#Leif Enger #Peace Like a River #I don't know what to think yet #I keep trying to figure out how to explain what is making this book feel like it does - so familiar but also hard but also like hope #And I think it reminds me of 'To Kill a Mockingbird' but also 'October Sky' and also 'Signs'#And then this quote makes me think of Ashtown Burials but also LotR a bit #At any rate I know the sentence on the backcover tells me where it's going next but I also feel like this part should be the climax #And how can it end well and yet how can it not #hollers-and-holmes #I'll know later whether thanks or not is apportioned to you ;)#(it will be thanks I think in one form or another)
