, other civilians, etc)?
Of course! That’s what makes the Spiderman Multiverse so fun! Different versions of Peter, MJ and many other characters exist in the franchise and change from universe to universe, so feel free to use any existing characters in your own way or create new characters for the members, since after all, this is you own Spiderman universe so have fun with it! The only requirement is that only one member (the member each artist is assigned) can be depicted as Spiderman since there can only be 1 Spiderman in each universe.
How many members are each artists allowed to draw?
One artist will be assigned to draw only one member as Spiderman, but that doesn’t mean you are limited to one member in your entire piece/universe! Other members may exist as villians, side characters or love interests; it’s your choice!
Are crossovers allowed?
Crossovers are allowed in so far that the finished piece does not deviate too far from the Spiderverse concept. The aim of the zine is for each member to exist as Spiderman in their universe. Artists are free to include the remaining 20 members as they see fit, but we would suggest that these crossovers remain within the Marvel universe.
Is this zine for profit or for charity?
This is a charity zine project :)! Keeping with the “hero” concept, we don’t want to limit the heroes of this project to just the ones being illustrated in the zine. In light of the continued destruction of the Amazon Rainforest, we would like to donate proceeds to an organisation that is committed to the cause. We are still doing research on various organisations, but all supporters of this project are heroes in some way or form and we thank you for your continued support and interest!
What is the schedule for the zine?
Our tentative schedule can be found here.
Will the zine be digital or physical?
We are looking into offering both options!
Who are the mods for the project?
The mods are @je_oh_no and @bohemiands
What are the zine specs?
6x9 inches, staple-bound, full colour
Will contributors get a free copy of the zine?
Contributors will be given a free digital copy. We hope to give all contributors a physical copy of the zine, but this really depending on sales.
Will rejection emails be sent out?
Acceptance/rejection emails will be sent out after the deliberation process once applications close.
Do I have to be a Nct/WayV fanartist or writer to be accepted?
Not at all! But we would hope that, at the very least, you are a fan and that is one of the reasons why you want to take part in this project. Additionally, it is important that you are familiar enough with the members. This is especially important for fic writers, because it is important that members (and interactions) are depicted as accurately as possible..
However, with the multi-verse concept, it does provide content creators with somewhat of a leeway to depict members as different to how they are in real life. Eg: Your Spiderverse member may act differently because of the backstory you give them. For artists, in this case, the character sheet is useful because it gives you an opportunity to explain your piece and your depiction of the member. However, it is important that the interactions and depiction of the spidersonas feel authentic.
Do my examples have to be Nct/WayV related?
Having examples with them is not one of our requirements, however, it would be beneficial for applicants to showcase how they draw/write the members, so we can get a feel of how they would depict them within the zine. If you do have Nct/WayV fanworks but don’t think they are your strongest pieces, you can still include one as an additional example piece within your portfolio. It’s not mandatory, but it does help the mods get a better understanding of how you would depict the members.
