Therefore, it is necessary to increase the control of key temperature points, and at the same time, make a reasonable match between the amount of feed and the rotational speed of the kiln body, increase the combustion chamber, and avoid contact between the material and the flame, resulting in sintering.
2. The way to stabilize the particle size distribution of titanium dioxide and improve the dispersibility and covering power of titanium dioxide
The particle size distribution of titanium dioxide is a comprehensive indicator, which seriously affects the performance of titanium dioxide pigments and product application performance. Therefore, the discussion of hiding power and dispersion can be directly analyzed from the particle size distribution.
