The New Girl, First day of High School

The weekend had flown by but of course Sarah had fun she got to go clothes shopping with her mom ended up going to Starbucks and then in the afternoon she got to hangout with Andy with Lucy they ended up taking her for a long walk which of course Sarah didn't mind because it gave her an excuse to look around the city that she had moved too, they ended up going to a dog park letting Lucy off her leash and of course Sarah brought some toys along for her to play with, after a few hours of that they headed back home and his parents had come around whilst they was out and ended up having dinner and just chilled out at the pool which was fun especially with Lucy who loves water they agreed that over the weekend that there would be a BBQ at Andy's parents house.

Sarah was getting ready for school of course she and Andy exchanged numbers, she already had a shower and decided on what she would wear, she was sitting in front of her mirror applying some light make up, of course not wanting to over do it and whilst she was doing that had received a text off Andy and it says, "Hey are you almost done yet cause I am just waiting on you?" Sarah texts back, "Yeah just finished up now and then gotta feed and fill up Lucy's bowls and then I'll be all done." She had finally finished off her make up making sure that she did overdo it and that she didn't miss a spot, which thankfully she did so she quickly sprayed herself with spray and headed downstairs followed of course by Lucy.

Once she was done feeding Lucy and gave her a quick stroke, she headed into the lounge and her mom was sitting at the table doing work and Sarah goes over to her side speaking up saying, "Alright Mom I'm heading off don't worry Andy's gonna tag along with me, I already feed Lucy and filled up her water bowl so I love you and before you ask I will tell you how it goes." Barbara looks over at her daughter and says, "Well that's a relief for me and I love you too, please do oh by the way love the outfit." Sarah makes sure she has everything that she needed and leaves her dad has already left for work so she couldn't say bye to him. 

Andy was waiting outside for her and the first thing he notices is of course her outfit and speaks up saying, "So I guess you like Harley Quinn then?" Sarah looks down at her shirt and necklace then looks back up at him saying, "Yeah she's so cool and clearly you like Batman?" He looks down at his shirt laughing and saying, "Yeah he's super cool." They start walking down the road laughing and talking about DC characters who was there favourite and least favourite ones, then he speaks up asking her, "So you still nervous about meeting the gang because trust me there are really cool and as I said, you will fit right in with us and if anyone starts just ignore them." 

Sarah shakes her head replies with, "Not as nervous as I was yesterday but who knows how this day is going to go and the whole bullying thing I am use to it, happened back at my old school I just completely tuned them out and listened to music and I hope so." After an hour of walking they had finally made it, Sarah had received her planner and locker number and combo which thankfully was next to Andy's so that made her loads more relaxed and it turns out that they share all of the same classes which relaxed her even more, of course she would get some looks but she honestly couldn't care because she was deep in conversation with Andy.

It was finally breaktime and so far Sarah's first day was alright but now it was time for her to meet his friends and once they both walked into the canteen and found their seats two other people had joined them a girl and two guys, Andy speaks up saying "Guys I want to introduce the new girl to our school this is Sarah and this is Sandra and Chris." Sandra was the first to speak up saying, "Hey welcome like the shirt by the way." Sarah smiles and says, "Well thank you for the welcome and for liking the shirt." Chris then speaks up saying, "Wait you aren't from around here are you?" She looks to him shaking her head saying, "I am originally from Kentucky but my dad got a promotion and so we had to move here." 

They ended up bonding and Sarah just didn't worry anymore because they all became pretty fast friends, it was the end of lunch break which meant going to class luckily all four of them had the same remaining classes which was Art something Sarah was passionate about and Maths which is something she isn't really good at and is probably the worst subject for her, finally after what felt like forever the first day was officially over and Sarah could breath a sigh of relief knowing that her first day went off without a problem it was so much different from her old school and she of course loved it so much more, probably because she actually had friends that wanted to hangout with her.

After saying their goodbyes Sandra and Chris walked in opposite directions of Andy and Sarah, he asks her "See told you, you had nothing to worry about they really seem to like you and I told you, you'd fit in pretty well and you did so now you can stop worrying about it." Sarah laughs and says, "Yeah true plus it's so much bigger and nicer than my old school, so weird though for me to actually enjoy school thank you for that." He looks over at her smiling saying, "Well you're welcome so you and your family still coming over to the BBQ this weekend?" She nods her head saying, "Yeah let me guess you want me to bring Lucy as well?"

