Explaining the mythological origins and namesake of Mithra (MHYK): a very long and probably unnecessary post by a mhyk obsessed mythology nerd
Tumblr media
Let me just preface this by saying that I haven’t gone through any formal education in ancient history or religions (yet) and even if I’ve researched it quite a bit I’m still bound to make plenty of mistakes. Also my expertise lies in grecoroman myth and I only have very surface-level knowledge of the other religions I mention here, although I’ve recently gone down a rabbit hole in regards to specifically their portrayal of the mithraic figure because goddamnit those wizards have me in a stranglehold and if I can’t combine my two current hyperfixations what’s even the point.
As there is gonna be quite a few different Mithras mentioned I will be referring to the fictional Mithra as “Mithra (mhyk)”. If I mention any other Mithra/Mitra/Mithras assume I’m talking about the deity.
Also this text is quite long so read more under the cut:
As you may or may not know if you’ve read through Mithras (mhyk) wiki page he takes his name from persian mythology! However this is a bit of an oversimplification as Mithra actually appears in pre-Zoroastrian Persian myth, Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, Roman myth and Mithraism, although with slight variations in his name and more significant variations in his role and portrayal.
Unfortunately since I have no knowledge of japanese and am entirely basing my interpretation of mahoyaku off the english translations I can’t attest to if the romanji of his name is accurate nor if japanese translations of mithraic texts make any differentiation between the names of Mithra in the different religions in which he’s present, but going off the romanisation i’ve seen used his name is spelled “Mithra” which is the spelling used for the Mithra in persian mythology and zoroastrianism. In roman mythology and mithraism hes called “Mithras”, and in hinduism he’s called “Mitra”, so Mithra (mhyk) using that particular spelling for his name would imply that he’s more based on the pre-zoroastrian and zoroastrian Mithra.
However after reading about all different Mithras from the different religions I can find possible links and references to all Mithras in Mithras (mhyk) writing so I’m gonna talk about all of them anyways! I’m mostly gonna focus on Zoroastrianism and Mithraism tho since those are the ones I’m able to find the most information on!
The first mention of Mithra comes from 1400 BC where he is mentioned as a Vedic deity (gross oversimplification but Vedic religion is a sort of pre-cursor to Hinduism) and referred to as “Mitra”. He then seems to have spread to ancient Persia where he is adopted into the Persian pantheon, and when Zoroastrianism takes over as the dominant religion in Persia he continues to be a prevalent figure.
Zoroastrianism is (is not was because it’s actually still practiced! fun fact Freddie Mercury was a Zoroastrian) a dualistic religion that focuses on the fight between good and evil, with a supreme being commonly referred to as “Ahura Mazda” and an evil spirit referred to as “Angra Mainyu” whom he stands in conflict with. Gods from the earlier pre-zoroastrian religion are incorporated into Zoroastrianism as beings called “ahuras”and “daevas”, with a few divinities called “yazatas” standing directly under “Ahura Mazda”. One of these “yazatas” is Mithra!
Scholars argue whether Zoroastrianism should be considered a monotheistic or polytheistic religion but many choose to refer to yazatas and by extension Mithra as divine beings that are underneath god rather than actual gods (think like angels), with “Ahura Mazda” being the only true god. However wether or not Mithra counts as a god there are still some scholars that believe that he was worshipped kinda like one!
In Zoroastrianism Mithra is the yazata of justice, the sun, light, friendship (“Mitra” actually means friend!!! it can also mean “that which binds” or oath/contract/covenant), pacts, covenants, contracts and most notably for our purposes oaths. Yep, oaths. As in promises. Sound familiar?
