Honestly, I've had more damage done to me by the alarms my parents/family had over the years I grew up than what I chose.

Like why the fuck did I have an awful reaction the Seinfeld theme the first time I heard it outside of the alarm?!! 😭

Why can't I listen to my brother okay Yonkers anymore???

(There's so many others I can't recall until it happens)

(I mean I won't lie, I've had mistakes before but none with too bad of consequences)

My MISTAKE was definitely actually my RINGTONE AND NOTIFICATION SOUNDS!!!!

I should not be sitting down to watch my favorite show/movie only to pause it, frantically pull out my phone and then realize "O h"

AND I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING TRICKED BY TIK TOKS USING THE SAME SOUND BITES!!!!

Hey kids here's a piece of actual for real experienced adult advice: don't make songs you like your alarm. Ever. You're gonna Pavlov yourself into hating it or sleep through it and have weird dreams. Don't do that to yourself. Seriously.
