So, a while (by a while i mean like 3-4 years ago lol) i came across this map of (western) Europe divided in states similar in population as the US states.
And I became obsessed with this map, i thought it was very very cool... So of course I had to make an alternative map when this is a reality. Welcome to the United States of Europe, simply known as the European Union as I feel that the name still fits even if this would be a wholeass country.
It's capital would be Luxembourg, and the official language would be (sadly) French, although many local languages would be official and studied in school (the average citizien of this alternate EU would be at least trilingual); the country would take pride on its diversity!
I thought I could go through each of the states as well as the new neighbouring countries real quickly, to get a taste of how this would all work :)