As the keeper of oaths he observes the world and makes sure no-one breaks their promises, and if they do they suffer his wrath, which may have caused him to also sometimes be viewed as a god of war according to some scholars. Mithra follows the path of the sun during the day, and during the night he fights evil demons with a spiked club, which is why the sky is red at the break of dawn (as he smashes the demons to pieces). So yeah the deity Mithra doesn’t get any sleep either, although I find this more likely to be a coincidence than intentional lol. Mithra rides a chariot drawn by four horses with no shadows and gold and silver hooves. He’s described to have millions of eyes and ears that can observe any oath-breakers and arms that can stretch and aid his followers all throughout the world (reminds me of Mithras (mhyk) signature teleportation magic a bit).
Mithra is also one of the three judges in the afterlife. When someone dies the zoroastrians believe the soul remains in the body for three days, after which it goes to the Chinwad bridge. Mithra, Srosh and Rashn judges the soul and if it’s deemed to have lived a good life the bridge widens and the soul can pass through with ease, but if it’s deemed to have lived an evil life the bridge becomes narrow and the soul falls down into the abyss below. The associations with death really aren’t as strong in Mithra as they are in Mithra (mhyk), but its still interesting to see that they’re there.
Mithra is also associated with fire and running water, both of which are considered holy in Zoroastrianism. (Old zoroastrians used to dispose of corpses by tying them up and letting birds eat them as the body is considered impure after the soul departs and thus can’t be cremated or risk getting near running water (as fire and running water is holy). thats not really related to Mithra I just think that’s interesting lol.)
Like many other deities Mithra was later picked up by the romans, where he became known as Mithras. Mithras shares very few similarities with the zoroastrian Mithra aside from etymological links and a connection to the sun, and it’s widely agreed that Mithras is simply the case of romans seeing the worship of Mithra and adopting the name rather than any actual zoroastrians spreading their worship to Rome. A lot of the time in antiquity people would make connections between gods that have similar roles from different cultures and associate them with eachother, and because of this Mithras became linked with sun gods such as Helios, Apollo and Sol. He also became known as “Sol Invictus” which means “The undefeated sun god”! Poor Mithra (mhyk) kinda failed the whole undefeated thing..
One of the most famous mystery cults and an early competitor to christianity was actually dedicated to the worship of Mithras. A “mystery cult” in antiquity refers to a cult which only those initiated are allowed to take part in, and “cult” when referring to ancient cults doesn’t have the same connotations as modern day cults and simply means a sub-sect of a bigger religion with it’s own teachings and rites. Although i’m not gonna lie the cult of Mithras is kinda giving me scientology vibes so. Yeah. Maybe it is a cult cult.
The cult of Mithras, commonly referred to as Mithraism by modern scholars, was a popular cult around the first to fourth century CE. Mithraism was mostly popular among soldiers, merchants and slaves and it’s worshippers consisted mainly of men. I’ve seen split opinions among scholars on wether women were allowed in the cult, but even if they were they most likely didn’t have the ability to climb the ranks in the same way men did. Mithraism had a rank system, where members could do work or pay probably (hence the earlier scientology comment) to learn more of the secrets of the cult and gain higher status.
There were 7 different ranks:
Corax (raven), Nymphus (bridegroom), Miles (soldier), Perses (persian), Heliodromus (sun-runner) and Pater (father), and each rank had their own protective planetary god and symbols.
Mithraism had some sort of an initiation ritual, however we don’t know exactly what that ritual entailed. It’s referenced as including both extreme heat and extreme cold, and inscriptions have been found where an initiate into the cult writes about having been “born again”. Christian writers have described the initiation ritual as being extremely brutal, but this likely isn’t true as those sources are incredibly biased with many christians standing in direct conflict with Mithraism.
The worship of Mithras took place in underground temples known as “Mithreums”. These Mithreums were often formed like caves, and had several altars, seats, a place to prepare food and several reliefs depicting Mithras in his various myths. The most central myth to Mithraism seems to have been a tauroctony, or in other words a slaying of a bull. All Mithraums have a depiction of the tauroctony in them.
