Here, I cover the prism of anxiety symptoms by briefly putting a spotlight on celebrity anxiety and mental health. And the signs and symptoms experienced for each celebrity (Emma Stone, Oprah Winfrey , Kendall Jenner, and John Mayer) differ to some degree. For example, while Kendall Jenner palpably feels many of the physical sensations of anxiety (e.g., racing heart, trembling hands, breathing issues, and more), Oprah Winfrey may more often feel a sense of over-stimulation, disconnect, and lack of focus. Be seeing ourselves in context of what celebrities go through, we understand that anxiety is part of the human experience. We also can discern that anxiety and panic need not steer us off course from our goals and dreams. Also, realize that anxiety symptoms in men may be a little different than anxiety symptoms in women, and this video touches on this point. For example, women may feel more of the physical impact of anxiety, while some men may experience more the mental impact, such as fatigue and restlessness. Other common anxiety symptoms can be difficult to even recognize. A feeling of being too hold or too cold, digestive issues, and irritability can be some possible anxiety signs and symptoms.
