The anilox roll can also be cleaned with special solvent for ink,heated by specific cleaning machine, after which the residue on the roller surface will be dissolved by cleaning agents.

Sand blasting technology of anilox roller: This cleaning technology uses powder to spray dry ink and other debris.

Ultrasonic cleaning technology: During this cleaning process, the anilox roller rotates in the heated chemical solution. When the anilox roller contacts with the bubbles generated by the ultrasonic wave, the bubbles implode and release the pressure and temperature to dissolve and remove the debris on the surface of the roll. This method is very effective for most inks used in flexographic printing.