In the tauroctony Mithras is shown grappling a bull and stabbing it with a dagger, with several animals almost always including (but not necessarily limited to) a dog, a raven, a snake and a scorpion surrounding them. Wheat grows out of the bulls tail, and grapes well out from the open wound in its throat. Watching down on them is Sol (a sun god heavily linked to and sometimes synonymous with Mithras) and Luna (a moon goddess), and two twins named Cautes and Cautopates stand on either side holding torches, with Cautes torch pointing upwards and Cautopates torch pointing downwards.
Unfortunately since Mithraism was a mystery cult there is not much written down about it’s teachings from actual practitioners, and most written sources we have are either heavily biased, written way after Mithraism stopped being practiced, or both. Most of the information we can gather thus comes from these reliefs, so interpreting what the myth is really about is a bit challenging.
Some scholars have interpreted it to be a sort of creation myth (kinda Ymir style if you’re familiar with norse mythology), which could be further cemented by the possible similarities between some iconography in Mithras birth and Orphic (another cult (although not a mystery one) don’t even get me started we’ll be here all day) creation myth.
Speaking of Mithras birth, he gets born out of a rock! Sometimes as a child but usually as a grown man, and often the torch-bearing twins are present at his birth too. This is also gathered from mostly reliefs and short inscriptions so we really don’t know much about it.
There is also reliefs of some sort of water miracle where Mithras shoots a rock with a bow and arrow and summons water from it, depictions of Mithras hunting the bull, a banquet where Mithras and Sol feast on the bull, a handshake between Sol and Mithras, and Sol and Mithras ascending to the heavens in a chariot. There is also a statue of a lion headed god with a snake wrapping around its body that commonly shows up in mithreums, however we don’t really know who this god is.
Mithraism seems to be heavily linked to astrology and many believe the figures in the tauroctony to be representative of different celestial bodies and star signs, however theres a lot of disagreement in regards to which figure represents what. Some even link Mithraism to some sort of astral ascension, but this is hotly debated.
Mithraism is also believed by some to have inspired christianity, with Mithras often being compared to Jesus. I personally don’t really buy this and see other mystery cults such as those surrounding Dionysus to be more likely to have been inspiration for Jesus, but it’s at the very least possible that Mithraism influenced christmas to be on the 25th of December. According to some scholars Mithras birthday was celebrated the 25th of December (others argue it was more a general celebration of the sun) and early christians may have chosen to put christmas on that day to directly compete with Mithraism. Additionally, many mithrean rituals have been compared to christian rituals and were described by christians at the time as evil imitations of christian practices.
When christianity became the state religion in rome Mithraism quickly declined, but during a good while Mithraism was just as widespread and popular as christianity and some believe that had things gone differently Mithraism could’ve ended up being an important world religion still to this day.
Now all of this is really interesting, but if you came here for Mithra (mhyk) it may not be all that relevant. Lemme tell you what’s more relevant tho: The bull is the moon. Or well more accurately, some scholars believe the bull to represent the moon.
Bulls were sometimes a symbol for the moon in antiquity due to their crescent shaped horns and their association with the moon goddess Selene/Luna. This, in combination with the imagery of Sol and Luna on opposing sides of the depictions of the tauroctony has made some believe that the scene depicts Mithras triumph over the moon and by extension death and darkness.
Additionally, Mitra (the Vedic Hindu version of Mithras) actually has a similar bull slaying story in which he reluctantly participates in the sacrifice of the moon god Soma who takes the form of a bull, so yeah multiple Mithras may do moon slaying. Ig Mithra (mhyk) fights the moon in every universe.
There’s obviously a lot more about all these deities I haven’t gone over but finding credible sources is unfortunately a bit difficult and if I continue I may be here for weeks so!! That’s all for now! I doubt Mahoyakus creators actually knew about all this, but I still think its really neat they chose Mithra as the name for their character considering hes such an interesting mythological figure!! Also ig the Cult of Mithras lives on in all the crazy Mahoyaku fans simping over Mithra (mhyk)..