He shrugs his shoulders saying, "Well I mean if you want too she is a beautiful dog and friendly." Sarah nods her head speaking up saying, "Yeah she's always been like that since she was a puppy she was a birthday gift from my parents, I guess they felt bad about what I was dealing with at school." They ended up talking for a while until Sarah was outside of her house she looks to Andy and says, "Well again thank you for today it really help me and it meant alot, see you tomorrow?" Andy smiles and says, "Well you're welcome and yeah of course see ya tomorrow." 

Once Sarah was inside she closed the door behind her and of course Lucy is the first to see her, followed by her mom who speaks up asking her, "Well sweetie how was your first day at school?" Sarah bends down and strokes Lucy whilst speaking to her mom saying, "Well let's just say it's so much better than my old school and I made some new friends who are going to Andy's BBQ this weekend oh he says it's alright for me to bring Lucy as well." Her mom has a huge smile on her face and says, "Well that's really good news sweetheart and yeah thought so because I spoke to his parents oh your dad is gonna be working later than usually but he sends his love." 

Sarah gets up and says, "Which is understandable after all he's a producer so it does require long hours so I understand, what some help with dinner?" Her mom speaks up saying, "Yeah come on I know how much you love cooking how does toad in the hole sound?" Sarah speaks up saying, "Sounds delicious especially when you make it from scratch." So they both headed into the kitchen of course Sarah had dropped her bag, cap and shoes away they started cooking dinner which thankfully didn't take long to make.

The time was 6:30pm when her dad came home from work luckily dinner was ready and Sarah hears him, she goes to see him and says "Hey dad how was work today?" Her father gives her a hug and a kiss on the forehead saying, "It was fun little tiring but enjoyed it so I'm guessing your mom make her famous toad in the hole then?" Sarah shakes her head saying, "Yeah and of course I helped, you just came in the right time just dished it up now." So Sarah and her dad went into the dining room, just as her mom was putting his plate down in his usually seat.

Her parents share a sweet kiss and then everyone sits down, doing a pray before they start to eat their dinner her dad asks her how school went and she explains how it went, of course he was thrilled that she had made friends and it was thanks to Andy, they had dessert which was homemade apple pie and ice cream, Sarah helped with the washing up which of course she didn't mind she loved helping her parents around the house. The time was 8:30pm Sarah decided to have an early night so she said goodnight to her parents and headed upstairs into her bedroom of course she had a quick shower and then changed into her PJS, she then climbed into bed deciding to watch a movie before going to sleep of course Lucy was on her bed then she laid across her lap.

After the movie had finished Sarah noticed the time and it was 9:30pm so she decided that it would be a good time to get some sleep so she got up from her bed unfortunately waking Lucy in the process but she was alright and then she turned off the light, got back into bed before she went to sleep sent Andy a message saying, "I just wanted to say goodnight and sweet dreams." Within a minute she received a message of course from Andy and he put, "Goodnight and Sweet dreams to you as well see ya tomorrow."She sent her alarm after reading the text she smiled and then set her phone down and rested her head on the pillow falling asleep, with Lucy at the end of her bed.

The New Girl, Moving into the new house

It was the following morning everyone was up and awake Sarah had changed her clothes that she had slept in and so did her parents, the removal guys had come back and started helping the three of them getting their furniture and belongings out of the van, of course her parents well mostly her mom was telling them where to put everything where she wanted it, Lucy stay by Sarah whilst she would grab her things from the van and headed up to her brand new room which was in some serious need of decorating but something she would sort out later on after the removal guys had left and her parents had sorted out the house, which thankfully didn't take long that she thought.

But before they could even leave there was a knock on the front door so her mom went to answer it, Sarah had gone outside with Lucy so that she could go to the toilet and Sarah could play fetch with her she was a friendly dog she wouldn't even hurt a single person or animal back inside her mom had opened the door and standing there was a couple and their son, Barbara speaks up first smiling saying, "Oh hello." The woman speaks up first and introduces herself saying, "Hello we wanted to welcome you to the neighbourhood I'm Amy, this is my husband Chris and our son Andy."

