Personally with my Bruce I HC that he got far enough into med school that he's more competent than a lot of his fellow hero's with emergency in the field medical situations but like??? He can't diagnose shit or perform surgery or anything crazy like that, Maybe he took some EMT classes along side the med school studies those couple years he was in school using the med school thing as a cover for it but then also used them as an excuse to drop out of med school.