"Yo, Amakusa-saaaaan." The Avenger practically bounded over towards the Ruler. It was rare for him to address the other by name - but by far the biggest oddity was the large, gaudy stuffed rabbit he was holding. "Since it's /that/ holiday soon, hm- Would you be my Valentines~?" A voice almost dripping sarcastic intent.
“angra mainyu,”  shirou answers flatly, not bothering to lift his gaze from the bible held in one hand.  “to who do i owe the pleasure of your presence, i wonder.”  shirou is asking only so he may give them a proper complaint later for such a sour joke. to send the very person he wishes to rid the world of -- how distasteful.
the priest is forced to lean back and look up to meet the other’s gaze when a stuffed rabbit is shoved into his face. where did he even get this, to start? perhaps someone in chaldea is aiming to make some extra money on such pointless trinke -----
shirou stares, well aware of the sarcasm in angra’s voice. then, his eyes narrow.
two can play this ( pointless ) game.
Tumblr media
“very well. since you’re so insistent, i’ll give you the honor of saying i’m your... valentine.”  really, was this some new level of self-punishment towards himself for being born, to spend the day with angra mainyu? apparently. though, he only allows a few moments of silence to pass, letting his words sink in before then adding,  “BUT --  i hope you’re aware there’s ultimately no point in it, as we’re in chaldea, and there’s nowhere at all to go and do whatever... it is people do on that day. congratulations.”

Like Oh 2.0 - #PRINCEJINYOUNGDAY
Previous Chapter: #SUNSHINEYOUNGJAEDAY Word Count: 2,403 Summary: It’s Jinyoung’s birthday and Melanie suggests a sleepover as he receives a book from Serena for his birthday.
Like Oh 2.0 masterlist
and the last september birthday one is here! now off to the other parts of the story as we’re 2/3 done and have another third of the story left. so yeah, happy reading and kthxbai, Admin Lia~
"Even after twelve freaking years I still can't beat this stupid ass boss even with the damn walk-through." Serena gritted her teeth as she witnessed her characters dying again from the boss battle with Angra Mainyu of the Final Fantasy X-2 game. "I hate this fucken boss." Serena growled as she used the PlayStation 2 remote controller to turn off the game while using another remote control to turn off the TV. "I need a break." She muttered while stretching her limbs and standing up. "Maybe a snack might help me." She chuckled just as she turned around to be met by her sister and GOT7.  "Is this what you do all day?" Melanie teased. "Basically." Serena answered as she looked at the GOT7. "Aren't you guys supposed to be practicing for your comeback next week or something?"
"Do you know what today is?" Jinyoung asked instead. "It's a Thursday." Serena answered before cracking a smile upon the realization. "And it's still your birthday. Happy birthday, Jinyoung. I'll be right back." Serena dashed off towards her bedroom with everyone's eyes following after her. "You think by now I would have gotten used to this." Jackson commented as Melanie laughed while looking over at the idol. "Yeah, you would think so." She looked at the rest. "She's probably looking for Jinyoung's birthday gift right now in that messy room of hers." Melanie stated. "I'm gonna change. ust make yourself comfortable like you guys usually do."
She cast them a teasing smile. "Try not to break anything, okay?" "It was an accident." BamBam stressed with a pout as Yugyeom whined. "How many times do we have to keep on hearing that every time we come over?" "Until you guys actually stop breaking things." Serena countered as she emerged from her bedroom with her hands behind her back. "We said we were sorry about the table, the bowl, and the cat figurine." Youngae pouted looking forlorn. "We're sorry." The sisters laughed as they cast one another a knowing look. "Okay." They both answered as Melanie hurried off to her room and Serena held out a black book towards Jinyoung. "Here's your present." "Ahh, thank you, Jyongri noona." Jinyoung thanked her as he took the object from her grasp.