Barbara speaks up saying, "Well thank you for the warm welcome, oh please come in I'm Barbara my husband and daughter are out in the garden please follow me and I'll introduce you to them." So the three of them walk inside and she closes the door behind her, leading the way and sure enough her husband, daughter and her daughter's dog was in the garden playing around, that is until her husband had noticed her and the guests he looks to Sarah and speaks up saying, "Oh looks like we've got some visitors." Sarah who threw the frisbee for Lucy to get turned around and sure enough there was guests must be the new neighbours.

So they both walked over and of course Lucy was right by Sarah's side and once they get to Barbara, her mom speaks up saying "Well sorry to interrupt the fun but we have visitors." She then turns her attention to the family and says, "I would love to introduce you to my husband Bill and our daughter Sarah of course can't forget about Lucy her one year Shiba husky and this is I'm sorry I didn't get your last names." Amy is the one to speak up and says, "Oh I am sorry Biersack but please call us Amy and Chris." 

Barbara smiles and says, "Well alright then this is Amy, Chris and they son Andrew or do you prefer Andy?" The boy speaks up and he's very polite saying, "It doesn't really matter I prefer either, you have a beautiful dog may I pet her?" Sarah couldn't stop staring at Andy smiling and then she finally speaks up saying, "Yeah of course she's a friendly dog and she won't bite promise." He smiles at Sarah and has a weird feeling in his stomach but he pushes it to one side and kneels down straight away Lucy sniffs his hand and lets him stroke her, she then rolls her back wanting belly rubs which he gladly did and she appreciated it.

They ended up spending hours at the house of course the parents had gone inside but both Sarah and Andy decided to stay outside playing fetch with Lucy who was having so much fun and then they ended up talking he's the one that speaks up first asks her, "So where did you guys come from?" Sarah speaks up saying, "We came from Kentucky." Andy nods his head and says, "Awesome so why the move?" Sarah speaks up whilst Andy threw the frisbee and says, "My dad had gotten a promotion a work but it was here and a one time offer, so he accepted and here we are."

They spoke for a while and then he asks, "So you enrolled into the High School yet?" Sarah who is now sitting down on the grass says, "Yeah my mom did it before we moved here why are you in Seton High School?" Andy nods his head, "Yeah I am so if you want I can show you around and can meet the gang if you like?" Sarah smiles and says, "I would like that thank you and just so you know I might be a bit nervous around other people." He looks over at her with a confused expression on her face of course she notices and speaks up saying, "Oh right back at my old school I never really had any friends, people would think I'm weird but to be honest that never bothered me because I knew I would always have by Lucy."

As she was saying that she stroked Lucy and giving her kisses on the forehead and Andy speaks up saying, "Well don't be nervous, also you have another friend in me and of course the guys as well." She looks over to him with a smile on her face and says, "Well haven't been here for a day and already made a friend maybe this place won't be so bad after all." They share a smile each and then of course Lucy wanted Andy to throw the frisbee so that's what he did, they stayed outside for another hour unaware to them their parents had been watching, Barbara speaks up first saying, "Well looks like someone's already made a friend well a human one." Amy speaks up saying, "Yeah to be honest it took Andy a while to make friends but I have never seen him so happy shame we've gotta spoil it and get going, luckily we live just next door."

Chris shouts to Andy, "Bud time to go home." He looks over from Sarah to his parents and speaks up saying, "Alright dad just coming now." They both get up and of course Lucy follows with her frisbee in her mouth, once they got to their parents all of them headed inside of course Sarah and Andy said their see ya later and promise to hangout tomorrow after they had gotten back from clothes shopping which was meant to happen today but they had visitors and thought it would be rude, so they would go clothes shopping tomorrow morning instead. 