Jinyoung stared at the spine for a few seconds as he read the English printing aloud. "Moonlight. Time Dragon? It's kind of a weird name for an author." He glanced at the front cover and did a double take as he brought it even closer to his face. "Is that me on the cover?" Jinyoung asked as he looked at Serena unsure before turning the book over to look at the back cover. "These words seemed kind of familiar." He said as he re-read the back cover again. "Those are your lines translated in English." Serena informed him. "It's from your guys' song, Moonlight." Jinyoung flipped through the book and looked at the covers again with the members joining him this time around. "I don't get it, noona." Jinyoung admitted with a sheepish laugh. "Is this book supposed to be about me?"
Serena chuckled with a nod. "Yes, Jinyoung, as this is a one of a kind book just for you. From one avid reader to another, I had put this book together specifically and especially just for you." She laughed shyly. "It's a bunch of my stories featuring you as the main guy." "So what you're saying, Serena, is that this is basically a fanfiction book for Jinyoung about Jinyoung written all by you?" Mark clarified while speaking in English with an amused expression. "Basically." Serena admitted as she opened the book and spoke in Korean. "You can see it right here in the dedication part. Sorta." "Still can't believe you call yourself that nickname as an alias." Melanie stated as she returned shortly afterwards as Serena nodded. "I know, me too, but it's popped into my head first and I went with it."
Jackson yanked the book out of Jinyoung's grip. "Why didn't I get something like this?" "Honestly, I hardly knew you at the time." Serena admitted before continuing in a sarcast manner. "Oh yeah, Jackson, just let me present to you a book of fanfiction stories I've written about you just a few weeks after we met for your birthday gift. Warning sign, she's a crazy fan. She might stalk us. Sure. Okay, let's not." Serena ended her silly little rant while the idols chuckled at her explanation. "You're so dumb." Melanie commented while shaking her head with as a laugh. "Shut up, you." Serena hushed her sister while shoulder bumping her. "You're the main reason I write fanfiction in the first place." "I know." Melanie replied with a smug look as Serena rolled her eyes. "Jerk."
"What kind of stories did you write about Jinyoung, Jyongri noona?" Jaebeom asked returning the conversation back to Korean as he was interested in the book as he took it from Jackson. "Whoa. It's in Korean and English." He said in surprised as he flipped through more of the pages. "Ah yeah." Serena sheepishly laughed. "I originally wrote all of this in English first before translating it all into Korean and realizing that not all of my English slang terms had a Korean equivalent and so had to revise it to make sure it worked out in both langauges." She explained. "It's why I also left the English in it just in case Jinyoung wanted to practice or whatever."
"Thank you for your hard work, noona." Jinyoung thanked her as he took back the book from Jaebeom. "Welcome." Serena smiled. "How about reading some to us, noona?" Yugyeom suggested as he grabbed the book from Jinyoung's hands and opened it to the table of contents. "I wanna know the stories." "Like can we not?" Serena said as she tried to get out of reading any of the fanfiction aloud as she snatched the book from Yugyeom and shoved it towards Jinyoung. "Maybe Jinyoung can read it instead, like you know, back at your dorm or something." Serena suggested with a smile. "How about you guys go do that for his birthday?"
Before the boys could disagree Melanie thought of something as a sly smile appear on her face and Serena did not like how it was directed in her direction. "What are you thinking of doing?" "You'll find out soon enough!" Melanie stated as she ran off and Serena noticed that she entered the room that Jeannie used to use when she and Jasmine used to stay here. ]"I can't live." Youngjae cast her a curious look. "What's wrong, Jyongri noona?" "You'll find out soon enough." Serena told him as she used the same words that her sister just used a few seconds ago.
"Let's have a sleepover!" Melanie sang happily while returning to the living room and carrying several blankets, pillows, stuffed animals before dropping them onto the floor. "Melanie looked at the idols with a grin and Serena face-palmed at her sister's suggestion. GOT7 instantly agreed and went about claiming spots in the living room and moving the coffee table off to the side. "I want to be near this wall!" BamBam exclaimed while standing at his spot as Yugyeom was across from him with a happy expression. "Then I claimed this wall." Serena shook her head as they all began setting up their blankets and what not before spotting a few of her plush dolls in the mix. "Hey, what's Deffy, Susu, Kipper, Min, and Maki doing out here again?"
Serena began collecting her alpaca, panda, dog, penguin, and rabbit plushies. "I was gonna sleep with that." Mark said as he pulled on one of Kipper's legs while Serena held onto the dog plush tightly. "He's mine." The duo began some sort of a tug-of-war with the stuffed animal until Melanie intervened. "Just share." Melanie told Serena as she pulled on the other plushies and tossing them towards the others to sleep with. "Don't be such a baby." Serena made a face, but let go of the dog plushie. "Fine." She sulked while marching her way to the couch and sat cross-legged on it as she muttered under her breath. "I know they have their own since fans always give them stuff."
"They spend too much time here." Serena mumbled as she was still sulking about the whole plush doll ordeal. "Did you say something?" Jackson asked a second later as he was the closes one to her. "It's nothing." Serena dismissed the thought as she shot him a weak smile. "Okay." He regarded her a bit and returned to setting up his makeshift bed. Serena let out a silent sigh as she re-positioned herself onto her back on the sofa and stared up at the ceiling before Jinyoung's book came into view. "How about reading us a bedtime story?" Jinyoung suggested once Serena's eyes turned to focus on him. "That's awkward, Jinyoung." "It's still my birthday, noona." "Fine."
She sat back up and watched Jinyoung make his way to his spot in the living room with her penguin plush doll. "I guess this sleepover is really gonna happen whether I like it or not." She muttered as she opened the book after seeing that everyone was situated except her sister who joined her on the couch a moment later. "How Are You?" Serena read the first title of the book while everyone instantly became quiet and leaned forward just a tad bit, except for Melanie who just sat where she did and just cast her sister an amused look. Serena narrowed her eyes at her little sister before glancing at GOT7 with an unsure gaze and returned to reading the rest of the story with a deep breath.
"'Hey' was all I could really think of to say at that moment. I really wanted to say more, but nothing wanted to come out. It was like the words were caught in the back of my throat and unable to pass through for you to hear. It's been like this for the past few months. Just only a simple, but useless 'hey' and nothing further. When I wanted to talk with him, the words wouldn't form. When they finally did, he was already gone. I missed my chance. I missed a lot of those chances with him. I'm not sure what was wrong with me at the time though. It's like, it's like it wasn't worth it anymore. Like, we used to be so close and I couldn't remember the exact moment when we started to become distant. Maybe, maybe it wasn't him. Maybe, maybe it was me. Maybe, it was me after all of this time. Maybe I couldn't say anything else because I made it personal. Too personal, but one day out of the blue, I heard him ask me 'how are you' like there was never a distant between us to began with. At that moment another simple 'hey' left my lips, but it sounded different than before."
~~~~~~~
"And Jinyoung's holiday spirit was restored once again simply from the simple magic that Arilany had opened his eyes to believe in again. To believe in himself and to love without regrets one more time." Serena read the last line of the fifth story, Where's Your Holiday Spirit?, and BamBam spoke soon afterwards. "Why was hyung so mean to noona?" BamBam wiped away his tears. "She didn't do anything to him. He even ruined her snowman. She just wanted to build a snowman. You're so mean, hyung." Jinyoung gave him an incredulous look. "I didn't do anything. That's a story, BamBam-ah." "Bam. It's not real." Melanie stated. "It's just a story, remember?" "Oh yeah." "Shall I continue?" Serena asked hoping they'll say no this time around. "Yes!" They answered once again and Serena turned the page and began to read the sixth story of Moonlight, Love Letter.