After the family had left Sarah and Lucy went into the kitchen seeing as it was Lucy's dinner time so she feed her whilst her mom had started on making dinner, once Lucy was fed she went over to her mom started helping her by peeling the potatoes and Barbara speaks up saying to her daughter, "Well you know me and your father was watching you and Andy, we are both so happy that you've already made a friend, so we got talking of course you guys had already made plans so with the clothes shopping, well do that in the morning and then the rest of the day is yours to do whatever you want with alright, until probably around 9pm because you know school on Monday."

Sarah smiles and says, "Thanks Mom and yeah Andy's pretty cool he's gonna show me around the school and introduce me to his friends which I am nervous about, but he promised me that I would be alright and I would fit in no problem." Her mom gives her a kiss on the side of her head with a smile on her face proud of how far her little girl has come, after an hour and half dinner was ready Sarah helped taking the plates with the dinner into the dining room and then they all sat around the table and of course said grace, they started to eat their food whilst Lucy had gone to her bed as she was understandable tired after all the running around that she did today.

The time was 10pm and everyone was getting ready for bed as they had a big day tomorrow of shopping for clothes and of course with Sarah making plans with Andy, Lucy had come up to bed which was in Sarah's room and she brushed her teeth, washed her face, she had already changed into her PJS she then turned off the bathroom light and turns off the bedroom light, climbs under her duvet and it doesn't take her long to get to sleep, after a while Lucy goes over even though she has her own bed but prefers sleeping with Sarah she too gets some well deserve sleep as well.

The New Girl, Day One of the Big Move

One morning it wasn't exactly the most exciting time for Sarah as she and her parents are moving which means leaving her old life behind but maybe it would be a good thing, she wouldn't get treated like she does right now an outcast a loner with no friends, she just hoped that she would make friends. The only reason they're moving is because her Dad had gotten a job promotion the only problem was that he needed to move to Ohio and of course he jumped at the first chance he had of course mom wasn't exactly over the moon but she didn't want to stand in the way of her husband's dream he was a music producer, so you think that was an awesome job getting to meet famous people but Sarah never really went to her dad's work mostly due to it being during the time she was at school of course she was upset but to be honest it really did faze her as much as she thought.

Of course she wouldn't have to go to school till Monday thankfully and she helped her parents take boxes to the car of course mostly from her room, when she got the last box from her room she looks at it one last time in a way thankfully that she wouldn't have to see it anymore yeah she had some good memories but then there was the not so good memories that she would rather forget forever, even though she didn't really have any friends there was someone that she could always count to cheer her up and that was her dog Lucy who is a husky and she's had her since she was a puppy, she would always sleep in Sarah's room thankfully her parents was alright with it seeing as she was a birthday present from them.

As Sarah was walking downstairs closely behind was her furry little friend Lucy and when they got to the bottom her parents was busy putting their belongings into boxes so she went outside putting the box in the van that they was renting of course there was two guys one old and the other one around her age to be honest he was quite cute but Sarah knew that he wouldn't be interested in a lonely girl who has no friends except for her Siberian Husky who was a year old, she handed the older guy the box and both went inside to help her parents with the last of the boxes, that was the thing she never really had anyone to talk too, she would now and again talk to Lucy but of course she didn't understand because Sarah's an only child always feeling left out at her old school.

But she hoped that this move would change that, it took another hour seeing as her parents had collected alot of items over the years but the removal van and the car was filled up with boxes and all sorts of things, of course there was room in the back for both Sarah and Lucy so once they all got inside Lucy straight away laid her head on Sarah's lap whilst been given soft strokes which she loved so much, once they was ready Sarah turned her head as her dad started driving away from the house that she pretty much grew up in since she was born but she was a little excited for the new adventure that was laying ahead for her in Ohio.

Of course it would take them hours but they finally by midnight had arrived at their new house the removal van had followed them and was right behind, it would take even longer for the stuff to be brought in they decided to all sleep on the floor seeing as it was extremely late and everyone was tired so they grabbed the sleeping bags and all went into the lounge, made themselves beds getting comfortable of course they was still wearing their clothes but would change them later on and of course Lucy slept with Sarah like she had always done and thankfully didn't take them long to get some much needed sleep seeing as they had a extremely busy next few days, thankfully Sarah was already enrolled into high school her and her mom had decided to go clothes shopping thankfully she didn't have to wear a uniform unlike her last school.