Some time later Serena was on the eleventh story, Chasing You. "Piece by piece, it all comes together, or eventually falls apart. It can't all be undone at once, unless the inner rage within you takes over and does what you will surely regret. Once broken it cannot be mended so easily, even if you put it back all together. Because it's been through an incident that changes it and leaves invisible or sometimes visible scars of its experiences behind. It made more than a mark and the battle scars are there as proof. You can pick out the pieces you don't like. You can pick out the pieces that you want instead. But deep down inside, it really doesn't change who you really are. It doesn't make you what you are. It's the being that makes you who you are. It's simply just knowing and being aware of yourself. It's you, that makes everything be."
Serena paused in her reading when she heard heavy breathing and slight snoring.  She glanced at the idols who eventually fell asleep before glancing at her sister who already knocked out after the seventh story. She chuckled as she closed the book, set it aside, and stood up to stretch while making sure she didn't step on anyone in the process. Later Serena bent over to shake her sister awake. "Hmm?" Melanie groaned as she stretched in her sleepy state. "Go sleep in your room. They all fell asleep." Serena whispered to her while speaking in English. Melanie gingerly stood up, stretched her limbs once again, and stared at the sleeping idols before her. "Just now?" She asked facing her sister as she shrugged.
"I was still reading and didn't pay attention." She gesture at the stuffed alpaca that Jaebeom was cuddling with. "You do know I usually sleep with Deffy, right?" "You'll get over it." Melanie smiled as both sisters made their way towards their rooms. "Make sure to put out the night light for them." Serena told Melanie as the younger woman shook her head. "Nah, I'm gonna sleep." "You were the one that let them in." "True, but this is your apartment." Melanie countered as she stepped into her room closing the door. "Brat." Serena muttered as she got the night light and placed it in the living room and turning off the main light. "Good night, GOT7, and sweet dreams." She bid them a good night with a soft smile before heading to her room.
NEW OC BABYYY
Tumblr media
This is Angra Mainyu The Rabbit, he's 20 years old and is a sorcerer that performs dark magic.
He was raised by wonderful parents and had a good childhood actually! But one day he came across a book about dark magic in an abandoned library, trapped in the book was an evil spirit that Angra named 'Charlie'. Charlie was a bad influence and eventually lead Angra to a dark path of villainy, teaching him dark magic alone the way, Charlie is basically Angra's second opinion when now making decisions.
Angra is usually quiet and is highly intelligent since he always loved to read books, he has malicious plans to get his way and frankly believes he's immortal, he knows he can get injured and bleed, but he doesn't think he can die and will last for decades. He has worked with Eggman once to get some money, and destroyed an entire city along side the doctor, before they parted ways.
When things go wrong, Angra will begin to panic, trying to think of a quick solution, and if Charlie doesn't have any recommendations or ideas, Angra will start screaming like a pterodactyl and go insane, holding his head and shaking it around while talking fast like a maniac before running away from the battle, he eventually calms down when he is by himself.
Now next on the agenda
Hooligan Shenanigans Fanfic Fang!
Tumblr media
Small spoiler, Fang will meet angra and fight him, as angra knows who Corsen is and must eliminate her, he doesn't tell why though, so fang steps in, after getting hit with dark magic, fang's eyes change color, from Blue to now one being red and one being blue. He says he doesn't feel any different, if anything, it's a sign of a battle scar, plus Corsen uses some fabric of her shirt to make a scarf around fang's injuries <3
When things go wrong, Angra will begin to panic, trying to think of a quick solution, and if Charlie doesn't have any recommendations or ideas, Angra will start screaming like a pterodactyl and go insane, holding his head and shaking it around while talking fast like a maniac before running away from the battle, he eventually calms down when he is by himself.
Now next on the agenda
Hooligan Shenanigans Fanfic Fang!
Tumblr media
Small spoiler, Fang will meet angra and fight him, as angra knows who Corsen is and must eliminate her, he doesn't tell why though, so fang steps in, after getting hit with dark magic, fang's eyes change color, from Blue to now one being red and one being blue. He says he doesn't feel any different, if anything, it's a sign of a battle scar, plus Corsen uses some fabric of her shirt to make a scarf around fang's injuries <3
